Went to get the burgers, loved it the vibe of the place. The boys working there yesterday at 2 pm, there are super friendly and loved their work. The burger and fries were amazing in taste. Coming back here for sure. Loved the first time impression.

It's been a while since I've been to South St. Burger and I can't believe I've been denying myself all this goodness! I had their Angus Beef burger, topped with Swiss Cheese, Maple Bacon, and garnished with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Crispy Onions, Hot Peppers, and Garlic Mayo. It sounds like a lot but they have over 30 Free Toppings to choose from! Top it the way you want but mine was delicious! Oh yah, I also had Onion Rings, which were crispy and delicious!

One of the better South Street Burgers that’s for sure. They made my burger just the way I like it without skimping on the toppings. The cashier forgot to ring up my extra side of fries. When I received all my food I asked for my fries. Instead of telling me he forgot to ring it in he gave it to me on the house. That’s excellent customer service. I am now a loyal customer

Tried the crispy chicken. So over cooked it was black and not crispy. Just tough. Very bad service. Food was sitting waiting to be bagged but nobody interested in doing it. Got the cold shoulder when I complained. Do not recommend. Also, forgot to prepare my drink!

Delicious burgers, nice staff, large & clean eating space. Theres lots of parking in the plaza. I love the variety of toppings and sauces they offer. One tip: please serve the buns warm!!

South St Burger company is one of the few restaurants where Guacamole isn't extra. The fries are top notch. Very well seasoned, small, and crispy. A bit pricy coming in at 4.95$ for a medium fry. Lots of sauces and seasonings to choose from. The buy one get one coupon I found valuable as well.

One of the guys who work here is extremely rude! He just completely ignored me, then I went to order and he was rude about that as well! So I canceled my order. I literally just stood in line and when he came back finally to serve the line he looked AROUND me to serve the people behind me.. how is that customer service! This place always has rude people who work here. I will not be coming here again! Why do they not need to wear name tags here so I can report his name here.. if I could give no stars I absolutely would.. disrespectful people work here no wonder the place is always empty.

Came in last week as a last minute treat for the kids as they love the fries. Jalene, Jaiden and Bhanu were super helpful, friendly, accommodating and patient. Great location and staff have always been pleasant. Keep it up!

I can't help but rave about my recent visit to South Street Burger, all thanks to the wonderful service provided by Jaden! Seriously, if I could give Jaden more than five stars, I would. I’ve been going to this location for awhile now and I’ve met a few employees but it seems like I have a favourite chef there. I didn’t know it was possible to have a favourite chef at a fast food restaurant lol. I usually get the custom made beef burger which is well made. I’m so pickey about the prep time on my burger I don’t like when it’s over cooked. Jaden is always on point with that. I’m also pickey when it comes to the environment where the food is being made. This location is typically very clean which is why I keep going back. I highly recommend

Whoever was working tonight (Dec. 7) at around 7:30, you are a blessing and the best person/people to ever exist. I ordered a poutine off of DoorDash and they followed my special instructions so well I have never received a better poutine. Thank you for your service 🫡

Nice folks but tables are ALL sticky. Men's washroom toilet is cracked. Urinal isn't working. No soap in dispenser. A shame because they really were nice!

Just picked up one combo. Can't believe how small the servings are for $27. One hamburger patty. The large fries were small and the milk shake. The young guy and girl were very polite and smiled while serving me. The older short guy who handed the bag over the counter while never once looking in my direction while hanging the bag out of his hand. You really need to work on your customer service skills. Not worth $27. One large combo that was basically a small combo anywhere else is insane Seriously go somewhere where you get more for your money . This is not a sit down served meal it's a fast food place. Looking at the reviews from a year ago . The servings and size of burgers have really decreased.

Friendly staff, very clean restaurant. The burger was perfect, nice touch of new York fries. Might be a lil pricey to some, but the quality can't be beat. I would recommend going here.

Ive had issues with this location in the past, When I say well done I don’t want to be ignored just because you’re busy. I don’t want to go home with raw slimy fries. Make sure your staff can cook fries before you leave them alone. But tonight the newer guy on the grill was perfect.

I usually call in my order as I'm constantly on the go. Although, there have been a few times some toppings were missing, To be fair, I saw a new person there during this time. For the most part they get it right. They are always friendly, the place is clean. And the Angus burger on a gluten-free bun is my fave. It's always great when I can find a place where I can not only order Gluten-free food on the go but also enjoy it. Thank guys!

Food is delicious and so fresh, but the two gentlemen working there this afternoon were truly delightful - friendly, personable, polite and efficient!

Very good food! I can tell by the look of the workers that working during COVID has hit them pretty hard, especially when seeing only 2 workers during a rush (that should be fixed!) However, despite the business the staff always tend to stay polite and will even start asking how your day was. Specifically two young men I will see working some days love to start up a good talk while the food is cooking. Quality food and a little pricey but worth the spend once and a while!

Man they make good burgers here!!! We went for my birthday and, well, it wasn't quick - but it was worth the wait. BTW, register online a few days beforehand and they will email you a free burger coupon for your bday 😀 Sweet.

Much lower standard comparing to the other branches. The cold table vegetables are old. Maybe older than days. I took some pictures of the cucumber container to just show how old is that container. The cold table hasn't been cleaned up recently. I never come back to this branch

Tasty burgers! We had the Angus beef burger. The house special sauce is really a good combination with the burger. Will visit again to try the other options.

Great place! Customize your own burger!! What can be better then that! They even have Dijon Mustard!! Order it on your burger just because! I did and do, it's great. Friendly staff and it's cooked/prepared before you. They even have options for different kinds of fries. Highly recommend!

South St. Burger is one of those places that's always tried and true no matter which location you go to. The burgers are juicy, the toppings are endless and fresh, and there's option for halal and veggie burgers. The staff at this location are awesome! Truly some of the best burgers we've had

This place can be good but on Sunday May 29 around 7:45 they had 3 children scheduled. These kids need to be supervised by an adult, from our poorly made burger, to burning the fries then undercooking the next one (didn't wait for timer to go off) plus the burnt clumps of gravy on our poutine. These kids cannot run the store without adult supervision. Please don't let it happen again, it was a mess. I do enjoy the food here but there has always been an adult present.

Been to this location many times, and I can say confidently the burgers are great, but if you’re like me and enjoy a poutine snack every now and then, don’t bother. They underfry the fries, almost no cheese curds, and they DROWN it in gravy. Like don’t get me wrong I love gravy but they flood your meal with it to an absurd extent. The place is nice and clean, but the associates look like they hate their jobs and could be a little more friendly and welcoming
