The staff here are awesome! The friendliest I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The drinks are always made properly at this location to the point where I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks if I’m ordering a drink that can be finicky depending on who makes it.

This is a compact size Starbucks, just 4 tables to seat. As it looks is the new trend for the Starbucks no nice armchairs and cozy spots. Just a regular seating area. The coffee is extremely good and the staff is helpful and friendly. The music was a little bit annoying and loud.

First of all, fantastic service! Secondly, I was just finishing my iced coffee when I saw a little happy face at the bottom of my cup. Whoever’s idea this was deserves a cold pillow every night! So cute! Made me smile

I stop here once a week for curbside pickup, my drinks are always exactly how I order them and always ready, as soon as I arrive someone notices me,asks for my name and then brings my drink up to the door. Great efficient service. Stop by, get coffee, fill up the tank at the esso attached to it

I literally go here all the time because the service is so, so good. Everyone’s so passionate about what they do. It’s worth paying more for coffee if the employees actually ask how my days going. Keep it up. Tim hortons sucks because they aren’t personable at all.

All good but access from Bayly sucks. Better when traveling south on Liverpool but either way, tough not to have to do a u-turn coming or going.

Really disappointed in some of the visits to this location. Super slow service and its not even a drive thru location. They make mistakes in marking the cups, and need to be asked to correct, which takes even longer instead of correcting the mistake right away like other locations.

Had a good experience. My drink was pretty good just wish it had a bit more brown sugar flavour. Worker seemed in a rush just needs to slow down a bit and not rush me when I order but a somewhat fair as it seemed busy. Overall really good. Would come again.

Hands down the best location in Durham. It's the only one I consistently go to, the drinks always taste great, service is top notch, inside and out, and the friendliest staff.

Good but stop asking people "how's it goin today" when you first order in the drive-thru. No need for chit chat.

They're very fast! Don't be scared of the drive thru line, it moves quickly (at least during rush hour). If you're in a huge rush, park and order inside, to beat the line. Online ordering is probably the most efficient though.

So I've been coming here ever since it's opened. All the staff has always been superb. From making my order right, customer service & going above and beyond. Whoever manages this place (or does the hiring) you're doing a great job considering it's not always the case, you receive great customer service from food & retail stores now-a-days.. I just wanted to leave this reveiw (finally) as Brandon exceeded my expectations today. I ordered via online and went to pump my gas, then grab my coffee. I guess I'm recognizable now as before I even finished pumping Brandon came out (in the cold snowy afternoon and brought me my drink!! Myself and the guy pumping beside me, were like wow that's customer service! Anyways "long story" short Brandon rocks (he's always pleasant and polite AND efficient) All the staff have always been great too!! THANK YOU SO MUCH BRANDON YOU MADE MY DAY!!

we ordered chai tea latte and it was taste like coffee. May they add coffee insteat of chai pumps, I hate coffee, my order was chai tea latte with 2%milk and 3 sugurs. They made coffee with 2% milk and 3 sugurs. and it is not tasty at all . am at work what Should I drink and it is early morning.

This Starbucks is by far the best I’ve ever been too! Most drive thru Starbucks take forever (which is understandable because they’re always busy and there are more complicated drink orders) but even with those things considered this one is so fast! The order is never wrong and the people that work there are truly delightful. I’ve never had anything other than excellent service and everyone genuinely looks happy doing their jobs!

Im done with this location. Come here mon to fri. Get a apple macchiato. And every day its a different consistenty. Also they never stir their products. Always syrup left at the bottom. Making the last few sips unbearably sweet to drink. If i have to drive a little further down the road to the other location so be it. Having to explain my name and my order again and again to the drive through team is exhausting. Mobile ordering should be easier not the other way around.

This is by far the best starbucks in the east!! I have tried pretty much all, the staff is super nice and kind. The espresso machines are amazing with great micro foam and body to the lattes..!!! Kuddos the the SB team here..!!

Went there this morning to redeem my birthday drink. The team was super short and rude. at the cash I scanned my card and then my sister paid for the drink she also got. Said she wanted to collect her stars the girl on the window rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything to us. For an experience I would never go back to this location! Thanks guys! Happy birthday!

I don’t leave reviews but today I went into starbucks and the older lady who was working there was so rude to me and other customers. Her lack professionalism and attitude was horrible. If I come to starbucks and pay for $7.00 coffee then the customer service should be reflected. The other customers in the store were more helpful then she was. Great way to start off my Monday morning :/
