Wow, what an incredible culinary experience, I'm blown away! I honestly don't know what the other reviews are talking about. The service is simply outstanding and you are treated like a king and will encounter happy faces loving their job. Should you need anything from napkins to chopsticks, they kindly show you the way to get them yourself at a well set-up self-service station. Regarding the food, 11/10. The chef surely doesn't fail to surprise you and as it was the case for us may even add some well-cooked insects to your plate, free protein!

Can confirm the other bad reviews. I ordered a curry without chicken as my friend is vegetarian and we wanted to share the meal. The waitress seemed weird about it so we double checked if the meal is cooked freshly (which should mean the curry isn’t already cooked with chicken) and she confirmed it’s made fresh and there won’t be chicken. The curry came 3 min later and we could spot immediately chicken pieces in the curry. So they tried to take out the chicken. I confronted the waitress’s and walked away not paying.

Servers were incredibly rude and lazy. Food was inedible and overpriced. Don't eat here, the poor reviews are 100% accurate.

By far and undoubtedly the worst food I have ever eaten. Avoid at all costs and should be shut down. I have never written a review before but this place was so awful I had to. I feel violently ill after the microwaved, over priced chicken burger was served to me. Diabolical and rancid.

The service is very slow. Make sure you don't have a plane to catch if you eat here. Plus the food tasted horrible. We had chicken cashew nuts. The chicken was hard and tasteless. They are the only restaurant in the airport. There are snack booths and cafes on both floors. Better to eat elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. I thought about getting a text to a nearby restaurant because I had 4 hours waiting at the airport, but eventually I decided to eat at this sketchy restaurant - and boy I was wrong. The spring rolls were hot on the outside and cold on the inside, the pad thai was gross and even the french fries were not so good. And all that with airport’s prices - expensive and bad.

Good food. No problems. Decent price. Wide selection. Menu pictures are attached. My wife had fried rice and I drank a young coconut shake. It is no culinary wonder but it's pretty good for a decent priced pre airport meal. I would probably just stick with the Thai food though!

Good restaurant with rather fair prices for airport relations. We had asian food which tasted good. Not the best food we had in Thailand, but much better than expected after reading the other ratings. BUT: HORRIBLE AND SLOW SERVICE

Avoid this place at all cost if you can, especially if you have food allergies or don’t want to have your food handle without care. I come to this airport frequently to fly out and unfortunately this is the only restaurant there 🙄 I’m pretty sure they would be out of business if someone else open another one there… but anyway, today after a series of flight delays, me and my husband needed some “real” food, something more than cakes and coffee. I ordered Tom Kha Seafood, I ordered in Thai and repeated in English but it came with chicken instead. For me this is a preference, I do not eat meat, but what happened after made my blood boil… the lady was trying to put the blame on me like if I ordered chicken 🤦🏻‍♀️ she took it back and 2 min later brought the food again. I knew right there that they did not cook it again, it was colder than before, they just took out the meat and add some shrimps and rubbery tasteless squid 🥴 I checked and still saw some small pieces of chicken inside. She had the audacity to roll the eyes on me when I mentioned that I knew this wasn’t made fresh and there was still chicken on my soup and it’s disrespectful and dangerous to those who have serious allergies. Someone could literally die or be taken to hospital and she rolled her eyes on me making fun… there’s literally children eating there and no food safety whatsoever. In another note, other people eating there said the same thing, the people working there laughed when they said the food tasted horrible and it was soaked in oil. Imagine how disrespectful is to laugh in the face of your clients about food safety and how it tastes bad? I’ll try to lift this issue to the airport itself and some authority regarding food safety because it’s time this garbage of a restaurant have some accountability. There’s a reason they ask you to pay upfront when the food isn’t even in your table… Disgusting place!

overpriced and rude attitude. food was cold. 145 bahts for rice with some veggies and few pieces of sausage. Maybe local people charged much less. do not go there unless you are desperate

“บริการแย่ เหมือนญาติที่เกลียดกัน” This restaurant doesn’t deserve 0.00001 of star. The man that taking order is very rude. I ask for 2 plates of dumpling and he quote “Can’t you see what I’m doing?” So I walk back to my seat. Then he shout “So what do you want?” I replied calmly “Never mind ka” Then he mumbling real loud quote “if you don’t want then don’t order.” And banging his coffee mug. (Greatest service mind) I honestly suggest to close this restaurant, the food is bad anyways. If the airport doesn’t have any reputation to lose then keep running this type of business to collect bad reviews.

