January 12th, 2022 @ 8:26pm. Bought an extra large steeped tea as I often do on a daily through the drive-thru. Once, we were home i poured half of the tea into a cup for my husband. As I was doing so, I noticed the cup has been used for hot chocolate by someone. I immediately pour it down the kitchen sink not knowing the circumstances and given we are in high numbers with covid-19. Very disappointed. I will no longer be going back to this location.

Went inside to avoid the long drive thru line up only to try and explain my order for fifteen minutes to the cashier, who had to get another employee to understand, who then had to grab the manager to finalize the decision on whether or not one drink on the app special can be changed. After a fifteen minute back and forth confrontation and a hold up in the line behind me the manager stated rudely "it can not be done"- could have said that from the very beginning. Lack of consistency, considering certain cashiers allow the change. I find this location lacks customer service, patience and diversity.

At 9:30 am on a Monday, I navigated through the drive-through of a location I've frequented for over a decade to satisfy my morning coffee craving. To my delight, there was no queue, and my order was efficiently taken at the ordering booth. Swiftly, my coffee and donut were prepared and handed over. I must commend the coffee turned out to be just the way I prefer it this time! - unusual for both this particular establishment and other locations. Overall, the experience on this visit left me with a very positive impression. In the past, there have been instances at this particular location where a portion of my order was inadvertently left out. Unfortunately, this happened during a time when we were undergoing renovations, and the missing items happened to be intended for the kids. This oversight significantly compounded our stress levels. If I may offer a piece of advice, it would be to ensure that you meticulously check your order before departing. Verify that it's both complete and prepared to your liking. This small step can save you the inconvenience and frustration we experienced due to missing items.

Ordered an egg sandwich and they forgot the egg. Didn’t realize until it was too late. Next day I told them and all they did was credit me $1 for a missing egg. I come here every morning and they couldn’t comp me 1 sandwich? There’s a McDonald’s down the street and that’s where I’ll be going from now on. EDIT. Returned foolishly. Ordered a bacon egg English muffin. I was given a sausage on a biscuit that crumbled as soon as I opened it. Ownership ought to be ashamed of themselves.

I hate that this is the closest full service Tim Hortons to me. Coming here for 1 coffee means I need 20 minutes on hand. I feel for the workers, customers are obviously always upset and management probably has them constantly in high stress situations. I hope management improves the efficiency of this locations

It's in a prime place, but the people work in the tim Hortons are horrible, no respect for customers, if you don't see a heated argument with any of the customers and service members you are lucky. No respect and not worth it. Even the food, it's never g hot. Would go to some other place.

DO NOT go there for walk-in or sit in. Post COVID, walk-in customers are served after drive through, mobile pick up, Uber eats and Skip the Dish. Took me 20 minutes to order and receive a coffee and sandwich order and there was no one in line. You want to sit in? Go to Starbucks...

This Tim Hortons has, by far, the SLOWEST service in all of Pickering. Every single time my wife and I have visited, there is a huge line up at the drive through, which does not seem to move efficiently. We thought to avoid a long wait, we would go inside and order in-person which is not any better but a bit faster than going through the drive. Going inside everytime is sometimes not worth it especially during snow. Our order is black coffee, it doesn't get simpler than that and yet we find ourselves waiting a minimum 10 minutes every time we visit.

Very rude staff, exspecially the night shift supervisor. Asked for a clean table, she said she was busy and all her staff are busy as well. I asked to talk to the manager, she refuse to give me the contact information and she start to agree with me. She had one her staff to carry out food to her friends personally where they were sitting . Before she didn't have time or enough staff to clean a table for a customer. Now she had a staff to carry potato wedges for her friends table. What kind of customer service is this. I been going this location for past 8 years with my family. This is the service they give for a reliable customer? Wow.... This is not acceptable. I left a message for the manager to call me back on that date. Let see if they really value customers concern.

