The gym is very nice and the behavior of the trainers is good but the best trainer of the gym is sandeep sir When i joined i was 122 kg and i came to 90 kg in 7 months thanks too fitness zone and sandeep sir ......😊😊😊😊😊

For both Men and Women. Go without having a second thought. It's reasonable and worth the price. They've got all the necessary equipments. And 3-4 trainers too. For women, Don't worry they've women trainer too.

Best gym in this area way better than bobs gold's Best trainers Sandeep sir Great environment and very less crowd I am going here since 2022

Trainers are the best feature here, they are dedicated and willing to teach you excercise and form. That level of commitment I sense lacking from other establishments. But over crowded in weights section. Cardio section is huge and has plenty of equipment to go around.
