Good hostel on the main street. Walking distance to 7-11, ATMs, and old phuket town. Stayed in the triple room had no windows. Room was spacious but a little restricting with no windows. Strong internet throughout. Lots of stairs and no elevator/lift made thr jaunt to the room a bit taxing.

Amazing. One of my best stays in all of Thailand. Clean and tidy rooms, very friendly staff, great room service. And specially the tea they give out here *(no extra charges) during breakfast and the jam cookies are icing on the cake 🎂... I stayed in a triple occupancy AC room with TV, Safe, etc. The ultimate comfort is that it's away from all the hustle and bustle of the main city and also not too far from it.

It was very comfortable, and had all the essentials. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the location was great. I think this place is more of a private room hostel rather than a dorm style one (although they have dorms). Free coffee/tea, banana, and snacks all day.

I had the worst experience at this hostel. I did check in around 2pm and then when I got into the room, there was no bed’s number or letter. So I asked the housekeeper for clearance. Then I spent the rest afternoon for sleeping. I went out for dinner and got back to the room around 11.30 pm. And when I got back there was a woman sleeping in my bed. Because I didn’t want to disturb her and the other guests, I went to the reception and asked a guy who was in charge (August 25, 2023). He was really not giving me a solution!!! Just ignore me and asked me to moved to another bed which I thought was not clean and WHATT?? I DID CHECK IN FIRST AND THEN NOW I HAVE TO MOVE ALL MY THINGS???????????? I was trying to calm myself, I tried to give him a deal. I moved to private room with a reduce price of what I paid for the dorm bed. AND HE SAID NO AND LITERALLY LEFT ME ALONE!! I followed him to downstairs and fortunately there was a lady (probably has a higher position) and she asked me what’s happening. I explained all to her and she said that I can move to private room and they will reduce the price. But I told her that the reception guy said the opposite and left me with no solution and has no good attitude to a guest!!! 👎👎👎 Problem solved but I won’t ever stay here again!!!

I spent four nights here in a private double. My only slight concern was with the lack of space between the bed and the walls on both sides. I had to crawl in from the bottom or walk sideways along the bed to get in it! But everything thing else was all good - comfort, cleanliness, location and WiFi. I was greeted very warmly when I arrived, with offers of assistance. I could catch the bus to Nakhon Si Thammarat from behind the hotel, and there were good coffee and food options nearby for when I didn't feel like walking into town (maybe 10 minutes away). They sold drinks and had a few tables out front to relax around.

Great hostel / hotel, private rooms are super spacious and even have balconies which i haven’t seen at any other hostel. The staff are all extremely accommodating and helpful. Close to bars and restaurants.

Easily the best hostel in Old Town Phuket when you factor in location, price and how nice this hostel is. Private rooms are really nice and well priced. The staff are super accommodating and theres a nice chill area outside

Good service, good bed, good pillow, good air con! Nice area to sit outside. Easy to walk to 7/11, food, or bus station. Dorms are on the 4th floor upstairs so if you don't like walking maybe it's not for you. Great place!

We booked a room with window and balcony on pictures. But they provided a dark room with no window on the ground floor. We cancelled it

I had a private double room to myself and it was heavenly! Big comfy bed, TV, private balcony and the best shower I've had in South East Asia. Great location close to the bus terminal and just a short walk to the old town center.

Location is great. Just next to the Phuket town bus terminal and u can take the bus to patong beach, airport, etc conveniently. Plenty of restaurants, street food and convenient store around. Rooms are spacious with big balcony. Front desk receptionists are helpful and willing to fulfill your request and respond to every inquiry. Highly recommend!

Clean, cozy and comfortable. Room are big, bathroom very clean, very friendly staff and very good service. Just a side of the main road. Near to old town Phuket only 5 minutes walk. Many food stall along the side, museums and many more.
