I tried the peppercorn burger and shrimp tacos. One of the best burgers I had. Everything went well together, from the gravy to the buttered buns. The tacos were spicier than I thought, but I really liked that too. The burger was better.

Decent pub food. Portions on the wings seemed a little light. Ordered a pound and a half, and another order at the table was two pounds. Both parties thought they were small. I had ten or eleven smallish wings in my order. My daughter said the honey garlic was really good. Burgers seemed to be the best food selection as everyone enjoyed the burger who ordered it :) Overall,the food tasted pretty good and service was good considering we had a party of eight.

Good pub food. The peppercorn burger and gravy was good but the sweet potato fries were soggy . And the waitress sort of just through my order on the table without even asking me if it was mine. Which made the burger fall over inside which I thought was rude but the the young guy quickly asked if it was mine.

Great food with a fun atmosphere. Perfect place to enjoy a game. Wing night three days a week. The music is good and just the right volume; it isn’t so loud that you can’t talk. Waitress forgot to enter or side salad so she gave us a cheesecake, even though we insisted it was fine. Definitely returning.

I only write bad reviews when something bothers me and the take-out burger tonight was the worse I've had. I've had good burgers here before so it surprises me that they'd serve patties that literally looked like yesterday's leftover. In fairness our other meals were good. Quite unfortunate. What an extremely disappointing lunch my family and I just had the displeasure of experiencing. From the lack of service, to the jambalaya that I had been so excited to enjoy. It was awful. It was beyond clear no one was interested in serving us. A table of 6 that could have yielded a very nice profit for the server, but they dwindled it to nothing with each interaction. The food I was served, should never have made it out of the kitchen. It was an embarrassment of a dish and upon sharing my disappointment with it, instead of an apology, I was met with a blank stare and told it would be dealt with. But she meant, by someone else because she couldn't have cared less to make any attempt at correcting the situation. The rest of the meals were mildly warm at best and after visiting this establishment again after a long absence, I see now why I stopped going. The half hour drive will be better spent at local restaurants that appreciate the business.

We have been here a handful of times now and it never disappoints. Food is great and staff is always friendly and attentive. Pricing is reasonable.

We have tried their wings (try apocalypse wings if you love spicy wings- we loved it) We visited during lunch on a public holiday so was little less occupied but good service! I liked that they recommend if you ask for some recommendations. We love their burgers and pastas too!

We had a great time there, The amazing Will was our server, and he made our night memorable with his enthusiasm, hospitality, and lovely sense of humor. That apart, the food and cocktails were also so delicious.

Decent bar type food for premium $$ basically. Had the chicken burger and California wrap, portions are good but for the price, just ok. If you really love solid bar food and booze here’s another place for y’a, if your looking for something different keep looking

We had a mediocre experience when dining in. The service was really slow (and to be honest it wasn’t that busy at the time). We got mozzarella sticks and they were so over cooked it was inedible. They replaced them and they were better but still not great. I did enjoy the bowl that I had.

Went here for a small work dinner. Everyone enjoyed their food, I had the cauliflower crust pizza and have to say it was probably the best cauliflower crust I've had, and it had lots of cheese. Unfortunately the service was not fabulous, the waitress was friendly but she did not check on us during our meal at all. Another girl (maybe the hostess?) did, but that was after about half an hour had passed. The pub/bar area was a little busy, but the restaurant part was dead, if it had been super busy I would understand the level of service, but it wasn't. I'll still go back because the food was good.

My husband’s peppercorn hamburger he said was good. Went because on google listed as vegan options.Only thing was a beyond burger and fries. Was disappointed.servers were friendly but service slow. Tables needed a bit better cleaning.

It was my husband's & I first time there, we decided to go for date night. We had a fun time. The food was amazing, the service was fabulous, we will definitely be back!

Bar was great, apitizer was ok, not but tip worthy...dropped a $100 plus bucks extra on a take out..got a salad plus steak...if toe jam had a flavour it was my salad...menu read better than it tastes, went in garbage...once again atmosphere and staff fantastic, food not

We have been a couple times in the past few weeks and both times were fantastic! My husband is picky and loves the food here. He says the spinach dip is the best he's ever had! Servers are great and attentive! My food came out wrong (different than listed in the menu but still delicious) and when I mentioned it to the server just to make them aware they removed that item from the bill. Very happy overall with this restaurant, will definitely be back!

