I
have
completed
physiotherapy
for
an
accident
at
work.
The
same
injury
and
in
the
same
manner
had
occurred
just
six
months
earlier.
Being
an
Inail
user,
I
don't
know
if
I'm
penalized
for
this
(translation:
being
a
user
whose
journey
is
paid
for)
but
I've
never
felt
as
bad
as
I
do
now.
Let's
start
with
the
visit
with
the
doctor
who,
amazed,
asks
me
why
I'm
there
again
and
how
it
could
have
happened
that
I
got
injured
in
such
a
short
time
and
at
the
same
point.
Perhaps
because
although
I
had
reported
still
having
pain
and
partial
recovery
six
months
earlier,
he
wrote
a
report
in
which
he
claimed
that
I
had
benefited
completely
from
a
single
cycle
of
12
sessions
in
the
face
of
a
sprained
ankle
and
a
fall
down
the
stairs?
Reticent,
after
seeing
the
Inail
orthopedic
visit,
he
gives
me
12
sessions
and
then
I
start
the
cycle.
In
these
sessions,
shoes
and
jackets
were
stolen
several
times
from
the
changing
rooms
(I
was
also
undergoing
a
vascular
procedure),
creating
uncomfortable
situations.
On
Monday
morning
especially,
the
vascular
route
is
impassable:
more
than
20
people!
People
stopping
in
front
of
the
water
jets,
not
letting
them
flow,
staff
busy
giving
lessons.
I
then
also
noticed
the
rude
and
unsympathetic
attitude
of
some
receptionists,
already
mentioned
in
other
reviews,
such
as
Alessandra
and
Sabrina,
but
not
only.
Know-it-alls,
annoying
people.
How
is
it
possible
that
no
measures
were
taken,
I
don't
understand.
Halfway
through
the
journey,
Sabrina
makes
an
appointment
for
me
with
the
doctor
of
the
facility
before
I
go
to
visit
Inail.
In
good
spirits,
I
therefore
anticipate
the
physiotherapy
session
thanks
also
to
the
doctor
Khorsandi
with
whom
I
did
the
laser,
and
then
visit
their
doctor.
I
check
in
with
Alessandra
that
morning
and
I
ask
her
if
the
doctor
is
present
in
the
facility
because
I
don't
notice
anyone
outside
the
door
but
she
says
to
me
in
a
rude
tone
"ma'am,
what
are
you
saying?
The
door
is
closed,
the
doctor
is
visiting"
as
if
I
had
asked
if
the
doctor
visited
open
house.
It
was
enough
to
say
yes.
I
waited
almost
40
minutes,
when
the
doctor
opened
the
door,
he
told
me
he
couldn't
see
me
because
I
hadn't
completed
all
the
sessions
yet
(9/12).
Since
Alessandra
is
always
at
the
reception,
I
preferred
to
make
an
appointment
by
phone
because
she
is
really
annoying.
Furthermore,
she
stood
up
for
almost
20
minutes,
leaving
her
colleague
to
manage
the
entire
audience
in
the
room.
It
matters
little
if,
in
order
to
anticipate
the
physiotherapy
that
day
and
go
to
the
appointment
with
the
doctor
at
the
facility,
I
canceled
the
appointment
with
the
dentist.
Appointment
with
the
doctor
that
they
shouldn't
have
given
me
because
the
receptionists
know
that
appointments
are
only
given
at
the
end
of
the
cycle.
After
the
appointment
with
the
facility's
doctor
was
postponed
by
a
week
and
therefore
once
the
cycle
was
over,
without
even
having
been
examined,
I
always
reported
my
partial
recovery
and
my
difficulty
climbing
stairs.
Words
in
the
wind
given
that
the
doctor
obviously,
like
the
first
time,
wrote
in
the
visit
report
about
the
advantage
of
the
cycle
that
had
just
ended.
There's
no
point
in
asking
me
how
I'm
doing
at
this
point...!
I
hope
I
don't
need
it
again
in
another
six
months,
given
the
precedents!
