    Wanted to wait before I posted since I was fuming. We bought three spicy chicken sandwiches and one of them was supposed to have extra mayo. None of them had extra mayo and one of the chicken was rubber. I'm very disappointed, I called the store the night of and no answer. I took two pictures of it but you can't really tell but the chicken breast is a little more darker on where it is more like rubber. This is wrong and I don't even know what this is. We had to throw it out. Very bad experience.

    Septemner 20, 2023 ⭐️ In need of a quick dinner due to time constraints, we decided to stop by Wendy's. We placed an order for two combos: one featuring the classic chicken sandwich and the other the spicy chicken sandwich, along with an additional order of three spicy wraps on the side. Regrettably, the wraps left much to be desired, lacking in appeal and flavor. The spicy chicken combo also failed to live up to my memory of its once bold spiciness, tasting rather plain. Considering the price we paid for the combos, I couldn't help but feel that the overall value was lacking.

    Staff was not attentive and having too much fun interacting with each other. Very loud and inappropriate language. This does not. I include the one male working. He seemed to be doing his job. Slow service! Kingston road pickering location. Staff telling each other to shut up and again very loud.

    As a person who goes here often, it's only right that someone leaves an accurate review. I can only speak for the drive-thru since I have never been inside. Line moves quickly, orders are correct all the time so far, employees are kind, the food is for the most part up to par. Keep it up! Most people will leave a bad review the moment they have had a bad experience, this is just human nature. I am comparing this location to a lot of other locations, I have nothing negative to say for this Wendy's.

    Great place but constantly out of the necessities.... My daughter couldn't get mustard on her burger because they ran out. I know we're in a pandemic but the convenience store across the street has mustard so how does a burger joint not have it? Otherwise staff are friendly and it's usually very clean.

    Absolutely the worst Wendy's ever built. They run out of fries at 11 o'clock along with many other main items such as the spicy chicken servers are always extremely rude. Even when all that is ok they mess up your order on purpose of you order too much food. Monday April 24th 11pm. Extremely lazy worked and management is horrible as they do. Not care as long as there making money and has been the same managers and owners for a long time. What a shame.

    Did not get the order right and were short-staffed. The drive in took nearly 15-20 minutes for only 5 cars. Need to improve the service.

    Loud, dirty, tables not clean. Need a key to use the handicapped accessible bathroom! NOT ACCEPTABLE! Sign on the door says ask at the counter. I asked, they said they didn't have a key and I had to go the Tim Hortons counter to get it. After finally getting my father in the bathroom, a Wendy's employee then came with a key and asked if I still needed it. Watched as they mixed up several online orders at the counter. I really hope this is just a bad day for them, but it's enough that I won't be back here. Plenty of other locations around.

    In for a quick drive through lunch, took two more tries going inside to get my sandwich right (asked for tomato only) then get back into my car n find my backed potato had not been washed. Dirty enough it had small chunks of soil on it. Not up to another trip inside, tossed it in the garbage.

    Closest Wendy's to me. They usually forget something on my order. I'm mainly writing this review because of the associate who does the drive-thru, Tanya. She is so pleasant and chipper in the mornings. Always smiling and accommodating. Thanks Tanya.

    Oh dear, you guys blew it. I was very excited to hear that you had a new breakfast and this is something I would use twice a week. My experience went like this: the store look closed. I wandered around to find a column that was supposed to have information in it and the poster fallen to the bottom of the column indicated you should be open at 6:30 in the morning. Fortunately a driver pulled up so I knew you were open. I made my order. Spoke to the young lady and she seemed so disinterested. As far as the food the bacon egg was excellent. The potatoes were excellent. The coffee tasted like milk. I actually had family members try just to make sure I was accurate. Long and short I don’t think I’m returning for your breakfast. Strategically, as I said earlier, you guys Blew it. Good product, poor execution.

    Went to Wendy's drive through in the evening, you can tell the kid working Drive Through window 1 for payment didn't want to be there. No greeting just collecting payment. That set the mood for experience as I haven't been to Wendy's in a year. The chicken snack wraps have shrunk, not even worth getting it in my opinion. It was dry, and what happened to the actual spicy chicken? Disappointment at its finest when you're looking for a quick bite when you're not used to grabbing fast food.

    Poor customer service and terrible packaging. I don’t love it when only one of my chicken nuggets are in their container when handed to me. (The rest were throughout the bag in my napkins and other food).

