Huge
disappointment!
I'm
embarrassed
to
talk
about
my
experience
because
I
think
I've
been
screwed
and
if
people's
health
is
at
stake,
I
think
they
should
be
informed
in
some
way.
About
a
year
ago,
being
interested
in
prosthetic
and
implantological
work,
through
word
of
mouth
I
turned
to
the
Calabria-Basilicata
representative
of
the
"Zogu
i
pare"
dental
clinic
and
precisely
to
Mr.
Brunetti
Clemente,
who
gave
me
information
and
clarifications
on
the
entire
process
to
be
undertake.
First
of
all,
I
was
reassured
that
the
zirconium
prostheses
would
be
screwed
to
the
implants
with
the
support
of
digital
technology.
Subsequently,
the
Calabria-Basilicata
contact
person
asked
me
for
an
orthopanoramic
x-ray
to
be
sent
to
the
aforementioned
clinic
and
to
prepare
a
cost
estimate.
Instead
of
the
orthopanoramic
;Cone
Beam
CT
was
probably
not
even
taken
into
consideration
given
the
results
once
the
work
was
completed
as
I
will
illustrate
below.
Moral
of
the
story
I
find
myself
with
ceramic-metal
prostheses
instead
of
zirconium
and
unbelievably
permanently
cemented
to
the
implants!.
instead
of
being
screwed,
and
moreover
with
major
problems
both
from
an
aesthetic
point
of
view
(uncovering
the
pins-abutments
from
the
gums)
and
functionally,
all
this
in
spite
of
what
the
agreements
were.
5,350
euros
worth
of
work
thrown
away
plus
the
costs
of
travel,
food
and
absences
from
work
for
17
days,
and
now
I
have
to
remove
all
the
work
as
soon
as
possible
to
avoid
even
more
serious
problems
in
the
future
and
do
it
all
over
again!!.
How
can
this
be
done?
'divining
the
definitive
removal
of
cemented
crowns
is
not
an
easy
job
as
there
are
two
alternatives:
the
first
is
to
break
the
crowns
with
a
special
"crown
cutter";
the
second
is
to
use
a
small
pneumatic
hammer
that
taps
them
energetically
with
all
the
risks
that
such
maneuvers
entail.
The
last
"gift"
so
to
speak
reserved
for
me
by
this
clinic
dates
back
to
November
3,
2023
when
I
realized
that
a
piece
of
porcelain
had
chipped
from
my
left
front
incisor
tooth
(despite
all
the
precautions
taken
when
eating!).
I
remember
that
the
dental
prostheses
were
permanently
cemented
about
six
months
ago.
Now
I
ask
myself,
what
was
the
point
of
relying
on
this
dental
clinic,
attracted
by
the
appeal
of
convenience,
putting
my
oral
health
at
risk?!!
One
piece
of
advice
I
wanted
to
give
to
people
interested
in
dental
tourism
is
not
to
trust
this
dental
clinic
as
in
my
case
they
showed
absolute
contempt
and
total
lack
of
respect.
The
only
guarantee
you
can
have
by
falling
into
the
clutches
of
this
dental
clinic
is
that
of
being
100%
abandoned
to
your
fate.
I
wanted
to
make
aware
of
the
email
of
06/27/2023
sent
to
the
"Zogu
I
Pare"
dental
clinic,
of
the
many
requests
addressed
to
their
Calabria-Basilicata
contact
Mr.
Brunetti
Clemente
and
of
the
WhatsApp
phone
calls
of
10
May
2023
by
the
"Logistics"
manager
Mrs.
Sulaj
Lorena
through
whom
I
managed
to
speak
with
Doctor
Veliaj
Klaudio
to
whom
I
expressed
my
dissatisfaction
regarding
the
quality
of
the
prosthetic
works
and
the
related
problems
mentioned
above,
asking
him
to
remedy
them.
Naturally
the
doctor
dared
to
state
despite
the
evidence
to
the
contrary
that
those
jobs
were
the
best
that
could
be
done!!
Probably
this
clinic
working
without
the
support
of
"DIGITAL"
technology
as
I
assume,
the
damages
could
be
even
worse
than
what
I
suffered!;
despite
all
these
vicissitudes
that
have
lasted
for
six
months
now,
no
one
in
the
clinic
has
had
a
leap
of
conscience
and
remained
composed
in
their
shamelessness.
