It
was
a
very
bad
experience.
Staff
of
the
hotel
lacks
hospitality
along
with
basic
etiquettes.
We
ordered
our
dinner
around
7.30
PM
and
hotel
restaurant
said
that
it
will
be
ready
by
8.30
PM
however
when
we
checked
with
them
they
said
that
we
need
to
change
the
order
as
what
we
ordered
initially
was
not
available
with
them.
We
agreed
and
changed
our
order
i
we
didn't
wanted
to
waste
time.After
changing
our
order
we
got
half
of
our
order
around
9.30
PM
and
when
we
checked
with
them
again
they
asked
us
to
wait
for
20
mins.more.
Staff
is
very
rude,
arrogant,
reckless
and
shameless.
They
don't
know
how
to
treat
their
guests.
Apart
from
their
horrible
food
service
there
room
quality
is
also
bad.
Rooms
and
bathrooms
have
pungent
smell,
also
their
wifi
doesn't
work.
Overall
a
very
bad
experience
at
this
hotel.
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
to
anybody
because
they
do
not
have
anything
good
except
the
room
size
which
is
the
only
plus
point
of
this
hotel.
Apart
from
their
big
rooms
their
quality
of
the
room,
bathrooms
and
their
hospitality
service
is
worse
as
per
hospitality
industries.Please
do
not
book
this
hotel
if
you
don't
want
to
suffer
in
your
trip.
