Centro termale che come idee avrebbe anche un suo perchè, ma ho riscontrato alcuni difetti importanti che per chi viene da fuori risulta essere più la spesa che la resa. Partendo dal fatto che l'acqua in se della piscina grande era solo tiepida, i vari percorsi poi presenti sono interessanti e sicuramente utili per chi necessita di percorsi riabilitativi, ma per esperienza ho un'idea del tutto diversa di Terme. Probabilmente per chi è di Bologna, ha senso andarci per la comodità e la posizione vicina a tutto, ma per chi viene da fuori diciamo che piuttosto ci sono altre mete più interessanti.

Centro termale moderno, poco costoso. Personale dell’accoglienza gentile e professionale. Pulizia ottima. Servizi funzionanti, nonostante i numerosi ospiti del centro che ho visto usare impropriamente doccini di bagno turco e pulsanti vari. Medici disponibili. Personale delle terme solare e corsi divertenti. Da visitare sicuramente!

Ho iniziato la prima seduta di dodici di fangoterapia e gia' tutti i miei dolori sono spariti. Raccomando queste cure perche' il corpo si sente veramente bene. Il personale e' anche molto gentile, la struttura molto pulita e poi e' davvero comodissima, avendo la residenza a Bologna!

Mi sono trovata molto bene:operatori e massoterapisti molto gentili e professionali. Ho scelto questo centro poiché è l'unico del circuito mare termale bolognese che pratica i fanghi terapeutici,maturati in loco con la loro preziosa acqua termale bicarbonato solfato calcica. Tra l'altro sono cure convenzionate anche col SSN, per cui un ciclo all'anno di fangobalneoterapia in caso di patologie e dolori articolari è eseguibile. Ho riscontrato davvero i benefici sulle articolazioni doloranti e ritornerò. Nei pressi di Pontelungo, comodo alla fermata dell'autobus di Santa Viola. Unica pecca/lato negativo: a differenza delle terme S.Petronio-Antalgik in centro e delle Felsinee nel quartiere Barca, non vi è la fontana di acqua termale!

La mia borsetta è sparita dal mio armadietto (hanno una chiusura strana, sembrano chiusi con il lucchetto ma a volte si aprono lo stesso) ed è "magicamente" riapparsa tre giorni dopo sotto gli armadietti (dopo aver già rifatto documenti e serrature). L'atteggiamento del personale è stato a dir poco scostante, l'impressione è che fossero solo interessati ad avere meno fastidi possibile.

Palestra bella e con attrezzature nuove. Poca gente quindi ci si può allenare bene. Gli istruttori non ti seguono, ti fanno la scheda ma non ti spiegano nulla. Questo anche con la palestra semi vuota.

On voulait faire une journée reposante aux thermes à Bologne... et bah c'est raté ! À peine arrivées, on s'est retrouvées au milieu d'une session d'aquagym... très bruyant du coup !! Cela n'a pas du tout sa place dans les thermes. Les jets hydromassants ne fonctionnent que partiellement voir pas du tout en fonction des bassins... Obligation de porter un bonnet, je n'ai jamais vu ça dans des thermes !! Ils vous prêtent des bonnets de douche si vous n'en avez pas. Pensez à amener serviettes, tongues et un cadenas pour le casier (oui un cadenas!!) sinon vous devrez payer des suppléments. Attention si vous payez vos entrées ensemble, vous aurez un supplément de 2€ sans que l'on vous prévienne... Vous devez aussi signez un contrat interminable avant d'entrer... Si vous arrivez entre 13h et 14h, vous devrez payez le tarif journée à la place du tarif demi-journée (30€ au lieu de 22€). N'essayez pas de parler anglais avec les surveillantes dans les thermes... c'est peine perdue. De plus, le personnel est très désagréable...

Non ne avevo mai fatti prima ma Valentina è riuscita a mettermi subito a mio agio con gentilezza, disponibilità e grande empatia! I fanghi sono molto efficaci e rilassanti, dopo il trattamento ci si immerge in acqua termale ed infine si conclude il trattamento nella sala relax di cromoterapia. Ho fatto anche alcuni massaggi con Roberto e Enrico, entrambi bravissimi! Consiglio questa esperienza a chi deve fare delle terapie o vuole rilassarsi e staccare un po' la spina. È un'ambiente molto bello e curato esteticamente. La piscina è molto rilassante ed anche il percorso con getti d'acqua e cascata finale, davvero suggestiva!

Il posto è un po' freddino quando esci dall acqua e I pulsanti dell idromassaggio mi fanno imprecare in aramaico antico perché avolte funzionano e altre volte no.

Sono andata a visitare il locale per staccare dallo stress quotidiano… e ho riscontrato: file per l’ingresso insieme a tutti i vari servizi che offre la struttura, una impiegata arrogante che , oltre a fare battutine e sorrisini non richiesti, non ha detto quello che serviva dire. Zona relax e sauna dove si sentiva la musica da discoteca del corso di acquagym oltre alla gente che parlava o entrava e usciva senza chiudere le porte… vasca idromassaggio con la metà degli spazi guasti (ma questo può succedere) non sono solita a fare recensioni sopratutto negative..ma sicuramente questa struttura non la consiglierei a chi vuole rilassarsi…

Mi dispiace dare 3 stelle , ma ci sono alcune cose che sono cambiate da prima del covid ad oggi: 1) acqua delle piscine un pò più fredda rispetto al passato. 2) non c'è più il Contenitore della tisana calda dentro alla struttura. 3) sala relax senza un minimo di musica in sottofondo ( in molte terme c'è ) Vi chiederei qualche risposta, se possibile .