DISGUSTING! The place smelled horrible when we walked in and the tables were sticky and gross…we should have left right then, but we were hungry. Right before our food came out a cockroach ran across the table….the only cockroach I have seen so far in Thailand. Gross. The food wasn’t even edible, it was awful and not worth possibly getting sick over. Didn’t eat and just grabbed snacks from the other shop instead. Don’t go here!

Don’t come here please. Chicken burger is microwaved and doesn’t look fresh. I brought it back and said that it wasn’t cooked and that it was microwaved. The guy smiled at me and said “you want more microwaved”?!. luckily didn’t have to pay.

Plain and flavorless food, eat here if you have no other choice.. 260 for fried rice, sandwich and a coke.. Go outside, turn right and walk for 1 minutes and go to Orange restaurant, MUCH cheaper and better..

This is the first time in my life that I review a restaurant, and I wouldn't if only the food was bad (I paid 150 baht for the worst hamburger of my life), but the service is really bad! A woman who served me was just indifferent, but the man who served me next was not only rude, he was aggressive for no reason. I should have mama noodle at 7 Eleven :(

We arrived at the airport at 6pm but unfortunately the orange restaurant just outside (to the right on ground floor) was just closing. The guy did let me buy a beer (large can for 80 baht) but couldn’t do food. So reluctantly after reading reviews we ate at the only option which was this restaurant. It’s on the 2nd floor in the main terminal, before security. The menu looked decent but we were quickly informed that only the sad-looking buffet was available. I chose the chicken red curry, rice, pork skewers and spicy sausage. My wife had the same but went for the green curry. All dishes were either lukewarm or cold, although my red curry was decent enough and easy to finish. My wife’s green curry turned out to be fish but it was totally inedible. One of the worst things I’ve tasted, not just in Thailand, but in life. The pork skewers, despite being cold were actually ok but the spicy sausage was disappointing. We also had a small chang (same cost as the can twice the size at Orange restaurant) and a Fanta. Total cost 470 baht. If it hadn’t been for the green curry, I’d say it was passable for an airport where you’re never going to get quality, cheap food. But the fish was so bad that it made me worry for hours afterwards that we were gonna be bound to the toilet the entire evening. If Orange restaurant is open, then definitely go there. Or just make sure you eat before you arrive. *edit - I was indeed very sick during the night. I originally gave 2 stars but now I’d advise to avoid this restaurant completely 😠

Don't trust anyone in the reviews saying the food is good. This place has the worst pad Thai I've ever had. However, the staff was friendly, and the place was decent. Had to give 2 stars for that at least.

Please eat before you get to the airport, this is the only option and wow it was very very bad, barely had anything on the menu in stock, 4 workers 2 standing around doing nothing, 1 cleaning tables and one running around taking orders and cooking the food. We ordered 2 tuna sandwiches and 2 portions of French fries. 30 minutes later the Tuba sandwiches came out. Mine had been nuked in the microwave so the bread had gone extremely soggy. My girlfriends had not so she got to enjoy her sandwich. 15 minutes later our fries came out soaked in dirty oil. Worst thing is this place isn’t cheap either.

The food is ok,but sometimes the staff is busy so can’t help us order food ,I waiting for the 20mins is ok,but if you are rush for the flight,maybe better get inside the gate have food

Typically, i’m a pretty easy going person but the service was horrible. We ordered a chicken Panang and a pork fried rice. The Panang was good even if it’s on the pricey side. The pork fried rice never came. The nearly the entire staff was eating near the cash area. Just felt really unprofessional and the bad attitude was dreadful. The only reason why I see this place is still in business is that there is very little competition. I could never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Just avoid like the plague and settle for a cafe downstairs in the airport.

The taste was not bad. The service is very slow. You might have to wait for hours. Do not recommend unless you really have a free time to wait :/

If you want diarrhea you should eat here and ask for the green curry. The staff was nice but the old man was rude and creepy.

Would recommend the vegetable fried rice. It is freshly prepared with fresh vegetables. Very enjoyable and perhaps a ray of hope in this restaurant, judging by the other reviews.

Food was delicious, good and quick service though not quite busy.
