Amazing Hotel. Super cheap and we even got a free upgrade. They served us welcome drinks and we got to play a little funny new years game. Very cool idea. They were very kind and the rooms were clean.

Best place to stay in Phuket Town!! We are here for our second stay and it felt like returning home. The rooms are beautiful and beds and blackout curtains allow us to have a great night’s sleep. Wonderful service from all of the staff. And we LOVE the breakfast! Thank you!!!

The staff here are amazing. We had a large, difficult to manage group, however they always maintained patience with us. The rooms are spotless and well appointed and the hotel is close to all local attractions

Review based on my stay in March 2023 Cute Hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms are great. Facility is clean. Good location. Nice lobby. Only down side was there was no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage and get a room on third floor, it is challenging. I would still recommend this hotel.

Good service at the reception and the lobby was very beautiful but very poor experience and I was disappointed by the room. Froster windows and the room was very dark, feel like being confined. The bathroom was dated and have no space at all to leave toiletries next to basin, shower was horrendous, the water is not draining away. The room is very basic, not worth it for this price. For Β£20 more, we left this hotel (they refused to give me a refund for three nights) and went next door to Courtyard Marriott, cannot believe I paid Β£70 a night, Β£90 in Marriott is massive difference with buffet breakfast. I thought to support local hotel but was really disappointed.

Nice cute hotel that is a great value. Close to the walking street and center to old Phucket. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean. We would recommend this place if you're travelling thru Phucket.

Stayed here for a few nights but decided to move out because of the noise. Especially housekeepers, who use their vacuum cleaners all day long, not just in the morning. Also, would be nice if they didn’t slam the doors all the time πŸ™„ Forget about a good night sleep, if noise from the street and loud people bother you. Another downside is that there is no elevator in the building. We had 4 heavy suitcases which we had to bring up to the 2nd floor and no one even offered any help. The shower in our room was so so, because the water changed from hot to cold and vice versa very rapidly. Overall it’s very clean in the hotel. The hotel is close to restaurants and markets.

Pros: + location; + cost; + polite staff; Cons: - really small rooms; - no elevator, so you will have to lift your luggage yourself (it may be the 3 floor πŸ₯Ί); - the smell of dampness in the room/bathroom; - it was a disappointment for us that the windows did not open at all. Because of this, it is impossible even to ventilate the rooms to avoid dampness in the rooms 😳; - the breakfasts are delicious, but the same every day. If you stay for a few days, it's inconvenient. There are basically no vegetarian options, which is disappointing. But the staff was still able to remove the meat from the dish, which pleased me 🌞

It is a small property with a limited number of staff but the rooms are really cute and neat. I loved it because of its rooms. There are no elevators so you need to pick your bags on your own which is a little challenging but not too hard. But it's in the centre of the old town and close to Kim' s massage which is a plus point.

This hotel was such a mixed bag. I want to give it a great review for some reasons but there are so many easily fixable things that lead to a bad experience. The wifi constantly disconnects and you have to re-enter credentials to connect. If you only have a phone that would be annoying but if you have several connected device like myself that means every couple hours needing to log each one of your many devices back into the network. Super annoying! The staff are neurotic about everything. To the point of being a nuisance. They tried to charge me twice for breakfast on several occasions because they are disorganized. The breakfast is good and well priced but it is exactly the same every day. I mean EXACTLY! I booked a king bed large room and the day of my arrival I was greeted by a smaller room with two twin beds pushed together posing as a king bed. I'm not kidding. Like pushed right together as if they were one. Again, I wish I could give the hotel a better review. The facility is nice and has a great feel to it but there are just so many little quirks and annoyances.

Good for what it is. Centrally located hotel for a reasonable price. Bed is okay. Shower is okay. Not bad. Staff are friendly but not particularly helpful. Asked for assistance for purchasing ferry ticket and was told: Oh you can just go online... Noticed the people mover with the blanket hotel logo out the front and asked: Could you help me get down to the ferry with my luggage. Was told: Oh you can just catch a taxi Yes, yes I can...

Good Location, small and unique and next door with laundry service which is really convenient. Room is clean and simple, better to ask for city view room which is more bright and feels good compare with those no view and next to another building, anyway just for snap is fine. Parking is limited if you drive please inform them to reserve parking especially at night after 10:00pm and no reception stand by at lobby need key card to access in and out, don’t lock yourself outside and nobody can help.

Stayed here for one night in December. This place is not a hotel, more like a hostel in my opinion. Although the "hotel" itself is clean and beautifully decorated. It is an old building, there's no elevators so if you're are an elderly or disable i would not recommend this "hotel". We had to carry our luggages to the third floor with no help offered from the front desk. The room is nicely decorated but you can hear everything and we could not get a good night sleep. And when I say you can hear everything, I do mean everything. We could hear all the doors opening and closing on our floor, the kids staying in the next room, people watching TV on the other side as well as people in the room above us. But if you're looking for somewhere affordable and not planning on spending a lot of time in the room and don't mind about not having a good night sleep then this place would be okay as it is in a very good location in old town.