So slow. Always wrong orders. And they rush you out of the drive thru. Don't even give me a chance to put away my coffee. Stick to McDonald's or Starbucks if you want good coffee with good service

Over the years this tim Hortons has gone down. The service is so slow it takes 20 mins to get a small coffee everyday. Either more staff needs to be hired or another way to get the customers in and out. Very unfortunate as this was never a problem in 2016/2017 and no the pandemic is not an excuse

Got served by a girl named Navjot she welcomed with politeness , made sure our food was fresh without even asking. Definately need appreciation. We need more people like NAVJOT who understands what customer service is. 5 stars just for her service.

I have been getting ice coffee in a row for couple of days through drive through at this place, the amount of the coffee is much less than it suppose to be. We understand that the price of everything goes up, but with raising price , you should give enough amount for customers, that is the basic.

I made an online order at 10am today because I was in hurry and dont want to wait in que. When I reached there I was waiting for long time near mobile order pickup counter and one lady making sandwiches asked me whats my order after 7-8 mins. Then, I said two eggs and cheese sandwich. She said we dont have eggs now and asked me what else I want. I said I want one crispy chkn wrap as its price is similar with two sandwiches. She said no. Den I showed my phone to her for exact price that I paid so that she can make anything worth same cost and she said she cant see and continued with her work. Later, she started yelling at other coworkers abt why they are sending customers near her as she does not have eggs. She has a problem with me standing near her. I was like where else should I wait now and I dono how much its gonna take and after almost 20 mins she made me a ckn sandwich and again as usual they dont give napkins 70% of time whenever I order. I didn’t even ask for napkins at that time because I remember last time I was asking for napkins staff has a habit of ignoring people especially the ladies working for counter pickups. This is so embarrassing. The staff at this tim hortons must learn to treat people with respect and respect other’s people time.

Short staff, i know its hard these days to hire people, but for a location like this, its nit fair to leave one person with a line up off over 15 people which wont stop decreasing! 2 stars is for the nice woman who were hard working but 3 negative for Managment to make Timhorton memory to such a dirty and busy location unstoppable. We were there on Oct 29 around 6:30 btw for your info to go and check the camera to see how hard your only employee was working

Unfortunately I was not able to have my breakfast due to being asked to leave the establishment by the operations manager. At 9:23 this am, I entered the restaurant due to the drive thru lineup being so lengthy. There were two signs saying "order here" I was under the assumption that there was two lines. After the patron exited and the register remained empty I did proceed to ask the gentleman on the other side if he was in line and he replied "no" so I proceeded to the register. At that time the OM told me that it was not my turn. I asked him if there were two lines and he said "no" I was a bit confused but turned to go back to the line I was originally in. As I turned around he continued to speak to my back telling me that a new gentleman, who had entered after me was also before me. I asked him why are you doing this? He said what? You asked the question? I stated "no you spoke to me first" then I inquired about the line. I stated that the gentlemen he was talking about entered after me. He then told me I wouid not be served today and to leave. I asked for his business card and exited the business. I have never, ever been treated like this in my life. It was completely unwarranted and a simple situation could have been rectified with respect and decency escalated yo me being humiliated. As an individual in a management position, their character should reflect problem solving skills with customer service excellence. What I experienced was a man who presented as emotional, angry, and did not possess simple common courtesy. From the onset, his approach was aggressive and unwelcoming. For 40 years I have been a committed patron to Tim Hortons and have never experience treatment as such. I was going to let this go but I cannot. This world is already harsh and to see how someone is a position of authority believes that they can treat someone in this manner is unacceptable.