    This Wendy's we around come to often, this time today horrible experience. The French toast were much smaller than usual, and the Chili had no flavor. Not to mention, when I asked for extra Chili bowls to share, they said they have to charge us as tims is charging for their cups.. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR CHILI BOWLS!! WE WERE ALSO ORDERING FROM TIMS, COFFEE, AND BAGELS AND WE ASKED FOR A BOWL AND THEY GAVE US ONE WITH NO HESITANTION.

    Always decent food. This recent visit I had to take my burger back because the bun was wet and falling apart. They replaced the burger quickly though. Decent fast food. The pricing is getting crazy though. 2 meals used to be $25, now they’re $35.

    I used the drive through and after I paid, I was asked to come back after 4 minutes. In other places I have been, when the food is not ready, they have designated spots to park and someone brings the food out when it is ready. When it was time, I had to wait through the drive through line again to collect my food. So it ended up taking 15 minutes more of waiting and my fries were cold.

    Placed a mobile order to be picked up via drive through. Took about 25 minutes (no exaggeration) waiting in the drive through before I received my order. It was busy but was also moving extremely slowly. After all of that wait food was not even hot when I received my order. Never experienced suck slow service at a "fast food" restaurant.

    I have been patronizing this Wendy’s for at least 10 years. I went in yesterday to get my regular drink that I always get. Prior to that they never said anything about ice line. I got a large drink not filled to the top only half. I never been treated like that at a fast food chain. I’m not sure what the issue was maybe it was me as a person, maybe she didn’t like the way I was dressed.I could say I went to 40 different Wendy’s I never ever had a issue like this. I believe everyone at this Wendy’s need to be retrained. I asked for a refund I got shorted a dollar and some change, the way the drink was grabbed unbelievable, a little of the drink was spilled on me. I didn’t even get an apology I was being cordial with the lady. COVID protocols they should not even be taking back anything that was left with the customer.They just lost a loyal customer.

    Just went back through the drive through again to see they would say and now there stories have changed. All of a sudden they have spicy chicken again and fries but will take 6 min wait when I was told they ran out of both just a few mins ago I also took a video of what the lady was saying who served me as she was simply lieng because she did not want to make what I wanted to order. Also when I asked why they lied to me she said it was the manager who told me that. All on video which I am uploading and sending to head office as this Wendy's has treated me this way for years and I'm tierd of it when I'm paying good money for what I order. Everyday from on since it's on my way home I will be going through your drive through ordering a bunch of food and not pay and just drive past the window since you don't care about your customers we won't care about you and since u have wasted over an hour of my time I will waste yours now.

    The staff at the tim Hortons seem to have absolutely no idea what is going on around them, resulting in inneficiency, that leads to regular 20-25 minute waits for a double double, while the store gets packed with waiting customers and a drive through that builds and messes with the laneways and parking lot. Avoid this place.

    Wendy's in general is notorious for getting orders wrong, especially this location, which is expected so I always check before I leave. It is what it is; no big deal. I think it's a systemic issue. But today I said into the drive thru speaker "medium chocolate frostycchino" they then asked chocolate or vanilla, I repeated chocolate. That's all I wanted. They said drive up, did not say total and did not show anything on the screen. I get to the window and pay, then they try to hand me a small frosty. I said I asked for a medium frostyccino. She goes back and brings me a slightly larger frosty. I said do you not have frostyccinos anymore? Another person came over and I told him and he said oh, hold on. I sit there for a good 5 minutes and I start to get worried. Almost drove away without anything because I had a bad feeling but they did come back with a frostyccino. I tried to ask if I need to pay more but they closed the window like they were mad at me. I drive away. I take a drink and it tastes sour... I'm worried they put something spoiled in my drink as retaliation to me trying to get my order correct 😳. It's so gross. So... Guess I can't go back there if they're potentially trying to poison people now. It's worse if it was unintentional honestly. (I've had frostyccinos before of both flavours and they did not taste like this fyi.) They are also frequently out of butter and/or sour cream so if you need those for potatoes make sure you ask if they have them in stock before you order a potato. And then check your bag because most times they would forget with mine even after I asked.

    I was lined up in the drive through while waiting for my turn, I decided to redeem my points of 650 pts to use for kids meal for my child. As we were cashing out, the cashier was having difficulty scanning the bar code to process the points as a form of payment. Moments after the cashier got another colleague to try to assist but to no avail. Then they decided to call the manager on duty, who unfortunately have no clue on how the apps work!?!? For such big corporations you would think they would educate their staff on how to handle such situations rather telling their customers “it’s a third party app, we have no clue how it works, you’ll need to contact the customer service” what makes matters worse the manager on duty have no customer experience on how to make their customer feel that they are “sorry” for the situation, they do not know how to demonstrate “goodwill gesture”. Is this how customer service looks like at Wendy’s????