Stylish, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Looks brand new. Free drinks and snacks in the room. Delicious breakfast--you pick what you want the night before and the food comes in the morning from restaurants around Phuket. Right in the heart of town which is great for walking places but does mean there is a bit of noise; I popped on a white noise app and fell right asleep. Would stay here again.

Cute hotel, very helpful staff, lovely breakfast! This hotel is located in Phuket Town, which isn't close to the beach but it was a 5 minute walk to Ranong Road where we were able to take many Songthaews to the beach. Highly recommended!!!!!

Not sure why this hotel does get better reviews from people, the staff where very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and must have been newly renovated, my only issue was the shower was located to close to the wall so showering was awkward and the temperature was hard to get right. Excellent value for money

The room is perfectly clean. Staff services are really great and helpful. Location is suitable for anyone who would like to go to nearby of the Phuket Old Town. The breakfast is delicious organized in the lobby which is large and quiet. Much more worth than the amount of money spent.I'll be back to here if have a chance.

Nice hotel in the centre of Phuket Old Town. Ideally located for a snorkelling trip or the Sunday Night Market (which btw is a big tip). One thing tho; our room smelled a bit funny - we asked the reception to have a look but it didn’t help much. Also the beds are hard (but so they seem to be across Thailand ?! ). All in all, good value for money.

My 7 years old daughter love this hotel the most for our stay in Phuket Old Town. Walking distance to all the attractions around Old Town. Beautifully designed hotel with lovely music and we enjoyed the thoughtfulness of putting the coconut foot massage in the room. Helpful staff that try their best to entertain your enquiries. Also we get to try their new breakfast menu, that was memorable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My group stayed in Blanket Hotel for 1 night. It is a cute modern hotel and good for short stay. Staff were helpful and friendly, and location was ideal for us. Very clean rooms. But unfortunately my room has no view, windows cannot be opened, and there was no elevator. We have booked again for our 2024 trip, and have chosen City View rooms for 2 nights. Hopefully it will be an even better experience. Thanks πŸ™πŸ»

Friendly and helpful staff. Note that there are no lifts in the hotel. So if you plan to take big luggages you'll have to manage it. Hotel staff helped us to take our big luggages to upstairs. Also they have a continental breakfast spread and apart from it they also offered a special breakfast dish.

Nice , clean hotel with great location in Phuket Town. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Quite far from Patong beach , so if you enjoy night life , you should book the one in the beach area instead

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, and amazing price for what you get! Only reason for not five stars is no shampoo or conditioner in rooms, not great water pressure, and lack of choices in the breakfast (however it was really nice that breakfast was included). If you’re looking for a cheap room in a convenient location, this is the place for you.

Very clean hotel. Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Hot and clean water. Great value for the price. Only issue no elevator.. Rooms are a bit small.

Staffs are very nice and polite. The hotel room is clean and the bed is quite comfy but because no lift, people walking up and down the stairs can make irritated noises. My only complain was that at night the air-con in the room dripped all the time even when I kept it at 25c from the beginning.πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜•

Overall ok for the price and a good deal for one overnight stay but has some issues. No elevator, be prepared to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor. Street noise was very audible. One of the two beds had a bug in the blankets that bit every uncovered place on the body (not mosquito, the bites don't itch, possibly bedbug or ant), we had to share a single bed. Not their fault but two weeks after the flooding the hotel still suffered from sewage odor. Toilet water was brown, shower and sink water was clear but we didn't risk to brush our teeth with it. Safe didn't work because it had no batteries. It wasn't fixed to anything and my 8 year old was able to lift it up. Breakfast was Thai style and quite ok. They order it and it looks like it comes from a food stall. The staff was very friendly. They stored our luggage for free after check out so we could look around town a bit. There is not much to see though so we left town earlier than planned.

Nice room and location. Nearly the walking street, you can walk there just 5 minutes. Cron: hot water isn't stable.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Nice and cosy hotel at 5 min. walking distance from Phuket town, simple but clean room, very friendly staff, relatively quiet area. My only issue is that there is no table or desk and chair in the room to put your laptop on…

Stayed for 5 days at the property. The hotel is located in a really good location walkable to go everywhere. For the price the room are really good and clean. Staff is really helpful. Cannot comment on the food cuz never tried it . Overall good experience

attentive staff and very clean room. my only complaint is that the temperature in the shower fluctuates way too much. I've had similar experiences but this was by far the worst. you either shower with unbearably hot water or cold water. I ended up having to take cold showers for a couple nights..
