I had a pleasant experience here. The people working clearly had great communication. The employee offered an alternate way to make my meal which saved me money- he was very professional, efficient and courteous.

Guys be careful when you shop Popeyes in Pickering Town Centre. Today I got signature chicken that is impossible to bite. 3-4 days old at least. My kid almost choked on it because of dryness.

My daughter picked up a 12 piece of ghost pepper wings yesterday. The chicken meat was grey on the inside and most of it seemed undercooked. Surprised at the reviews but they are all less than a month old so not sure if they are legit. We eat from other Popeyes locations in Pickering all the time and the food is always good. This is the first time eating from this location and probably the last. Beyond disgusting!

I love Popeyes chicken. The food is always good, and the price is aways pretty decent compared to other places. There is a great combination of quality and affordability at popeyes. I think it might e my goto plae for friend chicken in this area. Would go again, also the people who work here are nice.

Crazy busy on a Tuesday over the lunch hour and I WAS HANGRY!! Line ups were stupid long and I wasn't convinced people were trying hard to know what they wanted until the second they were asked "can I help you?" ... then they were even slower. SO ... I scoped the area and Popeye's had no line up. You know why?? Because they are lightning fast!! I had my order placed and seated and was finished my delicious chicken sandwich before my daughter even got up to cash at that silly burger place ... where there was no cute bear dancing in front of it to get my attention. That, my friends, is fast food service at its best! The cashier was sweet and kind and didn't panic when I brought out money instead of a credit card and didn't pick up her phone to use the calculator to give me change. I'll be back. (Their biscuits are also super yummy .. but I was there first for their chicken sandwich. It was soooo good.)
