An absolutely horrible experience. A group of people took my seat so I moved 1 row down because the row was empty. This woman asked me where my seat was. When I pointed out that someone else has taken my seat, she told me to go 3 rows back or pay 500 THB for an upgrade. She made no effort to get my ticketed seat back and kept asking me to pay. She was shouting at me in the middle of the show and completely ruined it for me. Horrible place and it was 70% empty anyway.

Very nice place for anyone to see the dolphin show in Phuket. Drove by car there and place was easy to find over google maps. There are 3 show times. Ticket changes over VVIP, VIP, Deluxe and Regular. Since i had work permit so able to get 15% discount. Show is very good, entertaining and one of the best dolphin show in Thailand. The dolphins are very well trained to entertain the crowd. Dance, dive, backstroke, jumping through ring and hitting the ball above the water was amazing. The trainer standing on the dolphin then trainer diving in water and coming up as bouncing back was really amazing. 45 minutes were full of enjoyment. Not very crowded, not very hot, everything was just perfect. Highly recommended to take your kids and parents along.

The dolphins and the seals performed some of the most amazing things that I never expected from them. It's a great fun hour which both children and the adults can enjoy. They have three shows through the day and the local guide tipped us that the morning shows are the best as the dolphins are fresh and not tired then. Also if you get the front rows then be prepared to get wet but also get a chance to interact with the animals. But this show is also enjoyable even if you are in the last row.

It's a very nice place with a good show. Personally I wouldn't come here as it still seems cruel for the animals to be trained for a show like this. Host was able to present in both Thai and English while the show is nice. Trainers look professional but do take note again of the high prices for Grab and cab to travel to this place and back to your hotel.

The photo opportunity was just outstanding. Only wish the swim with dolphin experience was priced a bit lower. Overall a superb experience. All the seats are quite close to the pool, but the front 3 rows will most likely get wet as dolphins make a lot of splashes. Their online booking system (including third party sites) seem like you may need to purchase their tickets in advance. (We couldn't book online for same day), but we messaged their WhatsApp and managed to get tickets, and the venue isn't full either. Make sure to checkout their show times. Overall, definitely worth it!

It's just part of the fun and the experience. We won a painting that the dolphins did by auction, and our youngest son got picked from the crowd to hula hoop with the dolphins. Then, we finished our experience off with the family photo with the dolphins. Overall, the show was brilliant, leaving us knowing that dolphins are wonderous creatures.
