When
I
heard
COBS
Bread
was
coming
to
Pickering,
I
instantly
got
so
excited!
but
when
I
got
there
and
saw
the
selection,
I
was
a
bit
disappointed.
Now
let
me
preface
this
by
saying
I'm
used
to
going
to
a
no
frills
type
bakery,
meaning,
one
where
customers
are
allowed
to
walk
through
racks
of
baked
goods
and
pickup
what
they
please.
COBS
Bread
has
a
different
set
up
then
I'm
used
to,
it's
more
of
a
upscale
bougie
bakery
feel
and
price.
We
came
around
3pm
on
a
weekday
and
they
were
sold
out
of
Sourdough
bread.
They
staff
told
us
Sourdough
is
one
of
their
most
popular
ones
and
usually
gets
sold
out
in
the
mornings.
Nonetheless,
I
still
really
wanted
to
see
what
they
had.
We
ended
up
getting:
2
Spinach
Feta
Croissants
1
Plain
Croissant
1
Spinach
Mushroom
Mini
Pizza
1
Apricot
Delight
Log
Our
total
bill
came
out
to
$23
The
baked
goods
were
pretty
good
but
not
outstanding.
I
did
really
like
the
unique
logs
of
bread
they
offered
like
the
Apricot
Delight
and
Olive
Breads.
The
staff
were
so
kind,
friendly
and
patient
with
the
customers,
and
I
really
loved
that
almost
all
the
employees
were
female!

I'm
a
bit
on
the
fence
about
whether
I
will
come
back
here.