Extremely slow service every single time! 1) They don't know how to fulfill orders from UberEats 2) it takes 15 mins to get a cup of coffee... and no it's not because there are people in line... Everyone has to wait a long time for service! This has been happening for the past six months.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Another order and they got it wrong. We ordered a BLT bagel and sausage on a biscuit but got a bagel with a sausage patty and a biscuit with bacon and cheese. Like, train your people, finally, - those who take the order and those who assemble the sandwiches - and hold them accountable for the results of their work!!! Items are always either missing or are not what you ordered. The drive-thru line also takes forever - sometimes up to 40 min!!! How does that fit the definition of a drive-thu if I’m parked 40 min waiting to get to the window?! The manager of this location along with the district/regional manager should all be fired immediately. Do you even check your reviews online and see how bad your employees perform?! The head office also does nothing about this location. We email the head office and all they do is send you an email back asking you to repeat all the details again and again and again. No apology! Nothing! Just awful service!!!

Absolutely incompetent. Every single time I do an Uber order with them they never get it correct. They give me the wrong items and when I say I have allergies to certain things they put them in the food. I am absolutely furious with them and will not ever order from them again. This is horrible.

Now the slowest drive thru in Durham. Not sure what happened. They used to provide much better service. Looks like a new cost savings measure is being implemented by providing only partial eggs. Worst part is that this is not a one-off situation.

I ordered a specialty cold brew today and received just an iced coffee (not a huge problem) but it was absolutely disgusting, no ice and an inch of caramel sauce sitting on the bottom, barely any cream and even tho there was no ice it tasted extremely watery? Very weird and very gross

It's just such an average tim Hortons... I'm pretty frustrated over relatively sub par services every time I go but I'm finally wring a review over the fact that I've dealt with the constant annoyance of not putting the lids properly on the drinks... I'm not talking only a part attached but several times I've had my lids fall off while doing hand offs at the drive through... it's not a huge deal I just hate having my drinks spill when putting them in my car because the lid just falls off. Otherwise I do enjoy the food not much wrong with thar other than presentation sometimes

Food is made poorly, service is rushed and management is rude to their employees in front of customers. I will not be returning to this establishment, there are other restaurants that could use the support from our community. No care for customer experience or attention to the quality of food they are preparing.

Couldn't have agreed with user Mike Pratt. They make a mistake but won't own up to it, nor offer anything. I ordered a bagel B.E.L.T, now how hard of an order is that? the order taker kept insisting if I wanted a sausage, I told her I wanted bacon, she asked a few more times and probably got frustrated because I kept repeating 'belt', 'belt'. Guess what? I got a bagel E.L.T. lol no meat of any kind found.

This is my home Tim Hortons and I go here almost every day. It seems that the drive-through is a grab bag as you’ll never know what you’re going to get

  • 3/5 Celph T. 2 years ago on Google
Of no fault of their own, this has been a known spot for car meet ups, and vagrants generally walk around in this area. It is also not ideal when it gets busy as the layout to the Tim Hortons drivethrough runs through the parking lot, so not many cars can be accommodated as a result. Aside from that, no complaints.

I went inside as the drive thru was packed. Upon standing in line by the food prep area, I witnessed a staff member redoing what looked like a couple BLT bagels. I WAS ABSOLUTELY APPPAULED to see this employee wiping the mayonnaise off the bagel with Her BARE INDEX finger!!!! USING IT LIKE A KNIFE!!!. She had a glove on her right hand, but was pinching the left hand glove with her pinky. The REDONE bagels were packed into the and given to the customer at the drive thru. This is one of the most disgusting food prep things I have ever seen . I did comment to the employee as she was doing this, but I was basically ignored by her and other staff. I am reporting this to Tim's head office.

Inside service is the worst. Nothing to do with the people. Just not enough people on cash Inside they're more focused on the timed drive through

  • 3/5 Chantel B. 2 years ago on Google
The first time I went there. There was no one in the front counter to serve anyone that walked in the door. All the drive thru workers just looked at you like you had two heads. Also it took them 5 to ten mins to get your order out the door. I also went back there the second time and they almost screwed up my order. But luckily they corrected the order and gave me a free muffin. Next time they should hire staff that will help get the customers out the door

This Timmies can get busy. They have reopened their tables inside with Covid protocols. Their drive thru is always busy and staff seems to struggle a bit. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.

