So chicken is considered 2 toppings yet they literally put 1 or 2 small pieces of chicken on each slice. If it's considered 2 toppings out of a 3 topping pizza, I expect a lot more chicken!!! Giving 2 starts cause the wings were decent.

The dough on the pizza was still raw! The tomato sauce on the pizza tasted like tikka masala rather than marinara sauce. There was very little cheese and the pepperoni tasted like my uncle's foot. Overall the quality was shameful and I would never recommend this to anyone.

As much as I enjoy ordering or getting Pizza from here. I was made to wait literally 40+ minutes for a large pizza combo. More than 6 buyers who came and placed order after me were served much quickly. Not at all happy. Learn to deliver order first in first out basis.

The place seemed overall quite unsanitary. The man who cooks, works on register and does basically everything else does not wash it hands nor wear gloves. The store employs questionable practices, such as dunking their hot wings in cold sauce (that was probably at least a week old). The food is okay overall, with their fries and wings being somewhat acceptable. But the pizza, the pizza! Oh lord the pizza. The pizza was a dreadful, washy, soapy experience. IT was so soapy that it was cleaner than the store itself. Dough was raw and miserable. The sauce was pathetic and a terrible, awful, morally bankrupt attempt at capturing the spirit of Italian marinara sauce. The cheese was equally despicable, tasting of rubber, plastic, and industrial waste. All semblance of texture or taste was abandoned for a senseless, thoughtless, faithless caricature of Italian pizza.

Very pleased with this pizza location. Good prices and good quality ingredients. Highly recommend it.

Where is the 0 star rating!? Since the new owners have taken over, the customer service as well as food quality have gone down significantly. I can't even count how many times my order has been messed up. A month ago I ordered a medium pizza, 30 wings, and asked for gravey only on half of the portion of fries that come with the order. The owner forgot the gravey that I was charged for so i had to go back inside to get it, and also didn't give the correct sauces for my wings, which I didn't fully see till I got home. I called back to let him know, and instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake (which wouldnt be the 1st, 2nd or 3rd mistake hes made), he said "okay, so what do you want me to do about it?". This is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and just wrong for any establishment to treat returning customers in this way. So disgusting!. Today, after a month, my son and nephew really wanted pizza and wings, and since there isn't anything close enough and I didn't have a car, I nervously placed an order at Babajon again. I asked my brother who was within walking distance to place the order and pick it up. I had asked my brother to double check the order as well. We ordered 1 medium walk in special with half salami, half banana peppers and 15 wings-10 bbq and 5 spicy. Without fail, the owner who is ALWAYS in a rush, messed up my order yet again! Classic. I received 10 spicy wings instead of 10 BBQ and didnt get the 5 wings which should have been spicy at all. I called back and my goodness, the owner was even more rude and disrespectful this time than he was the last time. I spoke to him and asked for this mistake to be corrected and not to be charged for an additional 5 wings which I strongly felt we should recive free of charge for my son and nephew who now have been waiting 30 mins for their food and were getting sleepy. I was yelled at by the owner over the phone while explaining that this isn't right to always make mistakes and expect the customer to just be okay with it. He said "okay okay okay, you asked for 15 but I forgot and gave 10 and charged for 10 only so it's okay it's not a big deal, I didn't charge you more"....THE NERVE!. he continued to speak over me and yell, as I was explaining that it it's not okay to constantly make these mistakes and have your customers wait around for you to correct the order for us to receive the correct food, and this isn't the 1st or even 3rd time this has happened to us or friends. He demanded I pay for HIS mistake, and I refused as it is absolutely not fair to make a customer pay for your continuous mistakes! He always speaks over you if you try to tell him his mistake. He wouldnt let me get a word in. My son fell asleep without eating, and my nephew lost his appetite from waiting for so long and eating just a slice of the pizza. We will NEVER ORDER FROM BABAJONS AGAIN. Sincerely, Customer who wishes the previous owner never left!.

Under New Management…..Horrible Service and the owner was very rude. I have been a loyal customer here for over 10 years….After yesterday’s behaviour you have lost a customer. Pizza was still raw and waited well over 40 minutes when quoted pick up time was 20 min. When asked I was answered with rudeness. Recipe has changed for the worse. Pizza tasted Awful and the fries you have switched to the nasty Takeout fries. The ones that’s no one likes. To the New Owner….not to sure if you care The customer base was very Loyal to the previous owner who was was very Kind and Considerate and always in a fantastic moods. If you plan on being successful you must be kind and courteous to customers regardless Of how busy your are and be honest and respectful of turn around times on orders. Keep this up and you will continue to lose business as you have lost mine.

It was our first time ordering from Baba Jon and it was a disappointment. So first, their ground beef counts as two toppings which I haven’t heard of before. Once we got the pizza, there was barely any beef or veggies for that matter (ordered onion and green pepper and paid an $2 for the toppings). What a rip off. I wouldn’t recommend Baba Jon’s to anyone. Their wings were better and tasted good. So I gave 2 stars for that. But I still won’t return. There are better halal pizza places out there.

This place is a joke. ordered for takeout, I told him to make it ready for 8pm because I was an hour away. I come in around 8:20 AND IT WAS NOT READY! He said he burnt the other one so they had to remake. I told him if he can give some sort of discount but he refused. He said you can get out if u don’t wanna wait anymore lol. The manager is some rude Pashto guy. Total disrespect to the afghan community. I don’t recommend anyone coming here

Terrible pizza. Go to Scarborough for better halal pizza. They charged me double and said I can get a refund later but refused and said we have no record of it. The walk in for 1 pizza was $11.35 tax included. I only ordered one. Their debit machine wasn't working well and the kid tapped my card twice.

