Located in the central area, dorm beds are clean and comfortable in small room without any ventilation.Bath room and toilets are small but kept clean. As AC works only in the night it will be very hot in the cave during morning times. There's a dedicated help desk for answering the questions or any guidance.I paid 280 baht directly as it's same price even if you book through online websites which is little expensive as it's touristic area.

Good for a night or two but that town center is crowded and very loud at night from the rooms. Mattresses so so hard and cushions too. Thatā€™s a shameā€¦ and also they donā€™t provide drinking water !! Iā€™ve never seen this after 3 week in cheap places in Thailand (and that was really not the cheapest place we have been)

Amazing place to stay! They were constantly cleaning the areas, so was always spotless! The location is amazing, to be able to walk anywhere in the old town! The staff are so friendly and helpful! We were able to wash laundry for so cheap! It is also a cafe and we had the best breakfast there! Only negative was the bed was very hard, but the rest of the place 100% makes up for it!! We stayed in a price room, and the room itā€™s self was so nice! But the shared dorms also looked good! Would recommend this place

Amazing hostel, felt really well looked after by our host. We arrived and the AC didn't work in our private room, so we were put in a dorm, still kept private, very grateful to be so looked after. Once our room was ready we moved in, no problems. Great facilities, super bang in the middle of busy old town, and fantastic breakfast at the cafe. An amazing start to our trip.

Good location and the staff were friendly but we checked out after two hours! The bunk beds were ridiculously high, there were no hand rails to help pull yourself up and it was essentially impossible to climb up! I cut my hand trying to climb up! When I eventually got up, and then had to come down, there was nothing to grip onto so I ended up falling off the bed and plummeting to the ground! To add to this, the air con only comes on between 19:00 and 09:00! So the room was very stuffy!

Popped in for a drink to cool down with my wife. Ordered two fruit shakes. I had a pineapple shake. The pulp was hard, brown and didnā€™t quite taste right. Ruined three days of my holiday sitting on the toilet after this experience. Stay clear if you value your health.

Location is top, but it was loud all night because we had a window towards the road. You are not allowed to bring your own water/food but if you would put it in a bag they wonā€™t notice. I slept not that well..

Amazing hostel with an amazing host. The rooms are clean and offer everything you need on a budget trip. AC works great and the food downstairs is delicious. I fell in love with peanut butter french toast.

I am writing this review only for the cafe as we did not stay in the hostel. Overall I think the food was not the best as the avocado toast was very bland and did not have much flavor. BUT the croffle (waffle) had great flavorys and satisfied my taste buds.

The best hostel Iā€™ve stayed at so far in Thailand. Amazing staff who are extremely friendly and accommodating, excellent facilities and great security at a very reasonable price of 350bht/night. The beds are comfortable in the shared dorm and each bed comes with a lockable cubby that is very large and can fit all large backpacks and most big suitcases and there is a power outlet and light for each bed. There are laundry facilities on site for 30b which is the same price, cheaper even, that I have found across Thailand. The front door is locked at night and accessible only by key card provided on check-in. The location is right in old Phuket town very close to many cute shops, markets and restaurants (check out the drawing room cafe across the street on the corner, youā€™ll recognize it by the graffiti artwork outside, a backpackers paradise. Indy, the manager at the cafe, is a one-of-a-kind gem) Highly recommend and I wouldnā€™t hesitate to book again in the future.

Excellent stay, must leave a review herešŸ’“ I have stayed here for 5 nights from 19 Feb to 25 Feb! Checkin procedure is smooth and one of the staffs there called Ploy is sooo friendly and can speak well English to communicate with guests! And yes, you have to paid 200baht deposit for the key card, and its refundable on your checkout date!:) the location is great too, it situated right next to the old town street! For the room, I have stayed in mixed room which consisted of 8 beds! The bed is big enough for you to put your personal stuffs on it , as well as sleeping on it, it's greatšŸŽˆ Apart from the bed, each bed provide a light and a charger area! But one thing could be improved in the future, the air conditioner only turn on in between 7pm til 9am (it would be great if the air con can be turned off at the checkout time instead, which is 11am! Because some guests are still sleeping inside the room, and still need aircon:( For the bathroom, I must praise about it! Shampoo, shower gel, toliet paper and hair dryer are all provided, except hair conditioner (it would be great if hostel can provide it in the future haha) Besides, the housekeepers clean the bathroom every day, i have seen several times! They are not only cleaning the toliets, but also the walls! I really feel so safe about it cuz they care about hygiene issue a lot!!!! Washing machine and dry machine are also provided as well however you have to paid for it! <as a friendly reminder, all men and women can access the same bathroom> Last but not least, the staffs are sooooo friendly and helpful:) They are willing to assist the guests at anytime! Impressive:)) Will definitely stay here again if I visit Phuket in the future!!

Lovely little cafĆ©. We had breakfast here on 2 of our 3 mornings in Phuket. Both the sweet and the savoury options were amazing. The sausage which came with the full English was one of the best we ever had and the pancakes were great too. Staff was welcoming and had a really good level of English. Itā€™s cash only though, wasnā€™t a problem to us.