25 minutes for 3 coffees! The service is absolutely ridiculous. Before I could say anything two other people told them to get it together. They got orders wrong. I didnt get all of my order. The manager doesn't know how to manage. I will be going to head office. If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD. WHY DO DRIVE THRU LAZY PEOPLE GET BETTER SERVICE THAN THE ONES WHO COME IN???

  • 1/5 George R. 1 year ago on Google
This location is absolute garbage, they clean all the machines at 9pm so you can only get coffee and tea. No ice caps, no frozen drinks. Just went through the drive thru at 9:32pm, huge line due to the horrendous slow service only to be told the machines are cleaned because they're "closing soon"... Yet location details list this as open 24hrs. Filled with garbage lazy employees. Good job Tim Hortons... Keep up the sub par franchising....

Worst experience yet plave my order through the app. I get there my brewkfast sandwiches are ready which i though it would take the longest waited 20mins for 3 drinks and timbits. They served like 20 other people. Kept saying im just waiting on the machine.....also forgot to add all my sandwiches were pretty much cold and gross

Had my wife pick up a breakfast wrap this morning, when she brought it home... looked like leftovers from someone else's breakfast. Was probably one of the worst things I have ever had... especially from a highly acclaimed Canadian coffee house. To be honest might as well picked through the trash for free. Poorly managed, and quality control. Will never return. I'm not doing this for compensation... but to make them realize that quality is key

The conditions of the people serving customers are very inhumane. I just watched them for 5 minutes and it broke my heart so bad that I cannot ever go back. They have to serve a huge number of customers in a very short time, therefore working so fast and making mistakes with the orders, which becomes frustrating for them. I cannot imagine anyone working under such conditions unless they really need the money and have no alternative. Shame on the manager of the store that doesn’t think of a solution.

This locations is ridiculous, ordered from The Tim Hortons app and got the wrong order. Pretty much told me that it was the third parties issues, even though they receive and create the order. Would not give me back my money or send the correct order.

  • 1/5 Dimitrios P. 1 year ago on Google
Employees are a bunch of high school students that joke around while the lines for the drive thru go down the street, on top of having to repeat your order multiple times to someone on the other end who doesn’t listen at all. I totally get this job can be brutal and boring but at the end of the day, you applied and accepted it.. at least try and be half decent. It’s unfortunate that the only other closer one is by the esso and no better.

  • 1/5 Sara S. 1 year ago on Google
This is the slowest, worst location! They get orders wrong most of the time and be prepared to sit in the drive through line up for 45 min+ for A coffee.

  • 1/5 Captain K. 1 year ago on Google
Believe it or not this place got worse. How can you advertise sandwiches and have no buns or bacon and cheese. They still screw up your order as well. Simply pathetic....

  • 5/5 Trish 2 years ago on Google
I frequent this location and have found the staff at the window super friendly and very attentive to the orders. I usually order the same thing and the person at the window quickly realized it wasn’t prepared how I usually get it and confirmed with me what I had asked for. They made it right in under a minute. Now that’s service! Thanks so much.

  • 1/5 Tristan D. 1 year ago on Google
I have been to several different Tim Hortons, I have also worked at Tim Hortons for 5+ years. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to, in terms of quality of food, management and staff. Very very unorganized, there is always a line that lasts days! It seems like the staff are all over the place. I even witnessed a staff member yelling at a customer for her order now showing up on sandwhich counter. Later realizing that someone cleared the order by mistake. Unfortunately this is the only Tims near by house. The younger new staff are super friendly but they are not trained properly. I can overhear them getting yelled at every-time I’m driving by the main road…

Service was good but the problem ive noticed when waiting for my food was that they were more focused on the drive thru orders instead of walk in orders. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes for that one food item
