Walked in and found a customer arguing with the staff on how the food was cold. Should have taken that as the sign and not purchased my food. Noticed the staff was handling all the different bowl ingredients with their hand and no spoon or utensil, albeit in a glove. However what made it horrible is we ordered a chicken bowl and when we ate our meal it tasted like fish. Not sure if fish was within the chicken, of cooked in fish sauce or something but it was horrible. Never going back here and definitely needed to put this review out there so others know too!

I was super excited to try a new flavour. Sweet chilli Thai chicken. He put so much that it was swimming in sugar. I tried taking some off with a napkin but it’s still way too sweet. Too bad. I usually go to burrito boyz. Now I have a clear winner. Barely was able to finish less than half until I had to throw it away. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had from eating out at burrito places over 50 times.

Kudos to the entire team working at this location on national burrito day! The place was packed yet all the workers were putting on a smile and did an amazing work! Definitely coming back

This stuff is unreal. I go here 3-4 times a week and they never fail to disappoint. I love how much protein I can get in just one meal, the guacamole tastes amazing, and the serving size is solid. Highly recommend 👌

I went there for the first time. I was expecting it to be like chipotle. But when I ordered my burito the rice looked a bit intresting. But when I took my first bite I knew it was the best burito I ever had. I couldn't stop eating it. The rice was amazing. The BBQ pork was also AMAZING. I will definity go again! It was DELICIOUS! 🤤🤤🤤🤤😀

Chicken is unseasoned. The pandemic don't stop you from seasoning the food properly... the rest is soupy mess.

Love my tequila lime burrito after a long day. I had the NICEST friendliest lady take my order. It made my day go from a 2 to a 10!! Seriosly, she grabbed a chip and made me try the sauces so I could be sure on what to order. My girl even gave me a water because I can't handle spice. Whoever you are, I hope your pillow stays cold every night and you hit every green light on the road.

Super delicious, always hits the spot, great quantities, rarely a wait, gives guac included whereas other places monetize it, lots of unique options, love this place!

I've had their burritos before and have never been disappointed, however a few weeks ago, I decided to try their bowls. I was being "adventurous" by trying something different and got the Baja chicken. I was very disappointed to see how much sauce they put on, the chicken pieces were swimming in it and it literally looked like a non-seasoned baked chicken, topped with a ton of sauce. I always ask for minimal sauce to keep it healthy but I had no idea the chicken would be served like this. I was starving as I was working late and honestly could not even stomach my meal. I had maybe 5 bites and had to stop eating it because I was so turned off by it. It was a waste of money unfortunately as the rest went into the garbage. It was also a waste of time because I don't live close to this location but because they're open later than the other burrito places, I went here. I'm not sure if I'll be going back - at least not for awhile.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. First thing you should know is that this is not fast food, your order will take 10-15 mins to prepare during the lunch rush. But it's worth it! The beef is cooked fresh, not scooped out of a warming tray like some other burrito places. This is a damn good burrito!

Ordered 14 bowls/burritos for a staff lunch today. Nirav and his team nailed it! Everyone received their order to beyond their satisfaction and he completed this on very short notice during lunch hour! Will definitely be ordered again for work. Also must admit I chose this place because of my own personal preference lol:)

The burritos here are good, but I am have run into a few challenges that occur each time which is the reason for my rating. The main one seems to be that the burritos can be noticeably spicy even though we order everything mild ingredient wise. My wife and kids end up not being able to eat it and so it’s hard to go here when I want to order burritos for everyone. I am guessing what is happening is that maybe a spoon being used for jalapenos is being shared for other ingredients and some residual spice is left. It would be great if this could be addressed. The other issue which I find inconvenient is picking up Ritual orders. Ritual says to skip the lineup and go straight to the cash but the restaurant is not setup this way because there is only one person at the cash and they only interact with the line. I have had to wait 10 minutes at times to just pick up my order. It would be useful if the restaurant had a second person ready to distribute pick up orders when there are ones ready because the lineup itself is not particularly quick.

We order from here regularly and I love the staff here they are always friendly and smiling. I look forward to seeing them when we order here or pick up our orders. Thank you for your consistent warmth! Obviously we also love the burritos, this is our favourite burrito restaurant!

To the person that ordered skip the dishes from this location around 11:30 pm January 13, 2024 The person making your food was on his phone then touched his dirty clothes and held your burrito with his bare hands. I couldn’t believe it and did say how disgusting and unhygienic he was but he felt no way about my words probably because he always does it. Customer service wise the lady was nice but when I talked about hygiene they started speaking Hindi or something else. They spoke English up to that point so I didn’t understand the change of language. Anyways been going here for a long time. Very disappointed.

