This is absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled the world, Tokyo to Las Vegas to Berlin. Some hotels have great breakfasts, some have amazing staff, some have amazing locations. How does this hotel rank? Breakfast - You are on a paradise island. Why are you eating breakfast at the hotel? What the heck is wrong with you?! Seriously, you need to consider your life choices. Staff - How to rate the staff here? That is easy. On a 1 to 5 scale, 5 being the best they are around 98. I would run into burning buildings to help or save any of the staff here. They are absolutely amazing! If everyone in the world was even a fraction of how amazing they are we would have had world peace already. Location - The perfect location for walking around Phuket town and the lower Phuket island. Go experience a beautiful culture, amazing people, and then start planning your second, third, and hundredth trip here. When you get here, tell them that "Brandon sends his warmest regards".

Probably the cleanest hotel we stayed in throughout our Asian holiday. The rooms are large and the bathrooms decent too. They don't provide breakfast service but instead have goodies/coffee/tea available as complementary. It's about 6 minutes walk from the "centre". We liked it. So we would recommend it.

I would recommend to stay everyone because this hotel is perfect. Plus the owner is very knowledgeable about Phuket so I saved a lot time and money traveling around. Thanks a lot !

Really great and super clean hotel! Rooms are cleaning on daily basis and have really nice smell. You get drinking bottled water everyday and although there is no breakfast option at the place, you can take fresh bananas, cookies, jam & toast, coffee & tea and water for free any time from the hotel lobby. Staff are so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying at Phuket town - old and picturesque town is only few minutes by walk.

Lovely Boutique Hotel, small rooms, but very comfortable, clean and the staff are very friendly, helpful. The rooms are well fitted out and modern including air-conditioning. Has a lift and a small complimentary snack area in the reception area. Well worth staying staying at.

Good location near Phuket old town, next to Mayor's house. The staff is very welcoming and good to talk with. However, we had an issue with a room and they couldn't change the room coz they were fully booked. We had 2 rooms and one of them (#404) had lots of ants in it, on the floor and the bed as well. They tried to clean the room and put some ant spray but that didn't help. While sleeping at night the ants were walking on me, so I was not even able to sleep. If it weren't for the issue with ants I would have rated them 5 stars considering the price of the room.

wonderful hotel! thanks mr. Tid, ms. Jazz and Pop, for benevolence, kindness and responsiveness. I stayed for a long time and as a result we can say that there are a lot of interesting places nearby. within walking distance of the Old Town with its amazing architectural style, as well as Tops, 7/11 and Family Mart stores where you can buy all the necessary goods. The rooms are cleaned every day, the internet works well. The staff will always answer all questions and tell you about all the nearby places. The rooms have balconies, air conditioning, refrigerator and all amenities. Once again I thank the staff for a comfortable pastime and I will definitely stay there next time ☺️

Family hotel with very clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I do advise to bring earplugs though as the hallway and street are quite noisy.

Awesome family running the place. Superb value for money and location. It even has a nice rooftop! I felt well accommodated and the team would listen to my requests. Room was super clean and a nice little balcony too

Considering this is marked as a 2 or 3 star hotel we thought it was great and exceeded expectations. The rooms are lovely and clean and look relatively new. The staff are really friendly and super helpful. A very short stroll into town but far enough away you don’t get bothered by noise of bars if you want an early night. Coffee place next door serves nice food & coffee but it is expensive due to being an Australian chain. (The hotel do a 250 voucher for breakfast and a drink though)

Location: when we arrived we thought we did a mistake because the sea seemed to be far from us and we were dissapointed but the staff was amazing! They made reccomandations on where to rent a car which was super cheap and we visited the beaches on the west coast. Then for the next days they recommended trips to samosa island (one day) and james bond island ( another day). For these trips, somebody will pick you up from the hotel and bring you back. So location was really not important in the end and this hotel helped us save money. Other than that, you get to live next to thai people and not among all the rest of the turists. There was also a night market very close to the hotel were we could eat very good food. Rooms: very very clean rooms. They also bring water every day. The rooms are large enough. Service: the people at the reception were the best. They are really trying to make your stay better. They were very helpfull and nice. I really liked this hotel and it defenetly excedeed my expectations. Keep up the great job that you are doing πŸ‘πŸ‘

