The bathroom was full of cockroaches, after seeing that I assure you that you don't sleep very well and that taking a shower surrounded by these insects is not possible. Moreover, there was no window in my room, it's quite scary. You can find a better place for this price: cleaner, without cockroaches and with a room with daylight.

We booked for 1 night and extended for another. This place is right next to the Historical centre and you can walk to almost all the major points of interest within 10 minutes. Located in a dead end street makes it pretty quiet and peaceful. Some occasional load motors can be heard at night, but not much louder than the airco. Rooms were clean, beds were made and there are some snacks in the fridge (for the same cost as 7-11). The bathroom was a bit less, with a wonky tap, and shower that was warm but had low pressure. Also on the first day we were greeted by 2 cockroaches, after that we saw no more. Our room had no windows which was fine, but next time I would choose a room with them. Check-in counter is open until 1700 afterwards the keys are in front of the door and you can get to your room yourself. Feels a bit weird that anyone can enter the guesthouse from the street. There is a laundry service for 60 THB per kilo for pickup at 0700 the next day. Very nice. The food court across the street has amazing food and should not be looked over. There are 2 mini markets within 25 meters of the hotel and provide all you could need.

Rating refers to the bar only: A little hard to see in a side street, but very centrally located. Nicely cooled, a bit dark but nicely furnished. Prices okay, top service and good taste in drinks. Espresso very good by Thai standards. Gladly again

I can't stand people that are winging for the sake of winging Traffic noise Lol, it's a dead end street just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to get a fantastic night's sleep and close enough to walk to everything you need to have an amazing holiday. The friendly and helpful staff bent over backwards to cater to all reasonable requests and provide great advice on getting around and what to see/do Every business they referred me to was also top quality I can't imagine staying anywhere else for my next visit. The rooms are huge and the beds so satisfyingly comfortable it's possibly the first hotel I have stayed in without having back pain after a night or two that I can remember Not a resort or a five star hotel but it felt like 5 stars (minus a pool, etc) I must not forget the coffee shop below (magnificent beverages) and it's not a pub so no music or crowds all night to keep you awake. Thank you for making an incredible holiday even better 9.5 Stars from me :)

The location puts you right in the action but tucked around a corner so not much road noise. The rooms are so clean and the amenities are great. One of the best showers with great pressure and temperature control. The standard rooms are great but no outside window which we knew about but when we extended our stay we upgraded to a deluxe.

My room did not have a window to the outside which honestly I would have thought is illegal - it is in my country. It’s cheap but not worth the savings.

Right in the heart of old town. We liked the room, service staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was a breeze.

Perfect location, clean rooms & convenient to explore old town on foot. We even got parking right infront for our car.

Good hotel price/quality wise. Only few points are that the towels were smelly as having been in a humid environment for too long. Also the door isn't insulating noise, meaning if anyone in the morning makes noise in another room you hear it very clearly. Overall small points and recommend this hotel definitely.

Not a bad little place to stay. Kinda modern, pleasant foyer/chill area. Staff are helpful. WiFi however was abysmal, really didn't work properly for the entire stay. At one point it displayed a suspension notice disabled by TOT due to "didn't pay bill" 😅 There is a street food stall selling crispy crepe kinda things out the front that actually scored a Michelin star. Anyway, if you're after a place in Old town for a few nights, sure why not.

Only being in the area for a night to go see Phuket Town attractions like Old Town, Na Siam was the perfect place. Just down the street from the famous Old Town, it is in a perfect location, and possibly our favourite eating spot was just around the corner. Fair prices and a nice little café and shop in the lobby gives you everything you need. Really modern fit out inside, and friendly staff willing to help with just about anything.

Location wise it was great, right in the centre of old town. Cant beat the price. Only two negatives: bad smell of the drainage in the bathroom and the outside noise can be a little annoying

Good location but the bathroom smells so bad all the time. It’s like from the sewer or something I just don’t know. Oh and lots of 🦟

Lovely small guesthouse right in the old centre/china town of Phuket Town. Very clean, but my room had a little bit of a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom (otherwise I'd given 5 stars). Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the coffee shop downstairs. An old style Phuket-chinese style food hall just across the street (dim sum, noodles etc) and plenty of restaurants just a little further away. Independent (I think) convenient store just around the corner. Would stay there again when in Phuket Town.

This is a great location if you want to be in the old Phuket town. The lady in reception is amazing however our room not so much, the bathroom stank like the sewer, we weren't provided with shampoo and the plugs were terrible, it would take a whole night (8+ hours) to fully charge our phones and the air con was sooooo loud !

There was 5 of us staying. We had 3 rooms and I think me and my boy friend had the bad room(555). The bathroom stunk of something decomposing. Plus when I went to take a shower there was a few cockroaches that came from the shower drain. But the other two rooms where perfectly fine and the people were very friendly. Luckily we was only there for the night so it didn't bother me

NA SIAM Guesthouse location makes it easy to venture around Old Town and the staff are friendly. The room we stayed in was very clean and looked very cool. Opposite of the guesthouse also has tasty snack karts.

Good place to stay in if you want to reach the old City by foot. The rooms were modernised and clean. Fully equipped too. Could hear cars in the morning from the window so it's not 100% quite. Good value for money.

The beautiful lady at the reception desk, Apple, was so kind and helpful. She recommended many different places to eat that offerd traditional thai food that were not touristy and expensive. She made our stay very nice. The rooms are fine, good bathroom, hot water, comfortable bed, and a mini bar with snacks and drinks (beer, soda, and water.) The location is lovely. The architecture of old town is stunning. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Apple and thank you Na Siam!

👍👍 Had an issue with a booking at another hotel so had to find something else with under 12 hours notice. Isara came up on our search and my husband was very excited to read about the pool Villa and booked it as a surprise for my birthday. You enter through the picture perfect cafe and are greeted by...
