I ordered a $30 pizza and the first came like they just threw on the topping and dumped a whole bunch of extra sauce on the pizza - I called and asked for a replacement and the sent me a burnt pizza. These guys suck big time. You made your point - I will never order from you guys again. Worst Pizza ever.

This location is conveniently located across the street from the Pickering Town Centre. It's newly renovated and is kept pretty clean. It's mainly a pickup counter, so there isn't really any place to sit. This is my first time trying this location and I found my pizza to be a bit over done and dry. All along the bottom and the crust was dark brown and black. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home, so it was pretty disappointing. However the service at the counter was friendly, quick and efficient.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the pizzas are okay and sometimes it is not right. I guess it depends on who's making them. Just like other restaurants, I guess it depends on the person who is making your food. I've had worse.

I came in today shortly after 8pm. Got a lasagna and forgot to ask for a whole garlic bread instead of half. Lady was easy to talk to. I asked for well done and extra sauce. There was nothing to say it was well done. Extra sauce was perfect but as usual with not being well done it is barely cooked. This is always the case here. It's really not that enjoyable when you get towards the middle and it's barely warm or cooked which I really want my meal to be hot. There is no crisp, burning and that's the disappointment. For more then 20$ for a meal I asked twice to make sure it was done this way. I'll include pictures and this was not cooked to any means. Probably why I don't order often when simple instructions are not followed. Well done means I want my order to have char on it. Can't say I'm enjoying this very much and will not be returning at all at this point thanks

Absolutely disgusting I have been ordering here for many years now but tonights pizza was totally gross. I ordered a small pizza with 6 toppings on it. It was a cardboard crust it was probably from the day before..toppings were old and no cheese! $40 including tip! What a rip off!

Ordered two sandwich combo special. 17$ ...Paid extra for cheese and toppling. 25 tax in and did I get my order....no ask for tomatoes none... peppers none..The person making my sandwich did not care about the order or customer....It was better before new owners.....Some staff great other..? I try to help local business but there service is terrible....

Since moving to Pickering and once we discovered Pizza Nova, the food there is always good. So yesterday was lasagna night for me. Was definitely not disappointed. Pizza nova, pizza or lasagna, always delicious there.

My new pizza place for lunch! always have fresh and delicious variety of slices available throughout the day! Staff has excellent service , very clean restaurant always. At times I get mix & match slices for the office which staff have recommended it & saves my time!

They BURNT my charcoal pizza, ALL the crust was BURNT... (Probably used the delivery guy as a fill-in for the cook...) also, bigtime skimpy on the toppings... NO COMPARISON to the place by my work, like night and day difference... So ya they lost my business ... that place across from Pickering Town Centre has never been a good Pizza Nova ...haven't been their in probably 15years and thought maybe they've changed but, to my surprise, it's WORSE than ever... customer service told me to take it back but I just threw it in the garbage instead of wasting gas driving there ...

The lady at the cash who also works at the back has horrible customer service! Even when they mess up your order they make you pay for it. This has been the third time this happened! The same lady never uses a hair net or gloves when handling food. I have been understanding the pst two times but a third time is enough to loose me as a customer! Honestly so disappointed with the way the handled the situation each and every time! Next time I’ll drive a little further to a different pizza Nova location or just order from a different pizza place.

First time grabbing a pizza from here, I wish I had ordered years ago! A friend suggested to get the Meat Supreme and Honey Garlic Wings. Excellent quality food and was well prepared. Still wanting more two days later!

Our favorite pizza chain in the GTA. Always great service and their pizza is second to none. They are more expensive than others but reasonable given the higher quality of their pizza. Their panzerottis are amazing as well.

I have been coming to this location for years! And will always stay like this love the quality, service and friendly staff that are willing to help out when needed. Staff experience is excellent! Love love the charcoal dough thats ny new addiction & healthy choice ! Staff recommended it and now love it! My to go Pizza place every week!

dried out wasnt a canadian pizza think they took a walkin out of oven threw toppings on wasnt even warm hard crust hardly any toppi gs for $25 I'll go to pizza hut if I want to pay $35 for a cdn w no mushrooms or bacon

OMG I had this on Saturday night LATE and it was the best pizza I have had in so long ! Didn’t want to argue so I went with my boyfriends choice dbl pep mush bacon chicken the freshest toppings ever I could taste every topping every bite ! Now how often does that happen ?!!!

We ordered 10 party sized pizzas (5 cheese and 5 pepperoni) for a big party. Ask for Sadaf! She did a great job getting our order right and and time for our party. People ate everything and loved Pizza Nova!

Best pizza and wings I’ve had in Canada the fries were also good highly recommend!

Usually a fan of Pizza Nova. It’s one of the better pizza brands. Unfortunately I have to leave an unpleasant review of this particular location. A few weeks ago we ordered a pizza and when we picked it up it smelled off. We had our masks on and I thought I was just being paranoid. We were starving and we got home, ate some of the pizza and it was clear that the cheese had turned and gone bad. They had put rotten cheese on the pizza! We did not feel well after eating that pizza and had to throw the rest of it in the garbage. We called customer service and got a credit. We ordered again last night to use our credit and I did a double check to smell that the cheese was okay. Seemed fine but then both my husband and I felt sick afterwards and I had diarrhea. This place is obviously not sanitary and it’s obvious they are not always using fresh products. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Tonight, I tried their new Honey Stinger pizza. This turned out to be really good, with just the right amount of heat balanced with the sweetness. The olives added a saltiness, which was a nice counterpoint to the sweetness and the mild heat of sopressata. The flavour of the sausage really came through nicely. Other members of the dining party ordered a plain cheese, and a banquet cheddar, and were very satisfied with their pizzas. We ordered for delivery; everything was on time and prepared as per our order. Next time, I will ask for a bit of a bolder bake, because I would have liked my crust a touch more well done.
