This is the worst pizza pizza ever! First of all, the website isn’t good for ordering, there are so many glitches. Second of all, the dough was not cooked at all. It was under cooked. The cheese wasn’t good either. We chew the cheese and it was hard. The pizza for some reason was so sour. Do not order from this location at all. Pizza pizza’s quality is getting worst day by day. Please improve!!

This is a standard Pizza Pizza. You get reasonable pizza for a reasonable price. This Pizza Pizza has Halal options. This store has a standard set up, and is clean. People are polite and they work hard. Editing review to better due to the ability to get foods that satisfy cravings.

Had an amazing customer pizza there it also helps if you know someone who works their but a a helpful tip. If you go toward the end of the business day you can sometimes have them load up a pre-made pizza or slice they have on the racks loaded with toppings for free or super cheap.

Ordered XL pizza with creamy garlic drizzle and pizza came without it. Missing toppings. On calling them, all they care about is giving charge back for that particular topping. No one likes a dry pizza in my family and that was a waste. No consideration to replace or fix the order. Not ordering again from here.

I have been eating from pizza pizza for 20 years. Never have I ever been so disgusted in my life. This pizza looks like it was made 3 days ago and the cook reused it to save a few extra $. Please look at the photo and tell me in what angle does this pizza look fresh? Or even edible. The cheese is rock solid the pepperoni feels like chips and the only thing that looks fresh is the box and receipt that came with the order. I cannot believe the cook had the audacity to serve me this old rotten pizza I will be reaching out to head office and have the DSM look into this restaurant. There is definitely a bunch of health and safety issues at this location. Absolutely disgusted.

Efficient service. The pizza was ok and I enjoyed the wings which I paired with some homemade noodles. Overall it wasn't a bad experience.

Living in pickering for over a decade now. Mornings are good. But the evening crew are terrible. They cheap out on cheese. Sad to say but This particular location in my opinion is the worst pizza pizza location in all of GTA and Durham. We have all been to dozens of different pizza pizza locations and this is my honest review. The evening shift workers on the weekday schedule need to be moved around. Its like a gang in there. Terrible quality pizzas. Yes. More than 0nce.

Ordered two panzarotti both with pesto sauce, tons of ingredients and ceasar salad. Get home, no pesto sauce in either!! Ingredients were very sparce compared to the first time i went there. Very disappointed although the staff both times were very friendly. Called them to tell them the issue and all i get is to have to drive all the way back right away to get only one replacement panzarotti. Highly disatisfied with all of my services proved by them today. To top it off i gave these guys a four dollar tip!!

Great selection & they have halal chicken & ground beef. Chicken is always halal only if you order pepperoni then you need to come in person & ask for halal but any “chicken” item you order, it will be always halal

Grabbed a cheese slice, there was a line up so the person in the back noticed and quickly jumped in and helped. While Mine was warming up I went to the most spotless bathroom I have ever been in! My slice was waiting for me nice and hot. Pizza was good but the dough is reeeallly thin. Could use a bit more. Otherwise hot good, staff were polite and the slice cost me 3.94 total

Our club was in the Santa Claus parade in Pickering, after that we had a potluck lunch, so as usual, I decided to take the easy way out and order pizza . The pizza pizza happens to service the harmony martial arts after school program, so I had ordered pizza from there to my surprise they had made me 14 pizzas medium size when I arrived they were hot and ready to go. The manager who I would believe is the owner very nice individual, big smile on his face greeted me professionally. I was happy to see that the eating area the shop itself was very clean and as usual the pizza was delicious.

Pizza was great, exactly what I ordered. Vegan cheese & plant based pepperoni! It was delivered much faster than expected and the delivery driver was very nice.

It was my wonderful dinning experience @ this store, The pizza was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend to visit this place. Stores cleanliness was amazing too. Excellent Customer service.

I bought a XL pizza for lunch ,the quality wasn't good at all. It tasted like that the dough hadn't properly risen and the quality of the toppings were mediocre at best.

Consistent service and food. I come here for dine-in, take out, and delivery. Delivery can be slow (40 min) which seems silly when its right down the street.

I love their regular thin crust compared to their any other crust. The quality and customer service of Pizza Pizza has increased noticeably since past 3 years.

Good sized location here. Service was quick and accurate, Food was good . A lot of our our local restaurants have been hit so hard by Co-Vid 19 please get out and support our local restaurants.

Get the Hallal pepperoni pizza...soooooo good. There is a black light when you walk in. Don't know what its for.

I went for pick-up.they gave me thin crust pizza and upon my complaint their reply was that our all pizzas are made up of this crust which is a regular one. Seriously is it regular!? So rude and disappointing.

A lady working here was extremely rude and condescending. Refused to take my “score a slice” free slice coupon and accused me of redeeming it already which I never did. She humiliated me in front of other customers, why would I lie about redeeming a free slice it’s $5 of course I can afford that. I’ve given this location a ton of business over the year but no longer will I.