    I absolutely love Wendy’s salads. I had my first one ever earlier this week, and had to drive thru for another today! They’re bistro quality; hearty and scrumptious. Jack Astor’s salads are literally double the price (same portion) and not half as enjoyable. Efficient, friendly customer service. Love it.

    Whoever was working the drive thru today at 12:00pm needs a raise or a promotion. She was one of the nicest people I've ever spoken to! She told me and my mom that we were beautiful and really brightened our day! Such an amazing girl

    I was biking home to Toronto. The frosty was nice and cold. AND! I should have bought a king size frosty. Awesome value for the money. I know working retail can be a real drag at times. Especially when it's beach weather. Thanks for being there and taking care of the hungry masses. Be safe.

    Had a really bad experience with this location today after coming home to realize our burger was missing. We ordered chicken strips combo , poutine , chicken wrap and spicy chicken sandwich burger. The wrap wasn't put together properly and everything in the bag was upside down. It was very disappointing to receive such service from reputable fast food chain. I will think twice before pulling into this Wendy's in the future.

    The food served here is horrible, Noone knows what they're doing. Staff is least worried if the food is cooked properly or not. Customer service sucks. This place seriously needs a trained and Customer focused staff.

    Poor service at drive through about 7pm on a Wednesday evening, missing items and small portions. Ordered 3 items and discovered, at home, that my order was missing one burger sandwich and the large chili was only slightly above half full. I couldn't check the receipt as it was not included in the bag. Service people appeared to want to rush through their service tasks to do other things. I like their menu options but will take my business elsewhere for now.

    I generally enjoy Wendy burgers. The only thing that I wish they'd do is allow some of the grease to drain before slapping the patties down on the buns. They'd be Supreme Burgers, if the had less grease. (As long as they didn't increase the prices)

    One of the best Wendy's locations I've visited (and I've visited many in the GTA). They almost always get the order right and on the rare occasion when they didn't, they rectified the problem without arguing with me and without trying to tell me it was my fault. Did quality and temperature is always good. Thanks to the staff for the great food and great service!

    Ordered a baconator with cheese combo and the chili cheese nachos. The burger was okay but the bacon was kinda rubbery and it had very little of any condiments on it and the nachos were a total mess. In less then 10 minutes the nachos were extremely soggy and the beef did not taste good at all. Wendy's is by far my favorite fast food establishment but I will never order from this particular one again.

    I was in the drive thru about 20 to 8. There were around 6 people in front of me and at LEAST 5 people behind us waiting. I pulled up to the menu and I was sitting there for at the least, 10 minutes. I finally asked if anyone was there and they finally replied with “we’re closed”. I was there for 10 minutes. Possibly longer and there were many people behind me waiting. The least the workers could’ve done is put a pylon out, turned the menu off, or had someone out there saying they were closed. Don’t just say you’re closed when you know there might be other people waiting.

    Terrible place with terrible food. Staff never follow custom instructions on orders (i.e no pickles, extra lettuce, add ketchup, ect.) I've had full items forgotten from my orders multiple times. The mangers are understandable but always seems like they couldn't be bothered with the customers. Portions are small and underprepared (i.e my salad had "baconbits" but it just had 2 microwaved pieces of bacon thrown on-top.) Over all this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. NEVER ORDER HERE OFF UBER OR SKIP. they will rob you and give you no refund this happened to me twice already with baconators.

    I want to give less than 1,,,I bought a grilled Caesar salad ,,I know Caesar is made wire romaine lettuce I got home ,there us no romaine lettuce but some kind of spring green mix including purple greens,,I phoned and spoke with trey,he wS soft spoken, spoke all over my words while I tried to address the issue he insisted what I got was a Caesar salad ,he's not in control of the sign,and the ingredients, I told him it's not a xaesarand I would return it which I did,he couldn't be bothered speaking to me just walked away,I asked a woman his name she said who? Yet she stood beside him while I returned thus product, the she spoke to her coworker in another language,I told her that's not right,all I'm asking for is his name she didn't give to me,I added him ,he said trey and his boss is bob,hmmm? I asked us that a made up name ,he said no, I can't influence others but I won't go to pickering wendys near whites and kingston road again

    I just got home from going to the drive-thru at Wendy's on Kingston Road, Pickering. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and gravy. The chicken came with a stale bun which was nearly as hard as a rock. This is not the first time I have received old food from this location. How can you people give your customers food that should be thrown in the trash??? And at those ridiculous prices the customers should get better quality and FRESH food. I will not be returning.
