Just a short night stay here, but it was such a nice stay, comfortable and good service. The room is very clean and the price is reasonable. No good food options around this place. Wound recommend this for longer stay.

Rooms was good. Pool much more little than it seems at the Photos. Fitnessroom is one threadmill, one bike, one rowing machine. Rooms never cleaned, Schimmel at the walls. But best: Staff at the reception. 2 or 3 young Girls which are absolutely arrogant, unfriendly and 0 welcome or helpfull. Dont say hello, dont look, if you come inside. Looking bored completely time playing with their mobilphones. I asked one girl, what about aircondition in Fitnessroom. First no understanding, then moving their shoulders what means: I dont care about it. Catastrophe! The other with black hairs thinks she is Miss Thailand. Should not work at Hotel reception. I dont recommend!

Stayed here just an overnighter after our late landing to phuket, because we were heading to koh lanta the next morning. Price was cheap, service was good. Decent breakfast buffet. Only bad thing was quite close to a nightclub or something, was booming through the walls till about 2am.

Hotel is in a good location in a walking distance from Phuket Old town, but if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this hotel for you. Although we stayed in the room facing the pool, we could hear the music basses from nightclub next to the hotel each night. Rooms are clean, but the bathroom is really small and shower is not separated with curtains, so everything gets wet after showering, including toilet bowl. Hotel pool is small and shallow, and not made for normal swimming, but if you want to chill a little, it will work for you. Hotel reception personnel do their job, but I would not decribe service as super nice. We did not had high expectations towards this hotel, so we were not disappointed at the end.

Stayed in a Standard Room. Pros; Walking distance from city centre (old town). Cons; Staff is not so welcoming. Room and hotel have a student dorm residence feeling. Bar/Restaurant across the hotel has very loud music until late night. Pool is quite small. Shower is right next to toilet without a shower curtain. No hand soap, only shampoo and body gel.

Bed is best (Big and comfy), service is good, room is clean. Only negative experience is pub and restaurant nearby making noise at night.

The people working here are extremly nice. All good. Cute and good place to stay. RECOMMENDED 100%

Very clean room, over all good for the price!! Just a few things to note: Shower is very close to the toilet and the whole restroom gets wet everywhere. My room was facing the street, sound from near bar was terrible.

Fine. Rooms are clean and relatively new to more central historic ones. 10 mins walk from central center. Receptionist friendly. Overall no problems.

Nice, spacious modern rooms about 13 minutes from Phuket Old Town Center. My only issue was that the whole building is very hot and A/C in the room was taking long to cool off the air. There is a washing machine (30 Baht / 1 hour program) and dryer (10 Baht / 5 minutes), however the reception doesn't have change (10 Baht coins).

Hotel just reopening in September after covid. The location is convenient and walk to old town easily. Many good restaurants are around the hotels. Love it

This hotel is very noisy, basically next to a nightclub, the music makes it impossible to sleep. Only stops at 3 in the morning. Would not recommend to anyone!

It’s affordable. It’s clean, convenient to work in town of Phuket and go back to take some rest in the afternoon and sleep as well. Breakfast is included but I prefer eat outside. The staffs are so nice, really helpful if you need some help.

The big plus is for sure the fact, that hotel is new, modern and very clean. Location is also not bad, very close to the old town. Unfortunately I have to mention the big minus: near the hotel and across the river there are few bars/clubs that literally volume up the music when it's time for sleep!! Really, the music is very loud - a bar next to the hotel was rolling hardcore rock/metal music and believe me... these are not lullaby songs!

Excellent and cheap place to stay in Phuket town! It is within walking distance to lots of markets, sights, and great Thai food. I highly recommend the inexpensive and delicious soup restaurant next door (50 baht per bowl). The room was large, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was great, and the WiFi worked well (you have to renew it every other day). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and there is also a nice safe in the room. I would've given this place 5 stars but we were woken up by construction every morning. It started on the first day we arrived and the staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Yet, the walls of this hotel are very thin and the constant sound of hammering was quite annoying.