Went to watch the final nba game between the bucks & suns. Definitely a great place to catch the games as they had a massive screen (wall to wall) showing the game. Servers & food were great. Would have given a 5 star but the washroom was filthy and the tables/chairs were quite sticky. But overall great place to catch a game.

Good was great. Service was good . It does seem a little bit noisy. They need to do something about the acoustics. It was not even 1/2 full and seemed very loud.

Great spot to watch the game. Food is really good as well. Their butter chicken is actually delicious. So crazy to think a pub can pull it off but they did really well. One of the better places in Durham to watch rhe game.

Excellent service and way better food than I expected! Stone-baked pizza is hard to come by in Whitby but they nailed it! Good drink selection too and the bartender (Will, I'm pretty sure) did an amazing job coming by exactly just when we needed another one lol. Definitely would come back! Especially when there's live music

Fabulous steak sandwich. Other meals ordered at the table were similarly enjoyed. The fish and chips will be the next item to try...looked delicious. Portions were large.

Had lunch here today with my daughter. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We have been here a few times and will definately return. Thank you for a very enjoyable lunch.

Great food as always. The onion tube (another version of onion rings) is my favorite thing to pair with beer. Burger is thick and tasty, wings are a little over-sauced and a little dry on the inside sometimes but at least the flavour is on point. Atmosphere is sporty but not overwhelming, great place to sit down and enjoy the evening even if you are not a sports fan. They have monthly special food items now whichs awesome, i just wish they have the special drink on display as well.

Ordered takeout from there last night and everyone loved their meals. Their Signature Burger was fantastic and HUGE!

Extremely disappointed. Ordered the Green Goddess pasta with grilled chicken and got inedible over cooked chicken chunks with pasta in a butter chicken sauce. Threw it out. We also ordered gravy which came as a gelatinous clump. Even when heated it did not thin out, in the garbage as well.

Best place for large gatherings! They have an incredibly large booth seating area that accomadate 12-15 people. Booth offers excellent viewing of their big screen! Food is average. I would NOT recommend the Reuben. Over toasted, deli pastrami was ice cold and the slaw inside was away ttoo wet. Horrible. Stick to the burger and fries. Everything else is suspect.

Just had a Team outing for our Baseball team at this place. Food was fantastic, atmosphere was great as it bordered on a hybrid of a pub and restaurant. The staff did an excellent job. It's not easy wrangling 15+ kids who sat at one table. Can't wait to bring my mother and sister here for dinner in the New Year. This place is a must try for Ajax and Whitby residents. Portion size is generous. Wish I could give 6 Stars.

The food was awesome that's the high point of this spot however service was awful unless you were a group of 2+ guys. Not a place I would recommend if you were going out to watch the game or grabbing a drink with a gf or a wife. Female staff although nice ignored us for long periods of times while servicing and socializing with male only guest multiple times. If you're going out with the guys highly recommended, foods great and service appears great as well.

Nicole our server was stellar. Food was super. My wife had the chicken wrap. I had Pepperberry rubbed fries and Pepperberry wings..Real good. We will be back.

First time here and the service and food were both great. Menu has tons of selections. The entire tables food looked really good and no one had any complaints

I've visited 3 times in the last year or so. My first visit I had the shrimp tacos and they were absolutely fantastic. I went back for a second visit excited to try them again and this time they were absolutely terrible. The shrimp was tough, dry and overcooked and seemed like leftovers. I returned after a few months and found that my beer was flat and I had to send my fish tacos back. The food looked great but the shells were filled to the top with coleslaw and the dressing was literally pouring out, and soaked through the shells. I tried but was physically unable to eat it. The accompanying poutine was excellent, and our server was great. There is definitely potential for good food here but the consistency and quality control could be better.

Our team heads there every week after our game. Doesn't matter if its 2 guys or 10 we always get great service. Food is great and will is even better. Hes Attentive, friendly and always goes the extra mile for everyone. Hes the reason we came back along with the atmosphere and food. It's just a bonus they're open late. I'd strongly recommend this pub.