Absolutely love this place! Been living across from this gem for years but only discovered them recently. I easily go there a few times a month. The food is always great, everything is made to order and tastes fresh. The burgers are excellent, very juicy and flavourful. Their wings are more than worth the price, especially compared to other wing places. The pizza is always crispy and generously topped. The poutine comes with a great choice of toppings as well. Definitely recommend this spot.

This place sucks I ordered party size pizza with 3 topping half the pizza I asked for salami and cheese and the other half I asked for pineapple yellow pepper and onions and told him well done. He gives me the pizza I take it home and I open the box and the pizza had the less cheese less topping and it taste bad for $30 I can go to other pizza and get wings and more topping. Do not waste ur time and money here they are very cheap and the people who gave them 4 stars don't know nothing about pizza and its there family members putting fake reviews.please everybody don't waste ur time

The new owners have ruined this place. The wings are soggy now, and the pizza tastes like burnt cardboard. Lots of good restaurants in this plaza, there's no reason to support a place that cheaps out and has no customer service. We definitely won't be back.

Exceptional. They are so affordable and have really good taste, the pizza was top notch and delicious. Staff is extremely kind and there is a vast list of combo options. I find this wayy tastier and of better quality than what you get at the big chains Also, their burger was 5 stars too 🫶🏼

The best pizza and wings in the GTA. Sensational. Reliable and fast. I’ve had wings everywhere in this city and this is by far the best. Don’t hesitate to come here. Owners and workers are extremely friendly.

Everything was amazing and worth the trip. We drove 40 mints and didn't regret it at all! Food was tasty and all the flavors were there. They do get busy on the weekends so i recommend going with time ahead.

I used to love this place. We’d order at least once a week sometimes even twice lol. Always ordered the same thing and it was always so good. However, from the other reviews it looks like new management is what changed. From the last few times I had it it was still yummy but there’s no consistency. Amount of fries always different, how they pack it always different. And when I asked for a little consistency from a consumers point of view they didn’t want to understand and took offence. It became such a bad experience for us to order every time and never know what we’re getting so we stopped going. We still crave it all the time but it’s just not worth the aggravation. Too bad :(

Nice And tasty food. Lot of options to choose from. Halal food. Wings are the best. Poutine has lot of options to choose from. The store goes by Papa John mostly.

Ordered a walk in special. Was told 15 mins. Came back after 15, was told it would be ready soon, I'm reasonable and saw that they were busy so I sat inside and waited. I saw others receiving their orders. I was not approached by any one to inform me that my order was ready. I continued to wait. Finally after 30 mins someone asked me what I ordered. Terrible customer service.

There were flies in the kitchen area and were going on the chicken. The chef was not wearing gloves while preparing dough and toppings. I feel that they don't pay much attention to cleanliness. I will not go there anymore.

I love Baba Jon’s! Pizza and fries taste delicious. Chicken wings are beyond delicious. I like that they give you fries with your chicken wings. Friendly staff members. Restaurant is clean. Beyond satisfied with Baba Jon’s!

Thought I'd write a quick review of this place since the posted reviews are all over the place, now when you look at the price, currently $8 for a medium pep you need to compare it the other $8 pie place which is Little Ceasars, is it better than them? Yes, it's larger, tastier and generally fresher. I'd give the pie a 3.5 / 5, not as good as other more expensive places but remember what your getting for the price, most local to Pickering pizzerias charge twice as much for a slightly better pie. If you go to this place expecting amazing Pizza you'll be disappointed, if you go there looking for a good cheap pizza I'd highly recommend you give them a try.

The pizza isnt good for the price. Not totally bad but there are definitely way better options for pizza stores in Pickering. The service was friendly though and the guys working in the back were very nice.

I just ordered a large pizza tonight through UberEats despite the review. My pizza came a bit cold. The pizza taste and looks like it was made yesterday and just re heated. The fact my pizza came tasteless is pretty sad. thankfully I got some Garlic dip. I can’t believe I’m going to have to say Pizza Pizza or a frozen pizza from a grocery store taste better than this which is sad.

Taste used to be really great with old owner with the new ownership the interior of the store looks very nice but the pizza has dropped in quality, prices are also a lot higher than before.

We came here to eat pizza and wings and it was amazing!!! The wings were crispy and saucy and the pizza was so fresh and delicious. We come here all the time! Food is amazing, a must have. Highly recommend!

Very delicious food, the pizza is amazing, crispy and with reasonable price. The gentlemen who prepares meals is a multitask person, and works fast, so you don't wait that long. Also we can order by phone.

The pizza, burgers and poutine is very good but I don't feel comfortable going there anymore cause as others have mentioned it looks so unsanitary the guy at the front pick up the phone, touches the card machine/ cash and then touches ur cheese to put on the poutine or burger with his BARE hands!!!!! I really wish they'd be more sanitary, at least change gloves when touching food after phone/register so I caN enjoy the food again

This pizza is not made well at all the dough tasted stale and days old there was barley any sauce on the pizza and same with the toppings very poorly well done. Worst part is when I went to pick up my food they had children working behind the counter I was shocked to see it. Will not be ordering from this place again Worst pizza I ever had and underage children working not impressed at all.

So delicious, and fresh. Alhamdulillah everything is hand slaughtered halal. And so reasonable too! I bought a party pizza for less than 20$. Love it!
