Terrible
customer

I
called
in
and
asked
what
vegetarian
spicy
fried
rice
they
had.
They
suggested
Manchurian
but
I
opted
for
Malaysian
VEG
fried
rice.
I
initially
asked
for
shrimp
and
chicken
fried
rice
for
the
kids
but
replaced
it
with
EGG
fried
rice.
She
repeated
the
order
and
asked
me
“so
no
shrimp
and
chicken?”
I
said
“no,
egg
fried
rice
instead
of
the
shrimp
and
chicken.
We
had
the
order
picked
up
and
when
we
opened
it,
they
sent
us
a
shrimp
and
chicken
Malaysian
fried
rice
instead
of
the
vegetarian.
I
called
them
and
the
girl
that
answered
argued
with
me
for
a
few
minutes
saying
that
she
repeated
the
order
and
I
told
her
exactly
what
we
discussed.
She
kept
repeating
herself
so
I
spoke
with
the
manager.
The
manager
asked
me
to
come
back
to
exchange
it..
I
explained
to
him
that
I
ordered
food
to
save
time
and
I
have
2
young
kids
at
home
to
put
to
bed
so
I
can’t
come
back.
He
asked
me
to
bring
the
food
back
the
next
day
to
exchange.
I
explained
I
start
work
at
7am
and
he
actually
said
“leave
it
in
your
car”.
In
this
heat,
who
would
leave
shrimp
and
chicken
in
the
car?
His
solution
was
“tie
it”.
I
asked
to
just
credit
it
for
next
time
as
there’s
no
purpose
anymore
and
he
said
“I
can’t
give
you
a
credit.
She
confirmed
your
order”.
Again,
she
confirmed
that
it’s
MALAYSIAN
but
did
not
mention
it
being
shrimp
and
chicken.
I
also
ordered
a
spicy
schezuan
tofu
and
mentioned
that
I’m
vegetarian.
If
he
can
suggest
to
keep
the
food
in
the
car
and
bring
it
back,
just
makes
me
question
the
hygiene
in
the
restaurant.
Disgusting.
We’ve
ordered
from
here
for
years
and
will
definitely
not
be
going
back
after
this.
