Friendly staff over priced drinks. I cant praise the staff enough on how friendly and engaging the staff are. But, there menu items are over priced for what you are getting. In addition, the quality that I recieved for the price I paid was disappointing to say the least. I got the mango slush. The ice wasnt smoothly blended and they dont use real mango but instead a syrup. If they are charing what they do for a mango slush, they should be using better quality product. That being said, their cup from their large size drinks are useable. They are cashless based business. Overall I would recommend giving them a try. My kids liked what they got. Wished I took pics of all our drinks but I didnt.

Refreshing stop for milk tea lovers! Urban Cova have lots of options to choose from. One of their most fave is the taro milk tea and I can fully understand why. Flavor is amazing, perfectly cook tapioca, even their signature milk tea taste so so so good! A must try! 🧋

I went here for the first time with one of my good friends to try it out their bubble tea! Personally I kind of found a drinks itself overpriced like there’s a couple of other bubble tea places in the mall and even oats in the wall you could get for cheaper however the drink I found was pretty decent and I like the fact that you could actually customize its sweetness and how much I see you want! Something I probably would try again but definitely as a treat due to the prices!

This drinks at this place are delicious. All the staff are so friendly and very helpful. There are so many different types of drinks to choose from. My kids especially enjoy the ones that come with the funky containers, forks and fruits in them. Hopefully this store will last long enough. Best of luck!!!

Friendly staff. Cups are big and all the accessories - cups, straw etc are great quality. Kind of expensive but worth it. They rebranded recently from yo tea to urban cova to offer food like corn dogs. There’s a special 25% off waffle corn dogs now. They are new and ran out of tapioca and hot drinks when we were there but didn’t stop the line up from forming. Really aesthetic.

My drink (cubic Mon Amour) was much too lemony. It tasted horrible. My brother's wasn't much better (regular Sassy). The only reason why this review wasn't 1 star was because of my girlfriend's drink, Berry Fairy. It was sweet, just like her ❤

I like that they have fresh fruits and the bbt cups are very high quality (though not sure you'd wanna shake them upside down), but the tradeoff for me was that the taro didn't have the signature purple and flavor you would expect. They use real purple yam, I believe, but I wish the topping was more like pureed ube that mixed into the drink. The corn dogs were chicken, which I really liked, but they weren't as satisfying as a typical battered corn dog you might get at a carnival or the Korean ones you can get at Purple Bubble. They are cooked in what seems to be a waffle iron of sorts vs battered and deep fried, so they're probably also healthier. They should add teriyaki or honey garlic sauce for some flavour flair!

Ptc urban cova employees are rude. I asked for a drink made with less sugar and with tapioca instead of jelly and they said “it’s not custom, you take it how it’s made”. I asked for a different drink and the guy rolled his eyes and got a female employee to help me. I finally settled on a regular milk tea because they were not willing to help me.

We eat here whenever we are given a chance. We absolutely love the waffle dog which you barely find nowadays. We hope they will do well. We highly recommend this store and wish that they will soon deliver!
