enlisted
Joel
to
help
me
prepare
to
successfully
complete
a
fitness
test
required
for
a
hiring
evaluation.
Having
engaged
with
Sharif
Fitness

years
ago
when
I
enrolled
for
kickboxing,
the
level
of
professionalism
and
warm
welcome
I
received
is
what
motivated
me
to
seek
Joel’s
help
to
prepare
for
the
test.
At
my
consultation
meeting
with
him,
he
actively
listened
to
the
test
requirements,
and
checked
my
level
of
fitness
and
strength
to
assess
my
readiness
for
the
test.
Having
a
sense
of
my
fitness
level
and
an
understanding
of
what
was
required
for
my
test,
he
determined
the
best
training
method
required
for
me
to
succeed.
Armed
with
this
knowledge,
Joel
developed
a
strategy
to
strengthen
both
my
mental
and
physical
endurance
to
help
me
succeed.
Even
though
I
recruited
Joel
to
help
me
develop
my
physical
strength
and
endurance,
over
time
I
realized
that
the
training
was
also
developing
my
mental
and
emotional
strength
and
resilience
–
instead
of
being
terrified
of
failing
my
fitness
test,
my
mentality
towards
it
shifted
as
I
saw
and
felt
my
strength
and
endurance
developing.
I
truly
appreciated
Joel’s
customizations
of
my
training
regiment
–
Joel
evaluated
my
level
of
fitness,
past
injuries,
and
time
constraint
(we
had
approximately
6
weeks
to
develop
my
cardio
endurance
and
strength)
to
curate
a
program
designed
specifically
to
help
me
succeed
in
the
fitness
test.
Throughout
the
process
Joel
was
non-judgmental,
encouraging,
and
professional.
As
I
continue
training
with
Joel,
I
look
forward
to
the
challenges
he
throws
my
way,
and
further
developing
and
maintaining
my
strength
and
endurance.