Highly recommended! Fresh crunchy veggies always.. All sauces and Guac are too good. We have regularly got it for past three years now. Keep it up guys!

ordered a chicken burrito bowl and took a few bites until I noticed a hair ( eyelash?? Pube?? Idk) dislodged in the sauces. Took a pic and saw ANOTHER one right after. So upset 😭

Really the best burrito place out there especially this location. The Store Managers are so nice and do a great job. They always go above and beyond and provide high quality customer service. Never get tired of it even after going weekly!

I have been coming here for years, always ordering their shrimp burritos. While I love everything about it, sometimes they don't add enough shrimp and you're left with mostly filling. Other than that, great staff, great burritos!

These are LARGE and rival Burrito Boyz for the best burrito in the GTA. This location specifically, the staff are real masters of the art. Open late, don't you dare hesitate.

I got a plain cheese quesadilla with nothing else on it! Good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it so much! Never get any extra toppings because plain cheese is the only way to go! Thank you so much guys and I can’t wait to come back in a few years when I have no other option!

First time here and it was the best experience ever. The service was excellent, food made with a smile and love… Thank you very much. Everything was delightful. The cheese quesadilla with veggies was very good… light with the right amount of juice and flavour. All the different sauces are great. The plain waffle fries are also great. You get a generous amount and it came in a big paper bag which is very genius because it keeps them from sogging. There was thought that went into everything being perfectly packaged to keep food in place and perfect. One of our new faves.

I like it, customer service was good. They hire Canadian people so they don't mess up my order. 5 stars taste good can't complain.

Very friendly and helpful staff that care and have a positive attitude. We had a small incident in the parking lot prior and they were so kind to help and bring us water to help us. You dont see great food, service and staff with a heart of gold these days. Highly recommended and wonderful team!

Best fast food chain for burritos hands down! They've got the best selection of meats and toppings. Love the coleslaw, guacamole is free and their hot sauce is actually hot. My burrito usually resembles a football after it's been wrapped and handed off. Definitely recommend!

It was ok, we had three orders, one of them small two huge. The portions were almost the same. We should have gotten small all of them. We paid huge price for small portions. There was almost no chicken (crispy chicken) and it should have been loaded as a huge. Anyways we will stay with the other locations, do not recommend this location.

Disgusting!!!! Got my order and it's raw! The meat taste like it was defrosted and just left out. Unbelievable.. imagine if i got the chicken instead of pork. I bet allot of people will be getting food poisoning tonight. Will be contacting health and safety. I don't understand how you forget to cook the food

Flavours taste so bland recently, poorly structured burritos and for some reason everytime i get veggies, they are so slimy.

The staff was very friendly and nice, but the food wasn't that good, the jerk chicken bowl I ordered was nothing like jerk chicken. The chicken itself looks like it was frozen chicken tenders that were fried, and a majority of it wasn't even covered in the jerk sauce they put in the bowl. Speaking of jerk sauce it literally tastes like a bottled sauce not something that was cooked with the meat or anything just opened a bottle and dumped the sauce in the bowl, the flavours were so bland and it was so salty at the same time. I didn't even finish my dish.

Probably the best burrito youre gonna get for miles. Always super filling and delicious. They dont skimp on the protien either. I reccomend trying some of their fried chicken flavours!

My first time here in LONG time. A few years atleast. I don't know what I was expecting, but it was only an o-k experience. Likely partially my fault as I had waited to long to eat, so my eyes were speaking for me and I asked for them to load it up. This was a mistake. Too many toppings and sauces made for a soggy mess.

This place is generous with their toppings and everything is fresh. Great flavor; I’ve had both the burritos and their quesadillas and can say they’re delicious. I wish they carried steak as opposed to pulled beef, but their variety is top shelf otherwise. I will say, for a burrito restaurant, they shouldn’t water down their sour cream. It’s so runny, it’s gross.

Went to get a Burrito here. For some reason the Guy heard that I wanted a Bowl. While making the food, I told him that I ordered a Burrito & He did made the Burrito. After that when I was About to leave, He argued saying that He Very Well Remembers that I ordered A Bowl. Not Happy with the Service 🙁

This is my go to place for picking up burrito. It’s not an sit down ambience place. Service is quick. Once they gave me a shrimp burrito when ordered a vegetarian burrito was unhappy but they gave me a free one when I went next day.

i visited this place last weekend and my experience was really good. The burritos here are absolutely fantastic! They're packed with flavor, and the ingredients taste fresh and high-quality. I couldn't get enough of the mouthwatering combinations. Moreover, The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure our orders were correct and checked on us frequently throughout our meal.

Went here to get a bowl, toppings weren’t fresh and all look inedible. Ladybtaking order had terrible customer service
