It was overall an great experience at Ming Shou. The hospitality was superb and location is great. Absolutely recommended. There was tea and coffee full day kept at reception and morning they had breakfast option and fruit banana was which tasty. The breakfast also had mango sticky rice as an option. The hotel was very clean. They also have water refill facility free of cost which is an added advantage in Thailand. Our AC room was approx 850 THB/ night which seemed great for the location and the hospitality. Some suggestions : 1) A better mattress, which is more softer and hotel feel will make the 4 star experience as 5 star. 2) The blanket looks like towel. I wish they really replace it with something which gives more blanket feels 3) The cupboard should have 1 or 2 racks. It did not have any and that made it difficult for us to use the cupboard to keep any clothes.

Very good location. We stayed at the first floor. Rooms smelled of humidity and there was a little lizzard staying with us. Bed was rock hard. And it was really noisy. Because the staff was talking too loudly at the reception I woke at 7.30. But the man who welcomed us (the one with the long hair) was friendly and helpful.

Pros: The location was amazing! The cleanliness of the facility was top notch! I loved the decorations and plants all over the place. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. I adored the chicken pillows! I plan to sew one for myself. 😊 The room was stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and two bottles of water. The air conditioner worked brilliantly! Cons: -Omg, the bed was hard! I thought previous reviewers exaggerated, but no, the bed was hard. Not a firm mattress but hard like wood!! I sleep on a firm mattress at home, but this bed was uncomfortable. I’m a side-sleeper and woke up with a numb shoulder and arm. ☹ This bed is best for back sleepers, side-sleepers… beware! -The breakfast was ok, and the same both mornings I was there. The breakfast consisted of tiny hot dogs, turkey sandwich meat, a boiled egg, bananas, toast, and a sesame candy ball. I’ve had better meals in Phuket Town in cheaper hotels. Maybe it would have been better if got one of those green wrapped rice things, but they were not available the days I stayed there. -The blankets on the bed were terry cloth aka towel fabric! The queen size bed had two large towels which were (obviously) thin and not soft. I think the owner did it so people would not use the a/c as much. Haha! -The bedroom did not have a window that faced outside. Tip: Bring lotion! None of the accommodations I went to in Thailand and Cambodia had lotion.

if I could give 0 star, I would give 0 star. so disaster especailly, the water of handbasin was waste water. really waste water. and the balanket was just towel, really If you want to stay here, you'd better stay on the road

Stayed here for 1 night - it's a larger property with many floors and rooms. The beds were not comfortable, but the room was spacious, clean and had a nice bathroom (just what we needed for the night). The host was nice in letting us print our boarding passes at the front desk. Breakfast was provided, but it was self-serve so the options were limited. At check in, we had difficulty communicating with the guy at the desk at that time (beyond the check in basics). It is located in the center of old Phuket Town, so it's nice to walk around the area.

I had visited with my family last year. Extremely comfortable, 3 beds available just as I wanted. Scrumptious free breakfast giving an at-home feeling. The location, Phuket town, is more family friendly than Patong, and loads of resraurants, bars and even shopping malls are available in nearby central Phuket. This area Phuket town is around 1 hour away from Patong beach.

Very good hotel in middle of old town. Interiors and ambience is great, we had room with 3 beds which has window facing old town. Room was spacious and staff was very helpful. Overall value for money as it's in middle of old town which u can explore on foot and take an experience of architecture.

Super location, in the main street of phuket old Town, but still really quiet. Owner and personnel really friendly and helpful. Room was clean, had no outdoor windows, but we didn't went there for the view and slept with the ac on, so it was ok. Breakfast was really good, they make sticky rice and have fresh bananas. They also help with printing us some tickets. Would recommend

For us, this place has been a superb basis while staying in Phulet town or before/after flights. The location is very central in the old town but as we had a room further away from the street, we could not hear any noise at all. The aiport bus has a stop nearby but getting to the aiport with a bolt taxi is also easy and reasonably priced. The rooms are small but clean, with AC. The only downside may be the windows that do not open directly to the street so it can feel a bit stuffy sometimes. Not all staff speaks English, but the manager who does is incredibly helpful. Breakfast is included which we loved, especially the sticky rice. There is also water/coffee/tea available throughout the day. Fantastic value for the price.

Best Hotel in term of location by far. I'm a solo traveller and things always easy when staying here. walking distances to all attraction, near downtown fresh Market where you can get a Po-Thong (local pub transport) to famous beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the gem in phuket old town.. the hotel is very neat and clean. And the host is super helpful.

It was exactly what we were looking and informed on website. Good localization, clean and comfortable bed (people complaint about the matters for us it was totally okay and clean), good towels, clean toilet, water for free and drinks in the reception and also air-conditioning. Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day very well. Friendly staffs and as we were in Thai I don't see any problem they don't speak fluent English (foreign people complaint exaggerated) , they always friendly and smiling and helpful and make us feel very welcome in their country.

Amazing host and great convenience place. Just checked out at this beautiful little place. Location it's just close to everything in old town. Have coffee corner, some fruit and breakfast. I didn't get a chance to have it but seem to be nice easy grab and go. Valued for the money definitely. Upon arrival I was informed very well from a male Manager or Owner. He informed every single things and all useful with a map of town. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here next visit if chance comes. Thank you once again for such a great hospitality.

This is budget friendly hotel located right in the middle of old Phuket Town, you get to feel the charm of old town. Hosts were nice and very helpful. Room was clean, ac worked fine and beds were quite comfortable for a good night's sleep. Highly recommended!!
