This place is so cute. A great spot to bring your laptop or a book or meet a friend for coffee. There's a decent amount of seating I the back room. The coffee is good. I wish there was more selection for snacks, savoury options would be nice.

Good coffee. Cute design inside and outside. Friendly staff. Lots of unique flavor gelato! We tried ricotta rosemary lemon, raspberry ginger lime, peach champagne, strawberry basil lime and my daughter loved the ricotta rosemary lemon the best! 2nd visit with friends. We tried their homemade Eclair and Pumpkin chocolate loaf. AMAZING!!! We all loved them so much and didn’t wanna finish eating them! They were not too sweet and just perfect! We definitely go back again soon!

Always a cozy place! I am not a coffee drinker but the chai tea latte is always great (with alternative dairy options every time). Highly suggest if you love chai lattes to try it with oat milk - its so very creamy!!! and recently I've been loving vanilla matcha lattes too :)Oh gosh! Gelato in the summer! the treats are always evolving too!!! This coffee shop reminds me that you don't have to be downtown Toronto to get that coffeehouse vibe. The furniture is cute and cozy- the wood floors, and always little plants everywhere, right down to the playlists! Local art is supported here too! A handful of times I've grabbed a bag of beans, a print and coffee for the road to gift to friends- and I have invited every friend here for coffee dates! Staff is so sweet, they know my order(s) and the owners are genuine people! yeah! Cannot say enough about how much I love that place!

AMAZING SPOT! It is dog-friendly, vegan-friendly AND they proudly accept American Express! This place was made for me lol! Great vibes, Propellor Coffee beans used (awesome beans & company - it's a b-corp), nice decor and everything was delicious as well to top it off. One TINY but understandable downside is the extra charge for plant-based milks. This is more an unfortunate reality of our dairy-heavy supply chain vs a small-business's problem (I still feel the big corporations should not charge extra for plant-based milks aka Starbucks).

Love this place!! The barista so nice :) and the drinks are amazing!! Today I tried their blueberry matcha (its a seasonal) and just wow, the matcha wasnt bitter, it was well mixed and the blueberry syrup was house made so had like actual blueberry chunks in it and wasnt overly sweet, so that was nice. I love this place, def give them a try. They also have a nice selection of baked goods and gelato (have tried the gelato before and its really good, the flavours change occasionally). One day gotta make the time to actually sit in their cute coffee shop and enjoy a baked good, but for today, we did takeout. My husband got the maple latte (its seasonal and was supposed to be iced but my husband prefers hot coffee over iced) and that was really good too (not pictured haha).

Went there on a Saturday, the barista lady made an amazing flat white. it tasted like a naturally processed single origin, and it was perfectly extracted and the vegan muffin was delicious. It was so good that I went on the Sunday with my wife, different barista this time. unfortunately the flat white was over extracted and the sweetness was gone, the oat milk was a bit burnt. I still love the place, will go again but perhaps I’ll get tea, i hate not-great espresso.

Quaint and lovely cafe. Great location. Don't miss downtown Toronto when you have options like this in heart of Whitby. Snacks with tea and coffee are tempting especially the scones. Wasn't expecting a wide range if tea choices, but there were quite a few!

A decent PSL I had with a friend of mine, they have limited options in the eateries though, as well limited seating availability. But I enjoyed the non busy day long chat with 2 rounds of PSL when i visited🫶

Super chic coffee shop with a bit of hipster flair and vintage feels. They have some really tasty lunch options and their pastries are always fresh and buttery. I like to do vegetarian days so I like to pop in for a quick lunch. The coffee and selection is perfection. The hot chocolate with whipped cream is truly a dessert, with plenty of whipped cream to drink through before even encountering the chocolate. If you’re looking for a place to work or study, the space is conducive for that. I sometimes work remotely here too. Super happy there’s a cool vibes only coffee shop I can go to in downtown Whitby.

Coffee tasted amazing. Brownie was one of the best I've ever had. Staff was friendly and welcoming. It has plenty of space and tables. Great for grabbing a hot beverage and getting some work done or read a book!

Went for the first time today after hearing from our family how good it was! Great coffee, love the ambiance and will definitely go back! Their hot coffee lids definitely need improvement though…they weren’t easy to put on and kept popping off throughout our drive home. A lot of coffee was spilled both on our hands, laps, sweaters & car cup holders. A bit dangerous….but other than this, we loved the spot & def recco. Cute place in downtown Whitby, with a downtown Toronto feel.

Admittedly we tried this place after visiting Jacked Up and appreciate that the two places are decidedly different - both good. We found Brock St Espresso very cozy with a warm ambience. We tried a cortado and a drip coffee and both were very good. We’ll certainly be back to try some other things in their menu.

A wonderful cafe in downtown Whitby. Incredibly cozy and inviting. I've only been for coffee, so can't comment on the food, but the drinks are always delicious and staff always friendly. Definitely a great place to get some work done away from the home office or to bring a book and relax in the decorative space in the back.

We love this amazing coffee shop definitely the best coffee shop in Whitby. My son is absolutely obsessed with the muffin and banana bread! The drink and service is 5 star for sure.

If the amount of time I spend in one place tells the story, then my appreciation for Brock Street is evident. First, I love their coffee. Period. Espresso is always consistent. Best flat whites. And the drip is great too. Their space to perfect for working alone, meeting someone, or hosting an event. Finally, I think the owner is wonderful. She’s passionate, invested, and really knowledgeable about coffee and all things food and nutrition. There you go! My thoughts on my favourite cafe.

I took a client in for a coffee today & I am so happy that we chose this coffee shop. The staff was so kind & patient while we counted out change, & addressed my client (rather than me) when he was making his order. I highly recommend this location for their costumer service & quality beverages

Finally got to pop in and try some goodies! Firstly, the staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the door! I wish I could remember his name but a lovely fellow made me the most bomb smoothie I've ever had, and I tried a buttertart - so good! Can't wait to try more items, this place is a gem :)

I keep passing this place during my rides, finally decided to check it out. Glad I did! Great atmosphere to have a coffee and chill. Usually a coffee drinker, but decided to try out the latte, it was really good! Staff is pretty friendly, definitely go back again. Yeah, my pic is of an empty cup and my bike, couldn't help it, latte was really good! Haha. Cheers!

Trendy coffee shop offering espresso-based drinks, with a nice ambience and good seating. However, for a shop with espresso in the name, our experience was forgettable. For my cappuccino, the shot was weak, tasting under-extracted (sour), and of old grounds - indicating that the grinder or machine need cleaning, while the milk was over steamed, leaving little to pour with. Frustratingly, it was served in a large heavy cup, better suited to a comfort drink like chai or drip, which made drinking a chore. Partner's mocha was overly sweet, and we left most of it. Our bacon-egg muffin was pre-made, heated from the fridge, which was fine, but it was served lukewarm. We went Saturday morning, so perhaps it was the day, but the experience did not align with what we'd read.

🫤 Went to late night dinner at Chuck’s in Whitby on Sat. Jan. 7/23@9pm. We were seated at the front window to a large round table. I can’t fault the food as it is always good and the same at every location I’ve been to in all over Ontario. Food was fresh and hot and came out faster then we expected. U...
