Located near old town Phuket, the hotel is pretty convenient to the city, but isn't walkable from any beach. There's a nearby 711 and a grocery store at the nearby Limelight mall The rooms were pretty simple, with a bed (on the hard side), side table, flat screen TV and not much else. But everything was very clean and the hotel seemed to have been remodeled recently. Do note, though, that there is no elevator, so if stairs are a problem, look elsewhere.

A decent place for a few days stay. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and running hot water. The management was friendly. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Neighbors were quite like there was no one. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Phuket.

I'm really happy I stayed in Phuket town- as I arrived by bus and left by airport bus- you're going to need a scooter anyways. This hotel is perfectly located right between the bus station and Old Town (@2 blocks in each direction). Old Town was so much more mellow than the rest of this chaotic island so I'm glad I stayed here. Very nice staff- in fact, when I lost my phone- Kik lead me on her scooter to the police station kinda late at night (as I was able to "locate" my phone location on my computer). They speak basic English here. Very clean and nice rooms. Coffee and water (hot/cold) provided all day. Just for your info: they will recommend a nearby scooter place who turned me away because I didn't have a international license... but if you walk down the street a little further for @4-5 minutes, there is another very nice gentleman who will rent you a bike no problem. The rooms are only located 3rd and 4th floor up so you will have to carry your bags- I got the 4th floor so that was a bit of a climb. No biggie.

Stayed 05-02-18 to 06-02-18 Pros: Great location, clean and huge room. Super fast WiFi. Great for couple or anyone traveling in pair as it much better than hostel. Cons: don't expect service. no breakfast included.

Really nice place, was super clean and the shower was great! By far the best thing about this place is the location, right next to town center where markets are always on and the bus terminal is on the street behind it! Only annoyance was you had to resign in to WiFi constantly (only a minor thing)

Beautiful family owned resort. Great location. Walking distance to Indy night market, old town. Has an essance of it's own. Pho Thong is a word for two seater truck taxi. Clean rooms and friendly staff. nect to Phuket trick eye museum.

Great place. Clean rooms, friendly stuff, hot water, 2 bottles of water for free. At the lobby free tea, coffee and water from cooler whole day. Located near the Bus Terminal 1.

Very spacious and pleasant room. It was nice to have a shower curtain though there were no hangers in the bathroom which was a bit uncomfortable and the mattress was pretty stiff. The cleaning lady was also very nice and gave us new toilet paper and water bottles when she saw us go out while she cleaned the room next door. Regarding the location we were right next to the Sunday Night Market street and most of the restaurants we wanted to visit which was great. The staff was nice but it was quite weird that when we payed for one of the nights(each night we payed for one night ahead) the employee at the reception that took the payment said that we will get a receipt the day after and we did but on the first night we got the receipt for that same night on the spot. All in all a very pleasant stay!

Close to old phuket city and bus station, clean rooms and friendly staff. This is my first choice when I visit Phuket.

The rooms and hotel exterior are themed in the Portuguese style, very modern and clean! Only a 3 minute walk from Phuket old town! Rooms come with flat screen tv that is always showing a English speaking movie! Mini fridge, Kettle and cups are provided with free coffee & water everyday! 100% would book again!

Excellent stay.unique decor in the room.close to attractions.pier to phi phi island is also nearby. Those interested in philately can visit the grand post office and collect many miniature sheets. The hotel is close to good restaurants and a heritage street walk

Location was brilliant, bit everything else wasn't, never had our room cleaned it was always a bag on the floor with waters and toilet roll in, staff always sat there never did anything, poor really
