This hotel is so UNDERRATED! I love this hotel, we ending up staying here twice. Cannot beat the price/value ratio. Some people say it’s old and dated, and I don’t agree. Sure, it’s no modern brand new hotel but everything works, so no complaints. Super comfortable beds and the rooms are big and every room has a balcony/terrace. The location is just outside the old town. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Many other guests I met extended their stay because they were so pleased with the hotel. I’d highly recommend!

Very Basic hotel and no room service is available. Lights in room is little, with many lights not working. Breakfast is also very basic, just bread, butter and coffee/tea with traditional Thai noodles stuff. eggs made 7:00 a.m once and are very cold when you eat it. Overall good for the price you pay.

The hotel's hall is okay to doing some seminar or mini meeting there. That's great !

They dont even stock toothbrushes here. The power outlet is terribly designed. Cobwebs everywhere. No usher services.

Except for the lobby lady, everything is old. Wi-Fi is OLD, and you can't even watch YouTube.

Stayed here 2 times. Everything is ok. There is parking for car travelers, WiFi, clean rooms and breakfast.

Nice place for the price. Room is okay. My room had some problems with the curtains (can’t shut) and can’t access cold shower, which they all fixed in an hour. Cheap rooms. Pretty great service. Have parking space for cars at front.

My family and I decided to take one night away from the Kata Beach area and spend it nearer to Old Phuket Town. The historic district is delightful, but this hotel is about a 15-minute walk away. If you don’t mind that, this hotel is clean, comfy enough, and nearby some good food. It’s nothing to write home about, but it is a clean hotel that will serve your family well. The best thing it offered for our family of five in particular was that we could pay a little extra (500 baht) for a third bed in one room so that each of our teenagers each had a bed to themselves.

This wonderful hotel is one of the best properties in Phuket Old Town. I truly liked everything about the place. I will stay here again the next time I visit.

Rooms are fine, but service is not available that much, hotel pools water gets around at the entrance might get slippery. Floor tiles are not fixed they might move when u step on it. Balcony is not clean

I thought the place was immaculate, very clean and tidy and the room was light and airy. Nice balcony to sit out on at night. The staff were nice and friendly and we added an extra night as it was a nice play to stay and found it quiet compared to others we have stayed in on Phuket. I’d recommend to all.

Very nice place to stay for a short time, very comfy and easy access to old town within 10 min walk in a quiet area. Only one concern is the electronic doors alarm going all the time, and you hear it from other rooms too … so be prepared to wake up as from 6 am because of this ( it seems many ppl stay there for work and wake up early). It might be useful to rent a car or a scooter when staying there.

This tasteful hotel sits in a very walkable area with lots of cute coffee shops, spas and local restaurants just around the corner. The architecture is very special, it also has a nice pool and even its own coffee place. Room and bathroom were spacious with both tub and shower + nice view. Highly recommend!

I have no clue why this hotel is not highly rated on Tripadvisor. May be very few ratings and will pick up soon. But this was one of the best hotel I choose in my entire Thailand trip specially at the price at which I got this. Swimming pool was crystal clear and super clean. One of the best I experienced in my entire budget trip. Hotel looks fairly new. Rooms were big and spacious. Check in process was smooth. All amenities were given. Balcony was beautiful as well with a pool view. Located in heart of Old Town. Everything is just a 5-10min walk away

The hotel is beautiful! The entrance, cafe, rooms, all of it. The rooms are huge with a beautiful balcony! The staff is polite and courteous, they even arranged for special vegetarian breakfast on demand. The location is a huge bonus. It is walking distance from the phuket bus terminal and has amazing cafes nearby. This is one of the best hotels you can find in this price range.

It's a 10 minute walk into the old town. Overall, for the cost, the hotel was well worth it.

Was nice but probably due to covid there is no more breakfast and no hot water for bathtub for the same price than 2 month ago.

The room was very damp and moldy! The sheets and quilt were all wet and I couldn't sleep at all all night! Never book this hotel again. The service attitude at the front desk was very bad and even threatened me to call the police.
