Where
is
the
0
star
rating!?
Since
the
new
owners
have
taken
over,
the
customer
service
as
well
as
food
quality
have
gone
down
significantly.
I
can't
even
count
how
many
times
my
order
has
been
messed
up.
A
month
ago
I
ordered
a
medium
pizza,
30
wings,
and
asked
for
gravey
only
on
half
of
the
portion
of
fries
that
come
with
the
order.
The
owner
forgot
the
gravey
that
I
was
charged
for
so
i
had
to
go
back
inside
to
get
it,
and
also
didn't
give
the
correct
sauces
for
my
wings,
which
I
didn't
fully
see
till
I
got
home.
I
called
back
to
let
him
know,
and
instead
of
apologizing
and
correcting
the
mistake
(which
wouldnt
be
the
1st,
2nd
or
3rd
mistake
hes
made),
he
said
"okay,
so
what
do
you
want
me
to
do
about
it?".
This
is
extremely
unprofessional,
disrespectful
and
just
wrong
for
any
establishment
to
treat
returning
customers
in
this
way.
So
disgusting!.
Today,
after
a
month,
my
son
and
nephew
really
wanted
pizza
and
wings,
and
since
there
isn't
anything
close
enough
and
I
didn't
have
a
car,
I
nervously
placed
an
order
at
Babajon
again.
I
asked
my
brother
who
was
within
walking
distance
to
place
the
order
and
pick
it
up.
I
had
asked
my
brother
to
double
check
the
order
as
well.
We
ordered
1
medium
walk
in
special
with
half
salami,
half
banana
peppers
and
15
wings-10
bbq
and
5
spicy.
Without
fail,
the
owner
who
is
ALWAYS
in
a
rush,
messed
up
my
order
yet
again!
Classic.
I
received
10
spicy
wings
instead
of
10
BBQ
and
didnt
get
the
5
wings
which
should
have
been
spicy
at
all.
I
called
back
and
my
goodness,
the
owner
was
even
more
rude
and
disrespectful
this
time
than
he
was
the
last
time.
I
spoke
to
him
and
asked
for
this
mistake
to
be
corrected
and
not
to
be
charged
for
an
additional
5
wings
which
I
strongly
felt
we
should
recive
free
of
charge
for
my
son
and
nephew
who
now
have
been
waiting
30
mins
for
their
food
and
were
getting
sleepy.
I
was
yelled
at
by
the
owner
over
the
phone
while
explaining
that
this
isn't
right
to
always
make
mistakes
and
expect
the
customer
to
just
be
okay
with
it.
He
said
"okay
okay
okay,
you
asked
for
15
but
I
forgot
and
gave
10
and
charged
for
10
only
so
it's
okay
it's
not
a
big
deal,
I
didn't
charge
you
more"....THE
NERVE!.
he
continued
to
speak
over
me
and
yell,
as
I
was
explaining
that
it
it's
not
okay
to
constantly
make
these
mistakes
and
have
your
customers
wait
around
for
you
to
correct
the
order
for
us
to
receive
the
correct
food,
and
this
isn't
the
1st
or
even
3rd
time
this
has
happened
to
us
or
friends.
He
demanded
I
pay
for
HIS
mistake,
and
I
refused
as
it
is
absolutely
not
fair
to
make
a
customer
pay
for
your
continuous
mistakes!
He
always
speaks
over
you
if
you
try
to
tell
him
his
mistake.
He
wouldnt
let
me
get
a
word
in.
My
son
fell
asleep
without
eating,
and
my
nephew
lost
his
appetite
from
waiting
for
so
long
and
eating
just
a
slice
of
the
pizza.
We
will
NEVER
ORDER
FROM
BABAJONS
AGAIN.
