I didn't eat here but i doubt i will. I'm sorry but the place did not look appealing. The menu i received was covered in condiments. The place was dusty and smelled. It seems like a minor issur but I can't help but wonder what if the dishes were washed or what goes on in the kitchen. With that said, it was not all a negative experience. On the positive, our waitress was lovely and provided exceptional service.. so i don't blame her one bit.

Update: I'm not upset at all except for the consistently bad service and poor food from this place. And FYI for someone that is "barred" LOL why doesn't anyone but Michelle refuse to serve me? 🤔 I keep going back because it's convenient, I guess, but it will be my PLEASURE to stay away from now on. The review was supposed to be for a very disastrous lunch over the Christmas holidays but the OWNER??? chose to respond hostilely so....

I'm so sad, good food and mostly good service. Today the server told me she had a medical condition and doesn't need to wear a mask. I promptly left and found a new pub down the street so I'll get over it Edit to reply to the response. You can wear a face shield, your excuse doesn't cut it. I can't believe you're so selfish and willing to put your customers and community at risk. You cannot serve food without taking proper precautions.. or haven't you read the bylaws?

A local neighbourhood favourite with a variety of pub food and appetizers but also main dishes that are well priced and super satisfying. Our server was great and always topped up our beverages. There was a dj playing on a Friday night and the music was a bit too loud to have a conversation but other than that it was a great evening.

A hidden gem. Servers are always friendly. Food comes out fast. Wings were crispy and meaty, nachos had a generous amount of toppings, fries are always great.

Large choice of menus, great and plentiful food . Sweet waiter 👍👍

Love this place! We've been several times since it reopened under new management. What a difference! Servers and bar staff are friendly and attentive. Good pub food and a large selection on tap. Extremely accommodating for families with young children and quick to remedy any issue you might have. Happy to have a bar like this close by.

Usually order from here but the last couple of times have been disappointing Ordered a Ruben sandwich today and there was no sauerkraut, mustard or anything on the sandwich. Ordered salad and got fries

Stopped for dinner while on vacation. Food was very good. We had the Reuben, Cottage Pie and Wings. All were very flavorful. Very good service. 99cent wings on Tuesday.

Go here for darts so been 8-10 times and food is mediocre at best. The Dijon mustard in the fettuccine Alfredo dish was unwelcome, the sweetness of the bbq sauce on the fajitas was too much and just didn’t compliment the dish properly. The deep fried stuff is okay, but it’s nothing special. The servers are all courteous and nice at least. Unfortunately they lost me when they advertised $0.89 wings in the menu on Tuesday nights, but charged $1.10 on the bill. When asked, the waitress said they’re changing the deal. In that case, can I suggest you change your menu first or inform people when they order, especially when they mention the deal when ordering.

Went on a Sunday at 8 pm. It was very quiet. We both got the nightly special of a steak dinner for $20 each. It hit the spot as it had been a long day and we were past hungry.

We were there to see the Big Wind Band. They play every third Wednesday of the month. Great band, coupled with great, affordable food was a hit!

It's a really great place but it's lacking something lately and I don't know what it is. Maybe because it's a bit dark. Maybe try a lighter stain on the bar and wood accents? Don't paint. Stain?

Ordered perogies. 13 bucks. 5 perogies and a ceaser salad. Doesn't taste like anything. It's dank and weird in here.

My visit to the Lion and Unicorn was incredibly disappointing. The service was painfully slow, with servers forgetting the basic task of bringing the menu. To add to the frustration, 15 minutes after placing my order, the server had to double-check what I ordered because of their forgetfulness. The pinnacle of disappointment came when it took an agonizingly long 1 hour and 20 minutes for simple items like fries and chicken fingers to finally arrive. A dismal experience that I wouldn't recommend.

Good food and menu options galore...can get a late meal here great service over tipped by accident and server let me know and I was able to adjust right on the spot honest staff

Was smaller than expected but all was good. Had a fun band. Bottom 1/2 of sandwich bun was hard.

I wanted wings so I decided to stop there and try there wings. The service was friendly and fast. I had bbq wings and sweet potato fries. It was my first time there and will definitely do a repeat.

Ordered through DoorDash, mediterranean wrap and steak sandwich. Everything tasted great. Their fries are fantastic!

omg my girl and I came in to eat. we have never been and i can deff say a hidden jem for food. the food was amazing. it was probally the best food i have had out in a really really long time. so comming back. server was amazing to loved her.