The room is quite small but very clean and all facilities are in good condition. The owner and staffs are very friendly and have good service mind. They have an elevator, free coffee and bread at ground floor. Location is a little bit far from landmarks, attractive places and convenience store. You can walk to old town area around 10 minutes, but please consider that it is very hot in day time. Only some minus points that I could mention are about an electricity post at the front of car park entry and its narrow path which make it hard to drive a car through. There also noise from another room or road outside as the room is not soundproof.

WIFI - great, deticated router for each floor. Big clean rooms with a well working AC. The lobby is nice to work in, with electric plugs and good-looking decore. Staff is extremely friendly, can also book boat tickets from lobby. About an 8 minutes walk to the old city, a 15 minutes drive to rasada pier.

It’s one of the best hotel in this area . The hospitality more than great this is a family business and they treated us like guests in their own house. Definitely worth it and i will come back.

I booked this hotel because I trusted the good reviews however it was all false. We got zero sleep. Smoky entrance, dirty sheets right after we checked in the room, sticky floor, and it’s super loud at night. You literally hear everything on the street and loud people in the hotel at 1am. There’s no phone inside the room and there was a weird sound in the bathroom all night but couldn’t get any help because there’s no front desk and entrance close at 11pm. You are on your own. Do not recommend.

I don't know why this is a 2-star hotel but it's a pukka little hotel about an hour's taxi drive away from Phuket International Airport. Early check-in was allowed due to being a SHA Extra+ hotel. Communication regarding queries prior to arriving were answered rather quickly. 1st floor is actually the entrance floor (some countrymen will refer this to "ground floor"). Room was perfect for a 1-nighter for quarantine (which I receive a negative result about 4-5 hours later) so slept in until I received this. The Aircon worked perfectly, it was actually cooled down before I arrived which was very nice of them to do in advance. Your key has a key fob (main entry locked after midnight), your room key and a plastic bit which has your room number on it which slots in to a holder in your room to activate the electricity for the room (a/c, fridge, TV, sockets etc) so my key was already in my room before entering. You cannot detach the big room number (it's what slots in the room carrier to activate the electricity in the room) from the fob and room key, I've tried, it's welded! The room has a safe in it. The previous guest removed and took away the batteries (AA-style) from the electronic safe lock but was very quickly replaced by the concierge "Pop" when I informed him. He even took his flip-flops off and left them in the corridor before he entered my room, how polite and courteous is that! There's a small counter beside the check-in desk with bread, bananas, biscuits (might need replacing) and water. 2x bottle of water will be in your room (throw these in the fridge as soon as you arrive!) and stuff to make coffee too. I'm currently awake at 4 in the morning due to jet-lag and considering raiding this little counter as there is an 11pm curfew, I can't seem to download the Grab app for food and I'm starving Marvin. The double bed is comfortable. I've a balcony which I don't use as the a/c unit is right in front of you and blasts the exiting hot air in your direction. Shower and toilet is behind a sliding door, the shower has a small window which I've kept shut to keep the a/c unit efficient and keep the whole apartment comfortable. My room (503) faces the sunny side in the morning/afternoon so keep the blacked-out curtain closed if you want to keep the room relatively cool. I've yet to check-out (I'm actually Googling for somewhere local to eat cause I'm jet-lagged and hungry) and thought I'd leave my experience here on Google maps while I'm at it. Found out there is a "Blue Bus Stop" around an 11 minute walk behind the hotel where local buses can take you locally on the island. I'll update this post if I remember later before my further travels and if you've managed to read this far, thank you! I hope I've given you enough information for you to go on with. If you require pictures scroll down to p5p's review as it's pretty much how my room is! Happy travels 🀟
