It was an accidental choice to eat here but it became a perfect choice, The menu is rich and has a lot of recipes to select your meal. Yes, definitely we are coming back.

Not up to quality standards! We ordered a few dishes for dinner through the Uber Eats app and have to say the quality and portion size was not acceptable. They also forgot to include the garlic naan we paid $3.99 for... First off, the chicken in all the dishes was clearly not fresh, it was fiberous, flavourless and somehow dry inside even though it was cooked in sauce. It appears the dishes were left over from the lunch orders earlier in the day. I'm sure the owner will reply to this review and say "We never serve reheated chicken!" but that would just make it even worse, as then would indicate they don't know how to cook chicken at all lol. Anyways, the tandoori chicken was... well I'm not sure what it was exactly, as I couldn't recognize which part of the bird they were from! It looked like each piece was part spine, neck or something, and the flavor was suspect, smelled off, not like fresh tandoori, again likely just reheated from lunch...my girlfriend refused to take a chance of eating it. I ate it but it had the consitence of rubber/plastic almost like cartilage but it was meat, and the meat I did manage to pick off was barely edible! So I would avoid this dish for sure. The other dishes, vindaloo, saag and channa we not as flavourful as we have had elsewhere. Seemed like it hadn't been simmered long enough with the spices to create the depth that the dish was supposed to have and consistency was a little watery. Also the containers looked a lot like other containers that restaurants serve but just in slightly smaller size. I guess everyone is cutting corners "because of covid". All in all we will not be ordering from here again, and advising our friends. There's lots of other great indian restaurants to choose from in the area.

My family really wanted to like this place but it was a HUGE letdown! The quality of their meat was low and whatever meat they gave was burnt and tough. Portions were small, flavors were not authentic, butter chicken was almost sweet and the tandoori chicken lacked any flavor at all, the tandoori fish and chicken biryani were the only highlights. I will not be going back, there are plenty of other choices in the area.

I ordered butter chicken & garlic na'an. Na'an was delicious and the butter chicken sauce was too, but the chicken in the sauce was subpar. It's clear they were using the sauce to hide some less than ideal cuts of meat, one of which even had a giant chunk of cartilage in it - how fun to bite down on! Probably won't be returning because of that :/

I ordered Daal mukhnee and Plain naan.. The daal was okay but the naan was a huge disappointment could not even chew and not worth $3.25 for a naan

Quaint little restaurant with a nice zen vibe. The food came a bit too quickly after we ordered it, making me think it wasn’t made fresh but sitting there. The food definitely has flavour and spice, but the portions are small and we felt a bit skimped out on the meat. The Zeera biryani game with one tiger shrimp only! If we’re paying premium for this dish, at least throw in 2. The beef vindaloo was also punched with delicious flavour and spice, but there were maybe only 6 pieces of beef with full gravy. We had asked for medium spice for our biryani and it was definitely more than a medium spice, so be cautious when asking for spice. The Raita was delicious, no complaints there.

Ordered butter chicken. Some of the chicken was fine, but I think they mixed old chicken with new because some pieces were extremely rubbery (that or they were over cooked like crazy). Their naan was good, and generous. The rubber feeling chicken really put me off, I doubt I’ll order form here again.

Terrible food. It was my first time ordering from this place so to be safe, I chose a couple of dishes that are really hard to get wrong. But I could not have been more mistaken. The veg biryani should not be called biryani. The veggies were half cooked - half raw! It was a desperate attempt between Mexican rice and Indian pulao, both gone wrong. The naan was so thick it wasn’t cooked inside. I couldn’t even get through my meal - had to throw out the food! What a waste! Awful!!

