This place has a lot of work to do. It’s too bad because I was super excited for lunch, but was left disappointed. First off, the bald guy serving me is the definition of unfriendly. He did nothing wrong, just isn’t a nice guy. Second off, $15 for a sub is a joke. Yes I got double meat, but $5.28 for a few extra slices of Turkey? Come on now. If I knew it was that much I wouldn’t have ordered it. If this was place was better I’d be there everyday.

Agree with most, place is clean and spotless. One of the biggest secrets to a good sub is Fresh bread, here it's fresh, This is a throwback to the old style of MR. Subs which is making a good sub. I'm told it's new owners , Kudos for them.

Had been going here since the new owners took over, once per week, ten months of the year. Received an email for a free 6 inch classic sub for my birthday. Had to be redeemed within 7 days. Went to redeem at this location and according to the staff it was not coming up, even though I had the email addressed to me. The owner came over and I said it is not working. His response, "Not my problem you need to call them". I said I do not think so, he needed to problem solve this situation. He offered nothing, even though there are available coupons. He maintained it was my problem. Sad that franchise owners do not follow the rules given to them by corporate. So, I fared his business farewell. I will not be back. The $700 -$800 I spend at his store will be spent where my business is appreciated.

My boyfriend and I walked in and were blown away with the newly renovated space. The decor inside was beautifully executed and very friendly staff. Sandwich was the same great quality as always. We highly recommend this location.... its definitely something you should see. 10 outta 10.

Love going to this location. Consistency and quality are the two words that best describe it. The owner is one of the nicest guys I met. I had at least 20-30 subs and the bread + ingredients were super fresh literally every time. Will go here for lunch for many years to come. Keep it up 👍

One of the best Sub locations. Fast service. Always fresh bread (Herb and cheese mix bun here is clear standout). Cookies also taste great. The owner is also one of the nicest guys; All around great service.

This is the only Mr Sub I will go to and I have tried quite a few other Mr Subs. I used to live in the area and started eating here. The subs always taste great (especially when made by the owner), he is always friendly and the place is kept very clean. After I moved away from the area I will still make the drive when I’m having a sub craving.

The guy working behind the counter was real sour, think I interrupted his smoke break when I wanted a sub...then when I asked for lots of tomatoes on my Ultimate Club (NOT a cheap sub) he put 5 slices on, said it was supposed to have four...geez... food is subpar compared to most Mr. Sub locations, service was poor...not recommended

Shawn is such an amazing gentleman he 1st met me in 2018 and till this day he has remembered my name and I love that about him. His service is great and the food is Always Fresh! Thank you and please come visit the Best Mr.Sub in the whole GTA. Keep up the great work. See you soon.

Been here three times. Each visit the bread was fresh and the Subs were good. Would highly recommend.

The experience here was a rushed one. We ordered two seafood subs they came unmixed with no mayo. The person making them was in an obvious rush to go back and watch TV. We love Mr. SUB but we will never visit this one again.

it seems to be under a new management. Great Service, very clean and diligent.

The Owner of the Store is very Friendly and Kind. Good Place to go for dine in because I went to so many Mr sub but never see such a beautiful renovation in any other Mr sub other than this location at Liverpool, Pickering. Gets Fresh food every time I go there. 😁

Best Mr. Sub i’ve ever been to. Toppings and bread were fresh. Outstanding customer service. Who ever is saying the bald guy has a bad attitude must have just been having a bad day, he is a very kind person. I would certainly dine here again.

Atmosphere is clean and fresh. The sun was ok. The customer service was terrible. He did not greet us when we entered, no friendly smile or manners whatsoever. Very sad!

A very professional Mr Sub that makes perfect subs, we go 2 or more times a week.

Not great. Been here a few times during Covid and was pleasantly surprised initially at the efficiency and fresh quality of ingredients. Sadly, the last couple of orders through STD were awful. I’ve attached a photo. The “bums” of the sub rolls were completely dry and stale upon arrival and the midsection was ridiculously sparse . It was horrible. I’ve attached a pic.I tossed half the 12 inch sub in the compost bin. I hate giving local businesses bad reviews, especially during Covid, but I have to think about customers too and what I’d do as a franchise owner....and I certainly wouldn’t serve sarnies of this stale nature! Too bad, I had high hopes. One more strike and this location is out for me!

This has to be the cleanest most welcoming sub shop you will ever visit. Service is second to none and the subs are amazing. Please if you are looking for an amazing place for a sub and you are in Pickering drop in and while you are there say hello to Shawn the owner. This is truly a place where the customer is number 1.

I have been a long time customer of Mr Sub, this location is super clean, great variety of toppings that are always fresh. The owner is also so kind, welcoming and extremely respectful. This is a great place to eat I totally recommend it.
