It is such a peaceful and beautiful little park by the Frenchman’s Bay. I have been a resident of this neighborhood for the past few months. The good thing about this place is that its less busier as compared to the main marina. If you live in the neighborhood, do ensure you have registered for the free summer parking permit. The parking enforcement do patrol here often so don’t abandon your car during those hours in case you haven’t bought a ticket. Will definitely miss this place as I’ll be moving real soon.

this park is definitely one of the better spots in Pickering. You get a wonderful glimpse at the wildlife as well. My friend and I had the pleasure of encountering a small fox family when going there to view the sunset. There's a wonderful play pad for kids and parking is free too. update: parking is no longer free! city now makes you to pay online or you'll get ticketed (enforced)..

Even though Google said it was three times busier than usual, there was no problem finding parking, which you have to pay for if you are not a resident. ($5/hr) There is a dock for launching kayaks and paddle boards, with a steady stream of users, but no wait. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the bay is very calm for beginners. You can head out into Lake Ontario going either left or right depending on the wind but it can be a little more challenging if you're not used to waves. Lots of waterfowl, so you need to watch your step and the underwater plants were getting close to the surface when we visited in late June.

Nice quaint little nook with paved bike path, grass area for picnics, playground for children, and park benches. All views overlook the marina and the bay of Lake Ontario. Quiet area for a quick stop, or stay and relax.

It's a peaceful park close by Pickering beach and it has a nice playground, numerous people come to capture the Sun set view. The parking can get busy, but its a good place to walk and hang out with friends. 5 Stars for the beautiful views here.

Nice little park. I went here for fishing but I had no luck. It wasn't that crowded in the afternoon.

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing way to end a day with a friend, fishing, kids, families, kayaking, wildlife, walking, reading a book. Not a huge space (limited parking), but lovely for a short visit.

A good spot for a walk by the water. Saw quite a few people walk their dogs too. We tried our hand at fishing but since there is an overgrowth of weeds, we didn't catch any, but it actually is also a great fishing spot

Sublime place by the water with free parking very close by, can get busy during good weather. Close to a nice waterfront area with little shops and restaurants

Good park for toddlers. The playground is the right size for kids under 5 and the park is usually pretty busy. It's also a nice place to walk along the water and see Frenchman's Bay or to launch a kayak or canoe.

👍👍 Frenchman's Bay is a great place to visit and spend your day, chill and hike with friends and family. It is a small place with not many parking spaces. Once the parking lot is full, they close the main entrance at W Shore Blvd and then strictly follow “vehicle-out, vehicle-in” policy. There are ple...

👍 This park is truly beautiful. Lots of open space, the baseball diamonds need a little TLC, but the soccer field is gorgeous. Watched the fire works there for canada day and it was beautiful.
