During the 2 nights we stayed there we found 3 huge cockroaches in the room. Fridge was off and smelled terrible upon arrival. Room needs maintenance. Good enough breakfast for the price range and quite helpful people at reception, who offered a change of room when we showed them the cockroach (they did not seem shocked with the insects in the rooms). Overall would not recommend. There are plenty other hotels to choose from all over Phuket.

Excellent hotel with outstanding and polite, spacious rooms, free water and coffee, breakfast included. Big thanks goes to front desk staff. If I come back to Phuket, surely P Royal will be my choice.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Obviously don’t expect too much for the cost, but the room was decent with plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc, and a fridge and kettle were available. Front desk staff spoke enough English and were helpful. WiFi was reliable. The free daily breakfast was ok, lots of Thai dishes but coffee, toast, and cereal were available as well. Only drawback is that there is nothing touristy nearby and it is a long walk to any tourist locations. Great value for money overall.

3* for the hotel are strongly overrated. I booked with booking for 5 nighs, 2 days I had to work online. When I arrived I realized wifi is not properly working, it was crashing non stop on all my devices, neverending loading with errors (2 mobiles, 1 laptop). Next day in the morning I asked at reception to change my bookings (from 5 to 2 nights, so that I could go to other hotel). Reception rejected immediately, they even did not try to find some solution, were just repeating - no possible, no possible. I even asked to refund me only 2 nights instead of 3 but there were not helpful at all. I moved to other hotel anyhow. When I tried to solve with booking, I got reply that property was offering me another room and wifi was working - sadly I suppose that lying was a way how to keep money for 5 nights even when I stayed only 2 because of faulse information. Nevertheless in general - breakfast are poor, room is quite elderly (had room on 4th floor), noise coming to room all the time from corridors, upfloor, next room. Water in shower does no drain, there is no shield against the water during shower, stays even during night so when you go to toilet you step into the small lake and might slip, hot water not working at all. Definitely not recommended if you value your money - not worthy the money

The location is quite far from the main attractions, beaches, and even the airport. The breakfast is okay. There is no AC in the gym. Additionally, the swimming pool is very small, and the Wi-Fi is not working properly.

The wifi access was weird because it only allowed to connect one device per login, which means you constantly have to reconnect and is tiring. The staff was attentive and available, although we had some language barrier. The room was nice.

we stayed in this structure for 4 nights in April 2023. initially it didn't seem too bad, rooms more or less ok, certainly not very comfortable but still in line with the price range. the shower bad bad. the breakfast very bad, only continental breakfast with very little choice and very poor quality stuff. I then used the paid laundry service: they returned my Lacoste t-shirt with 4 large bleach stains. when I went to ask for explanations, receptionist replied that it can happen. It can happen? terrible experience. never again

Good hotel, I stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and the facilities staff was friendly. I recommend it.

I stayed for 3 days with family and it was very pleasant.. Receptionists were very helpful and check-in and check-out was very smooth. Rooms were good and clean. Had big balcony helped us to dry out clothes. Location wise also it good and most of the Day tour free pick-up you will get it from here. Indian restaurants you may not find much around within walking distance so you have to order the food.

Got a good value last minute deal here. Free breakfast was great and the pool on the roof looked amazing although we didn't try due to weather. Would stay again.

Great value for money. We stayed at The Royal P Phuket for 3 nights. Rooms were great but bathroom layout is a little odd for me having shower directly next to the toilet. Great location, decent breakfast and welcoming staffs.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing. Very close to many legendary restaurants and other conveniences such as 24H wash and dry. From here it is also very easy to remember ways around, in and out of Phuket Town without assistance of Google Maps (oh the irony). The beds are very comfortable. The room itself is very spacious and the showers are... standard hotel stuff I guess. The person in charge of doing the rooms (I'm certain it is a male) seem to be extra attentive to detail since he most likely noticed our insane usage of shower gel compared to the shampoo and decided to give us 3:1 ratio on the days after instead of 1:1 of each type. Overall good hotel, great location and amazing staff right from the reception. That was my first time ever in Phuket and would surely return to book the hotel on my future trips.

Has decent facilities such as a gym and small pool. Breakfast is okay and staff are friendly. I didn't consider the rooms clean when I arrived however as there was mould in the fridge and balcony chairs were dirty. I also think the upper floor i stayed was not well sound proofed.

Great hotel with good value for money. High speed Wi-Fi. Air conditioning works well, good high water pressure shower and there is even a bathtub! Quite and peaceful location near amazing park. Breakfasts are well served, with reasonable variety of dishes and snacks everyday. The staff is just so lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. Bedsheets are fresh and perfectly white, as well as towels.

It's in the old town surrounded by nothing. No bus station near the area. Staff very polite and helpful. Good breakfast with different option, but if you want a proper coffee you have to pay a extra. The small restaurant in front of the hotel was nice enough.

If you are looking for a clean well organized and well connected hotel this is it... The stuff is extremely friendly and goes out of is way to assist you during your staying in this structure. The infinity pool on the roof and the full gym at the top floor is just perfect for your everyday activity. Grate hotel and a real Burgen for your dollar...

We really enjoy our stay in this hotel. It is very great value for the money and location is so well to walk to the local restaurant and food store within walkin distance. Room is very clean and full of amenities like microwave, a refrigerator or the electric cooking station. Bed is sooooo comfortable. There is noise that can come in the room at all. We will be again! Staff is very professional as well.