Not all India foods are created equal, in my opinion. We are very selective about where we dine, and Zeera by the Bay is high on our list. The freshess of the food is amazing; one can taste the unique spices and herbs. Our go-to is the Zeera Special Grilled Platter with sides of mixed vegetables and garlic Naan 😋 👌 We also love the Samosas with tamarind or yogurt mint sauce. You can taste each piece of potatoes and veggies. YUMMY

I'm a realtor and I often take my clients out or order food when my clients are moving. Last night I did take out from this place. I spent like $45 (Lamb curry, chicken curry, regular Roti and Garlic Naan). No value for money. Naan wasn't fresh and it was like cardboard. It was less than 10 minutes drive since I picked up the food and the Naan and Roti was already cold and dry. When we re heat the garlic naan on a pan, (1) tiny garlic pieces started to fall off, means, they would have sprinkled chopped garlic you get from the store on top of the Naans (2) barely any meat on both dishes. So, as a summary, absolutely no value for money.

Loved the non vegetarian platter, we also had fish curry which was ok. Chicken Tikka masala was really good.

Worst food I’ve ever had. I ordered Paneer Makhani and the chef literally dipped paneer in tomato puree. No spices, no taste. If they had put paneer in pasta sauce that would have been better than this. Samosa was literally swimming in oil.

Worst and disappointing. I made the order on uber eats. I saw that there was a medal given by uber eats, so I thought I will give it a try. Ordered Aloo Tikki and Multigawny Soup. Aloo tikki was oily and potato was stale and old. The soup was like turmeric milk and coconut and super spicy. I wish I could give zero stars. Never trying this place again.

Been going to this place since 2 years but the last 2 times I went recently, had the terrible experience with the server. She was so rude and inappropriate. The food quality has drastically deteriorated. I had guest with me and felt so embarrased as the way she was treating/talking to us. The owner needs to do better if you want customers to come there. These kind of people cannot be employed as a waitress

Great fish tikka. Would have again. The special roti should be skipped it was not good but the service made up for it. Very lovely older lady served me quickly. Order ahead is better as it takes long. I would try garlic naan next time and can't go wrong with tandoori.

We came here after hearing reviews from DRE. The food was okay. The quantity was a little less but was appropriate for the price, given the inflation. The service was the worst in my experience. We felt ignored. We waited so long for our bill. There were only 4-5 tables occupied. For left over, she gave only 1 container for rice and 2 curries. When asked for more containers, she gave 1 container for 2 curries. I asked for plastic bag to carry everything, and she said they have none. They had take out orders with plastic bags, so flat out lying. Tea was not good at all. Not sorry for tipping less than 10%. never coming back

Food was good, bar service is basic at best. Bar prices are very fair. If you ask for spicy, you WILL get spicy. Best dish is the beef. Great patio for a large group.

Great food but ten minutes after we received our main course the server came to our table with takeout containers and told us we needed to leave because they were closing! I’m not kidding.

Bought appetizers (Pakoras) and they were too salty, and also weren't fresh .. wish I had a better review but won't recommend pakoras for sure!

I ordered take out and was given uncooked/ raw chicken. Called to tell them was was informed if I want to cook it some more I should throw it on my stove? The food also comes with no bread or rice that costs more.

I used to order from here before, but lately the quality seems to be down. I ordered the fish Tikka as usual, and this time it was stale and tasted weird. That's unacceptable to me.

I tried other Indian restaurants in the area and they just don't compare thus far. I'm picky with my Indian cuisine coming from an area where I once had a sea of Desi restaurants around me. Zeers is now my go to. The food is savoury, reasonably priced and satisfying. With mostly gluten free options I don't need to worry about my food allergies. My food is always made promptly and served with a friendly smile.

Nepalese owned restaurant but good food quality and decent portion size, only thing was there indoor AC wasn't working so it was very suffocating. Overall good food and average service time. The server may not give you much time to place order. We ordered 4 vegetarian options with bread basket

Fantastic Indian food....cuisine even. Pekoras were a bit great, but everything else was perfect. Really fresh paneer, and the vindaloo is perfectly spicy.

I have had this a few times and it is always a hit with the family. Everything we've tasted has been eaten and enjoyed, even by the picky 3 year old brat. I highly suggest ordering here. Top notch food.

Garlic Naan was great, chilli paneer was rough and was in a thick gravy. Sevice was fast and great.
