We stayed here just after finishing phuket sandbox period beginning of August 21. It was definately a superb choice ! The location is just great to explore phuket town where delicous food or must seen & been places are around the corner. The room is spacious and clean. There were not so many guests even at the time we stayed the thai summer olympic team were also there. The staff is friendly but not so forthcoming and professional comparing to other Novotel hotels. We stayed for 4 nights there, but the same receptionist ask me three times for my room number. This never happen else where.

Located close to old town. Hotel, facilities, and room appeared a little aged. The service makes more than up for it. Super friendly and helpful. Very good status recognition, got upgraded to suite. Breakfast good. Pool and gym, lets say, functional, not nice. Rooftop bar outside terrace looks a bit boring even a little sad. View is food. Inside you find a really nice bar with good AC and tasty cocktails. Worth a visit. In sum, a good choice if you wanna stay close to old town.

Nice ambience, quiet, clean, and modern rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly they made us feel at home. We needed to check out late as our flight was in the evening. Paul arranged everything for us with no extra. This is probably one of the best hotel experiences I had given my multiple visits to Phuket.

Very good hotel in the heart of Phuket city. The restaurant served a lovely breakfast & dinner at a very reasonable price. The bar on the 18th floor served delicious cocktails. It was most enjoyable to sit in the late evening watching over the city. Staff were very respectful and accommodating with our needs. We did opt for the deluxe room on the 14th floor which had great views.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service at this hotel. I left my passport behind in the safe and they made no efforts whatsoever to reach out to me. When I called to inquire about it, at check-in, I was told very casually they hadfound it. I'd checked out much earlier in the morning. The proper thing to do would have been to try and co tact me. Travelers make mistakes, good hospitality expects that and makes better efforts to ensure their guests have worry-free travel. A bit of kindness would have saved me $200 and hassle at the airport.

We stayed five nights at the Novotel Phuket Oldtown in October 2021. The room was very clean, the hotel is located close to many (Michelin) restaurants. We want to mention the great service we experienced during our stay. The staff was very well trained, and they welcomed us with a great hospitality. We highly recommend the Novotel Phuket Old Town.

Very comfortable and large hotel. Location is almost 10 mins walk too close to the main attraction areas and there is a huge grocery store if you require anything. Surrounded by pubs and clubs that's also good. Breakfast was pretty good as well. I loved my stay there I might come back.👍🏻

stayed here for 1 night as we needed proximity to full moon craft beer before our flight next morning. Ms Tar is a great manager. Our original room had a horrible smell but she immediately fixed and changed to a better room. Roof top bar gives great views of the city.

We had a great time here. Upon arrival early in the morning we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff and allowed to check in as soon as the room was ready. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the city from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we looked forward to it every morning. We found everything we needed within walking distance of the hotel. The bartender in the Estrala Sky Lounge on the top floor is an artisan. I don't usually drink cocktails but every drink he mixed was exceptionally interesting and balanced. Hospitality from all the staff was flawless from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The bed was a little harder than we preferred and the hotel restaurant was consistently out of a few of the items on the menu that we wanted but that's the best fault-finding I can do. This hotel does so many things right.

The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Bottles of water were promptly replaced in my room after daily consumption - I appreciate not having to make daily requests for replenishment of drinking water. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly; always ready to address my concerns and answer questions.

Professional, servitude, the real smile, safe, super clean, what can a man ask for more in times of Covid-19. We felt helped and surrounded by people that made us feel home. Congratulations to all the teams. From the booking until our departure.

Did not meet 5 star standards in my opinion. Room was very plain / dull and poorly finished. Bed was not uncomfortable, but pillows and duvet felt cheap. Balcony door didn't shut properly and whistled with the wind during a storm. The restaurant menu looked cheap and uninteresting (not at all up to 5 star standard) and the bar stools in the "sky" (roof) bar were all sticky and gross. The pool was almost completely in the shade and was cold. Shower was good temperature and pressure (no bath in our superior room). Staff were friendly though and there's a nice cat that lives out the front :)

Been coming for over 10 times for breakfast. Amazing value for money. Jacky and Nai providing excellent service, prompt table clearing, knowing our preferences. Asking if we need anything which is not available on the buffet. Today they served the anchan ice tea without asking.

