Karnal, also known as the rice bowl of India, is one of the oldest districts of Haryana. The city has gained importance since Mahabharata era. Late Dr. Kalpana Chawla, an Indian-American scientist and NASA astronaut was born in a Punjabi Hindu family at Model Town, Karnal. She also did her schooling at Tagore Baal Niketan, Karnal. The first Prime Minister of Pakistan, Liaquat Ali Khan was born in Karnal. Today, Karnal is also famous for manufacture of agricultural implements and its spares. More than 40% of country agricultural implements and spares are manufactured here.

Exact Centre of the Karnal City.. But crowded with E Riickshaws Old bus stand is just 5 minute walking distance.. Railway station is hardly 10 minutes by rickshaw Karan gate market, cloth market and kunjpura road market is just surrounded by this chowk

Pretty decent place marking an old heritage in Karnal history. It's a junction area which connects multiple major roads of Karnal. You can buy accessories around this area.

The owner was very rude to behave of bahal medical hall Father & son I just ordered some medicine from the owner He said you have to pick tomorrow or next day I visited three times but medicine was not there So please don't go there

The tower is amazing just dirty these days we need proper cleaning for these kinds of locations coz those are the only things that catches our eyes also it’s a little crowded and roads here are even worse than u can think please take care of these kinds of lactation

Clock Tower is placed in the centre of Karnal. It is located in the market. Food market garments market available near it. It is available on the chowk. It is main location of Karnal. One road go to sabji mandi 1 to railway station one to bus stand 1 to market. This is available on old GT Road.

Here one Pani poori wala is placed is very good to eat. Please go here and try atleast once.

Trade mark of Karnal City the clock tower with tricoloured side walls stands with pride in Committee Chowk. Underneath the tower is erected the statue of Mahabharata fame Karan donating his golden teeth to lord Krishna disguised as a brahmin asking for alms from the dying king Karan.