A very nice hostel with nice and helping staff. You don't have the feeling that they want to sell you something or recommend you stuff which is super boring but super expensive as in other hostels. However the room had no windows and so they had the AC plus fan run over the night and that will make some of you sick. Also in the downstairs a bit smelly close to the toilet. But I can't tell what it is. But for Asian standards it was clean. Not shiny but clean. However!!! They are very dedicated and super friendly. Even tho the building is not too the people are more than top. I would go again and would recommend it. I am very critical so 4/5 is extremely good ;)

Great location in Phuket Town. (Phuket Town has lots of restaurants and shops but is far from the beach). The hostel met my basic needs and was an affordable price. I would specifically like to thank Opor at the front desk for being so friendly and helpful with any questions that I had.

Clean, privacy, safe, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable are just a couple of words. 6-bed female very spacious with lockers and privacy curtains on beds. Staff are super friendly and willing to help with any recommendations be it food, shopping, sight seeing or buses. The Cafe food and staff are šŸ‘ŒšŸ½ too. Will recommend again and again. Note: common area has changed since pictures. Walk in through Cafe, Hostel reception is out the back. BYO lock and towel or higher a towel for 30BHT.

This was a great hostel! I stayed in the 6bed female dorm and it was great, there was a lot of room compared to the mixed dorm which didn't have a lot of room between beds. The staff are so nice and helpful (especially Thip! She works the night shift and is an absolute gem!) The beds have curtains - not blackout or particularly private and lockers underneath the beds. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily, there are washing machines and dryers in the hostel you can pay to use. Tha aircon is turned on from 7pm to 9am, so during the day it can be warm with just the fan going. There isn't really a place for social hangouts - except for the cafe but it kinda sucks to take up a table if you aren't ordering anything - after the cafe closes at 6 you can sit in the cafe. The hostel is in a great location right in the heart of the old town, tons of cafes and restaurants nearby and a 24 hour family mart. For the price of the dorm and the quality you get you can't beat it. The cafe is delicious! The food is absolute quality and totally worth the prices. If you are on a budget and staying at the hostel the cafe being right there is a terrible temptation but worth it.

One of the nicest hostels I have stayed in during my 3 months of travel. The staff are amazing, so so friendly and so helpful - always giving advice on the best places to eat and plenty of night markets!! The rooms are really comfy aswell and facilities are kept clean 24/7. Could not recommend this hostel more! Itā€™s in a great location and not to mention that their food is also AMAZING!!

Excellent service minded owners and staff. They recommended good, delicious local food. Nice place you can chill out, relax, and make new friends.. Comfortable bed, and also nice coffee. Very close to the old town that you can walk around, the local market, and the local bus station thay can take you to different beaches on Phuket.

Recommended! Charming & cozy little cafe in Phuket Old Town. We went there for breakfast. The signature french toast was delicious and nicely presented. Very impressed with the food quality, portion, and their service. TRY their Coconut latte !

Nice stay at Neighbors Hostel Phuket. It's located in a quiet street in the old town of Phuket. Easy 10 min drive from the pier. The atmosphere is nice inside when you enter the little cafe. The mixed-dorm room was nice and clean. The bed comes with curtain+own light+ socker a security locker and aircondition. The staff is very lovely and speaks good English. A bonus is the cute little dog!!

This has been my favorite breakfast spot in Phuket. The place is spotlessly clean and the food delicious and very elegantly presented. The decor and ambiance are very pleasant and the service superb. I used the wifi here to catch up on business back home and found the calm, relaxed atmosphere perfect for my concentration. I highly recommend this establishment.

Everything about this place deserves a praise. From the staff to the ambience, the location of the hostel makes it easy to explore the nearby markets & also you donā€™t need a guide as the staff are very helpful in providing directions & general info about local town & how to get to places. The place is very clean and we enjoyed every bit of it, the living room is very cosy & relaxing. Kudos to the team āœŒšŸ». ThankYou Tim, May, Pear & sister who is in charge of housekeeping (sorry I didnā€™t get her name), Keep up the good work!

Very cute hostel! It has a very welcoming and relaxing vibe. The owner is super friendly and was very helpful! Everything is clean and gets looked after nicely. Perfect location in the midst of the beautiful old town where most things are withing walking distance. Can definitely recommend!

Friendliest and most genuinely helpful staff of any hotel or hostel I've ever stayed. Simple, safe, clean accommodations in a great location with tons of restaurants, shopping, and sights within walking distance. Definitely chill vibes only, so if you are looking for party this is not the place for you.

One of my favourite hostels of my SE Asia trip. All members of staff have been incredibly nice to us the whole time, asking about our day and recommending places to visit, where to eat and bars to go to. The hostel has a cute cafe at the front of it, which like the rest of the hostel, is very nice. Breakfast was decent and at a reasonable price. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable. The room is very dark, perfect for a good night's sleep. Overall would recommend for a short trip in Phuket old town