Been here for 24 hr. Quarantine, found a satisfying nice and clean hotel. Breakfast, foods and eating atmosphere is awesome. Decided to stay one more day before traveling to Bangkok, but observed that the measure for COVID Risk Prevention is compromised that some customers did not wear mask during putting food in the plate in the morning breakfast (Buffet). The hotel should provide a clear sign instruction for some some ignorant customers in both Thai and English.

Very good hotel locate in old Phuket town, nice area with many store and restaurant arround. The breakfast are very good :) Get a nice pool medium size but big enough for enjoy it, its outside but under a part of the hotel, so even if raining, can enjoy the pool :) People that work there was very kind, always there for help.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in Nov. The staff were very helpful with directions, arranging travel for us, answering my many questions. The breakfast buffet was very good and meals at the restaurant for lunch and dinner were also very good. The restaurant staff were very helpful. We also used the gym and the pool which were great. We found location was perfect for walking to the Old Phuket Town for the night market and street shopping. They also provided a mattress topper as we like a soft bed. Only negative would be that the pavers around the pool were quite slippery when wet. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice quiet place to relax, right on the heart of Phuket, a lot to do around the hotel. Food places and great Massage parlors.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! Look no further if you're seeking for a spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable room in the heart of Phuket town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was a nice with many different choices. Overall, because of its cleanliness and convenient location and good service, I highly recommend this hotel.

Bizarre hotel.. Very minimal staff and things are done at their own pace. We enjoyed the pool and hotels location as we wanted to explore old town. It's difficult to get taxis and you'll have to get hotel taxi which is expensive but bike hire is not far away.

Central location in Phuket Old Town. Entrance foyer and rooms have been refurbished recently. Bedroom has a balcony too. Nice, clean bed sheets. Bed was a little hard for me. Good accessories, with 50” Samsung TV.

As a Accorplus platinum member, I don’t think I will come back again as I have been treated indifferently as other random customers. Also, the customer service is really below standard, when checking in they promised to allow me to have late check out as part of the platinum member benefits, and they totally forgot about it. It is wasting time to iron out unnecessary issues like this for travellers. The good side of the hotel itself is, it is well located, and if you are staying at higher floor, you can see the sunset from the room. Also the building on the outside looks old but it is well kept inside. But the customer services has a lot of room for improvement and don’t think I will return. The ibis styles next door is better value.

A Memorable Experience! My family and I arrived ta the lobby which was so beautifully decorated and clean. We then were warmly welcomed by Khun Pear who also checked us in and explained all the facilities in no time at all. The bellman who took our bags was so friendly and attentive too. We had the best sleep in a long time. The next day we were spoilt with a well presented breakfast buffet and top quality service provided by Khun Jack and his team. (Special thanks to Khun Arm, Tor and Fadil who went above and beyond) The team also took the time to surprise me with a cake on my birthday, how sweet! The cocktails and views were breath taking at the sky bar. A big thank you to Khun New who looked after us so well. Also special thank you to HK team Khun Pakkard and Khun Nok for spotlessly cleaning our rooms with such care. Last but not least a massive thank you to Khun Paul, for a magnific experience. We look forward to returning again soon.

The beds are too hard for my preference and the surrounding is noisy in the morning. Housekeeping was mediocre. Quite a walk to get to old town. Only plus point is that it is near Robinson but there isnt much to shop there. On hindsight, I would prefer to stay either nearer the beach, old town or central festive market.

The hotel is near the old town, clean, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful stuff, I don’t like the view of three rooms for two days booking as all rooms are back of the hotel 🤔

I had an accident and an operation whilst on holiday in Thailand and I was put up here by my insurance company. The staff could not have been more attentive and caring (in particular Maimoon in reception and the manager Paul). The breakfast buffet was very extensive and they very quickly learned the way at the cooking area how I liked my eggs and bacon! The staff in the cocktail bar on the top floor made up individual for me.
