Ate here last night with my wife and a very good friend who's in town. Yes, this seems to be a local watering hole and it was a bit noisy, making it difficult to talk, but we enjoyed ourselves anyway. I have to single out our server, I believe her name is Terry (Teri?) because she was amazing. Normally, the pub is very slow on Mondays, but last night it was completely rammed and she was the only server there. My wife and I have both worked in restaurants, and this amazing woman managed to keep up somehow. Most impressed! The fish and chips I had was good, but my wife and our friend's meals (seafood pasta) were missing a few things promised in the menu. Terry and the owner both came over to apologize and the owner promised that if we came in again he would cook the pasta especially for us (Terry said he's a really good chef who was unfortunately not in the kitchen last night: the cooks back there are new). Good food and GREAT service. I think we'll stop in again.

I thought it was a pub. Service was horrible and they turn it in to a night club on Fridays and Saturdays. Very aggressive and entitled bouncers at the door.

dirty trash from Scarborough trickles over and makes this place unsafe and uncomfortable. Stop allowing dirty trash into your bar that are looking for fights, insecure low lives that are hitting 50 still representing colours, pathetic.

Straight to the Ginormous Chicken wings, great quality and always have a choice to get it grilled they do have lots of specials during the week. Great to break up your week. a nice cold brew and some wings. Their sauce is just the perfect bang! They have other great sides but nothing beats the chicken wings. Thank you for always taking care of us team Harp you guys are the best!

Great home feel. food was excellent. one of those I'm so glad I went in there. A favorite of the locals. but worthy of a visit from out of town. It's Pub meets dive bar. Where everybody wants to know your name and genuinely wants to see you again.

Not what it used to be. Ordered nachos for an app for the table, kinda bla, we had 2 orders of wings and ribs... ribs were warm at best. Wings were overdone. Won't be revisiting. Staff were nice.

Great food at a reasonable price, plus they have A LOT of specials throughout the week. The atmosphere is great and so is the service.

We've been several times after our sons hockey games. Staff is always really great, super friendly and good is fantastic. Even the other patrons are great with our kids. Recommend!

I recently visited Harp and Crown Pub and had a fantastic experience! The menu offered a great selection of food and drinks, and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend Harp and Crown Pub for anyone looking for a great night out! Oh and they are open late.

The staff and atmosphere were amazing, classic pub, the food is fantastic and the prices very reasonable for the portion size you get. Great place to come and unwind with a nice pint of beer or bring the family for lunch or dinner. There is karaoke as well just not sure what day as I've never attended it...yet lol. I only wish I had taken photos to attach to this review.

This is a wonderful restaurant and we’re great hosts for our event. I strongly suggest if you have any event which is economically feasible, you look at the Harp and Crown. The owner is very nice and the staff was friendly!

any idea why this place doesnt sell non alcoholic drinks? like zero drinks are offered in the Doordash menu? no coke , no pepsi, no water?! wth 🤦🏾‍♂️!

Great service but the drastically reduced menu due to covid was disappointing. Previous visits have always been good, & I absolutely love the vibe of the pub. I have to say though that the veggie burger was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had, it was so salty tasting I couldn’t eat most of it. My friends fish & chips looked pretty good, & they enjoyed it. I’m hoping it was just an off day, because this is an Ottawa location that I really do like whenever I’m in town.

I hadn't been in this pub in a couple of years. It really hasn't changed. Still a really great place to meet friend's or have a good meal(BTW the foods really good). Highly Recommended!!

I've been going to the harp and crown since I was about 10 years old and it's always been amazing but recently they've added a specials menu and everything on it is fantastic. I try to go to the harp as much as I can for the food but also the service, the bartenders and waitress really know how to run a good restaurant. 12/10 would recommend

I've been going here for about 10-15 years, always a great time. Moved to another province and everytime I'm in town Jeff and his staff always make me feel at home. A wonderful place! I thought I was dreaming.Terry is most thoughtful and of course Frank is the gentlest soul one could ever meet.The Karoeke music was great and all the participants are to be commended.Surely a place I am going to be coming back to in the very near future;hopefully in a little better health than I was the first time.Gals, I am still very strong and we could have a great time.Hopefully we'll engage in some dancing.

Food isn't crazy special but it's good. Typical bar food. Wonderful staff. Wonderful friends. Great enviornment - live music, karoke, etc.

Simple sports bar in a plaza. It was busy with locals, whi h is always a good sign.
