If there was a rating option of "0" I would give that for this place. Came for my son's friend's birthday party and left very unhappy! The female staff that was working today was very unaccomdating and showed us alot of attitude. When we were taking videos of our kids enjoying their VR session she said "don't take a video of me" in a very rude tone...even though we weren't taking her in the video. She also rushed us through the whole event by telling us we only had one hour in the party room. Seemingly the birthday function we attended was the only event that evening. The host was rushed to clean up and take all the party items out of the room right after the cake cutting. Looked like the staff wanted to rush us out of there as soon as possible! We had to then bring all the food, drinks, cake, gift bags, etc to the front desk and leave it on the floor! The staff then proceeded to clean the party room while we waited in the lobby. The host for the party had the place for another 30 minutes but one of the other staff there came up to my son and ripped the VR headset off of him abruptly. When I asked him what he was doing he said "your time is up" without giving us prior warning. When I went to inquire whether we had another 30 minutes (as the time was only 6:30pm and the event was until 7pm). The staff then checked their bookings and realized that the place was indeed booked for us until 7pm and that they had made a mistake by telling us our time was up at 6:30pm. We felt so rushed and did not enjoy the service we had that day. I felt very bad for the host as they booked the venue so everyone can have fun but in the end every one was rushed out of there! I agree the place has a good VR system and amenities but the service was horrible and unwelcoming! We will not be coming back here in the future!

I’ve been trying to book here for a few weeks. I went to the site to book but was told I had to call in. Called during operating hours and nobody answered. They also don’t have a voicemail set up. Called again 4 times over the course of a week and never got a response. Finally got through to them this week and booked a spot for the weekend. Then I get a call today saying they never booked us, despite our appointment being less than 24 hours away. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I wouldn’t waste my time.

When booking this establishment for my son’s 10th birthday I feel I paid a premium. At a price tag close to $500 for two hours of VR game time for 7 kids and use of a party room for 1 hour. Unfortunately the service was nowhere near premium nor acceptable. Tiana was extremely rude to my wife and our guests. We felt completely unwelcome from the minute we walked in the door. They did not have enough staff to manage all the kids gaming experience. We felt very rushed and the staff did not have a proper record of our booking as they wanted us out 30 minutes before the party was supposed to end. I doubt this business will last given the terrible customer service and attitude of Tiana.

Went for a bday party, staff were engaging and always available. Party room is an ok size, but preferably not for adults. Max 10 kids and the parent host and if adults 8 max comfortably. Staff were observed cleansing thoroughly after the use of the VR equipment. Washroom is gender neutral and 2 private stalls. My son throughly enjoyed it and would fo back again. Alot of game choices to engage to engage the kids.

Celebrated my Son's 12th birthday here with a group of 5 boys - they had a blast! Perfect location just off highway, clean and spacious place, tons of options for multi-player or solo games/experiences, great options for various age groups too, the staff are engaged and always there to assist and great package options for groups/birthdays. All the boys had a great time! This was our first VR experience but it won't be our last ... see you again soon EternalVR!

Came for a 10th birthday party. We were the only patrons. The poor host (mom of birthday boy) was in tears with frustration. She had a party room but was made to empty everything out and clean up midway through the party. She was unable to participate or enjoy her sons birthday. My thought was maybe there was another party coming.. not the case, we were the last patrons. Half hour before party was over, employee ripped the head set off of one of the children without warning stating that the time was up. We were confused, there was another half hour left. The other employee looked frustrated and said that time was up. It was only when we insisted she check she roudly said “oh” , rolled her eyes and said we were right. Did not apologize for ripping off a headset off a child in the middle of a game. A lot of confusion and frustration was felt. Very rude staff who clearly couldn’t wait to close up before checking the party booking. Definitely would not recommend. We are an easy going bunch and came to watch the kids have a great time. We all left literally confused and sad for the birthday boys mom.

Since my 2 boys 7 and 9 year olds are the ones who come here (I just drive them) I'll let you hear the review from my 9 year old: Eternal VR has very good quality headsets, has a lot of games, they have starter games to get to know VR, the employees are helpful when you need help, they have sitting waiting areas so daddy can hang out on his phone patiently, they have nice party area for birthdays, that's all I can think of. My kids love coming here. Every time they are awarded with good behaviour or good marks at school, their only request is to come to Eternal VR. Also staff is very accommodating. Highly recommended.

We hosted my son birthday party here and it was a unique experience for the children and myself. There were variety of adventures and games to choose from. The facility is very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the booking and the party process. I strongly recommend this place to have a unique experience.

Husband and son loved being able to do this together! We even returned a second time on the same vacation and booked back to back sessions!

We hosted our son's 9th birthday at this venue last weekend. It was a great experience! The facility is new, modern, and clean, and it is conveniently located right off of Hwy 401. The venue has 12 VR stations, which worked out perfectly for our party size. Even some parents stayed and tried it out! The game selection was current and all the children were able to try numerous games (including some multi-player games). The owner and staff were absolutely wonderful! They were busy the entire party, ensuring that the children's needs were being met. This was the first time that all the children had tried VR, so it was a new and memorable experience. For our party, we started with 60 minutes of VR, followed by about 45 minutes in the playroom (we had it booked for 60 minutes but the kids were too excited to try more VR), and then we finished with 30 minutes of VR. 2 children did feel a bit motion sick (e.g. dizzy) in the final 15 minutes of VR... possibly because they had just eaten. However, the staff handles the situation effectively by giving the kids a break with a comfy chair. And they have a large selection of board games in case anyone wants to have a break from the VR. Overall, it was a great time and I would definitely recommend this venue.

My first VR experience was great! Once you get used to it there is so much to explore and do in the games. Very helpful staff and so many game choices!

We just celebrated my sons 7th Birthday party there. We had over 20 kids plus adults.... and we all had a blast. Even us parents had to get our turn on the vrs. Definitely will be back and highly recommend, especially for bdays. Thanks Tianna and her team you guys are awesome!

Great location and amazing group of people helping the kids when they needed it. They have a stamp card of you go 5 times the 6th one is free! Good value.

My wife and daughter took me to Eternal VR for my birthday and we all had an amazing time. There are many game options and the overall experience was fantastic both with the game sections and the service by the staff. We are defiantly returning for another experience. I would recommend this to anybody both young and old.

My first ever VR lounge experience but it won't be my last! My bar is set high now. Great space and staff is very helpful. Tons of games to choose from too.

The employee present was very kind, helpful and informative. He was able to get us started and made great suggestions. The place itself was clean and inviting, and there was a good selection of games.

Went with an 11 year old and we both had a great time. We played a dodgeball game together, and then did our own thing. I was able to try out Beat Saber and Google Earth VR, and the hour flew by. Great time!

It’s a good place to play vr games but it’s $40 per hour

This place met all my expectations and more. Will be coming back with my friends for more fun.
