My 1st time here (I have searched for awesome burgers before&I finally have found it). I got the 8 ounce burger with regular poutine. (I think if I was going to critique anything, I would like more cheese in the poutine). The garlic mayo on the burger was super yum. Burger was big&juicey. Make sure you try this place, you will love it. (Call first as they are moving westbound by about a 5-10 minute drive)

Such great burgers! You know when you crave a good freshly made burger? This place can definitely provide you with one! They have a pretty good online ordering system where you can place an order online and pick up in the restaurant. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Everything seems to be made to order so you get pretty fresh food. It's an independently owned restaurant, so whenever I have the chance to support a local business, I love to come here. Overall, it's a great place to try out if you love homemade burgers. They also offer a cash discount.

We just had a delicious breakfast at the new location of Big Bite Grill in Pickering (Valley Farm Rd & Kingston Rd). They have a full breakfast menu with the same great, friendly service. I had avocado toast, my husband had eggs benedict & my daughter had chocolate chip pancakes. So good! We’ll be back!!

Had a cheeseburger and my review reflects that. Not sure about their other items. Based on the texture of the meat I would say it’s frozen. But overall a decent burger for the price.

I just moved in Pickering about a month ago and today my best friend is getting married, and I am his best man. I decided to have some breakfast at a new restaurant here bickering even though I was yearning to go to a Denny’s and Oshawa. I ordered the home style breakfast word included three eggs, home fries, toast, sausage, bacon, and hot cakes. I also ordered a glass of apple juice and I asked the waitress for about a quarter cup of ice. When she came with the apple juice, it only had literally two individual ice cubes in there. I went she had to ask her for another cup with half cup ice. The eggs I felt or not running enough even though I asked for over easy as I felt, there was only really just one egg where I was able to get some yolk from; the pancakes were small and dry, and they did not have any butter on them. I actually have to ask them butter cups. I am on the way just came back with the butter cups. They were literally hard I had to basically place the two butter cups underneath the pancakes to heat up the butter so it could be soft enough to spread on the pancakes. Also, she never threw out the breakfast and asked me if everything was OK and even when I paid for my meal, there was no smile and she did not say thank you come again or anything like that. I felt like it was a street transaction and I was just a number. This is the first time and last time I will ever set foot . People really need to learn their customer service skills because that is what makes or breaks a restaurant.

We were looking for somewhere to try and seen some people had recommended this place to other people so we decided to give it a try. We are super glad we did ! Super friendly, the owner took the time to talk to us and get to know us. And the service was quick. Food was great ! Between me, my husband and kids. We got fish and fries, chicken fingers and fries, a kids burger combo, a chicken burger and a steak on a bun. No complaints here, everyone ate it. We all loved it and will be back !

I went here because of the good reviews. It is a very low profile diner style restaurant. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the food was really good and lived up to the reviews. It's not a five-star place. Yeah, the young man serving us was efficient but I wouldn't say overly friendly or chipper but he did a good job. In order to earn a better review from me, they would also have to do a better job of really cleaning and updating everything in the building but for your basic breakfast and lunch grill, it was very good.

Came across this gem whilst driving further east. Looks like a cheap burger place from outside. This is probably the best burger I have ever had, they serve you as if it's a 30$ burger. Don't be fooled by the outside.

This place was recommended to me & then we tried today ,a very good choice ,the place is clean & the owner is very pleasant their food are really good ,my hubby had hamburger & I had the classical poutine it was delish,for surewe will go back !

My coworker recommended me to try this place. The burgers were so fresh, right off the grill! We asked for sauteed mushroom toppings and they were fresh cut and sauteed on the spot. Portions were huge. Will definitely come back again soon. It's great to have good food and support local business!

TLDR; delicious burgers, family friendly. Fantastic experience at Big Bite! The food was delicious, and owner Sri was super friendly. We brought our 2yr toddler and Sri was very kind and patient with us. We got their kid's burger for my daughter, chicken sandwich for myself, and a hotdog. Definitely worth a visit!

Nice family owned restaurant. Have ate here a few times now and enjoyed the burgers every time. Specially the 8oz burger, was like a big homemade burger ! They have all day breakfast too I will be trying that my next visit. If you’re in a burger mood why not try something new, toppings are fresh too !

I had steak on a bun, she had cheeseburger topped with bacon. We split a poutine. The food was awesome and the service superb! He even gave me (on request because we forgot) some sanitizer in one of those condiment cups. We'll be back!

Pretty tasty burger for sure! Can’t comment on the other food fare , I have yet to try other menu items but the 8 oz burger is tasty and the perfect size! It’s a tad bit dry and dense, but flavorful enough to bring me back for another lunch! Thumbs up!

I believe this is fairly a new place in Pickering. Thought it was only breakfast but found out they do burgers too. Ordered a bunch of burgers and fries to go. The burgers are surprisingly homemade and not frozen which is a big plus. The fries are also fresh cut. The burger comes in different sizes which is good as my family all have different appetites. The burger is good but if you want a more moist burger ask them to cook it medium as they cook them well done. Overall we enjoyed the burger and gladly support this local gem.

This restaurant is clean and friendly. We were welcomed and given menus and drinks immediately. The food selection was excellent, very homestyle. The food was served quickly, and it was hot and delicious. We will be coming back! (I got the avocado toast, and it was EXCELLENT!)

Came here on a whim and am so glad I did. The 8oz burger is incredible and is top 3 burgers I’ve ever had. I came back with my group for brunch and they knocked it out of the park. Quality ingredients and tasteful presentation. The owner clearly has passion in his product and business. We will be back!

My family and I came from out of town to go to the Treehouse Clubhouse and were looking for a family friendly place to eat close by and were not disappointed! Service was fast and friendly enough. The whole family got burgers and they were delicious! Home made and made to order, large portion and super tasty. Owner was very friendly and gave my daughter a juice box on the way out. Definitely recommend for delicious, family friendly fare.

I literally just had the best grilled chicken souvlaki. The flavour was amazing, the meat was nice and moist. I chose the fries over the rice and was not disappointed. My husband had the crispy chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce & garlic mayo. We both enjoyed a lovely dinner and friendly service. The owner Srie is very welcoming. I've also had their breakfast, pasta and burgers in the past. The food is excellent all around.

Great burgers! If you are vegetarian, their veggie burger is so good. Not at all dry or boring. It was very tasty. I love their curly fries and onion rings. Pics were taken after I started eating. 😁

Really solid burger restaurant. Price point just where you'd expect - I'd say very reasonable for a small business. Fresh beef, handmade patties. Burger: I had the 8 oz which is more than enough. Could have been happy with a 6 oz too. Good flavour on the beef - wasn't greasy at all. One of my dining companions had the mushroom melt. One note she had - perhaps it would be better to use a Swiss on that over cheddar. May go better with the mushrooms. Fries: out of this world good. Reminded me of Swiss chalet ones. If you're ordering take out - try reheating these in the oven. Will really help crisp them back up. All in all - a great experience. I'll be back.

Some of the best onion rings I've ever had. Fresh, thick burgers with great toppings and top notch fries. The owners are hard working dedicated people who always have a smile on their face. Highly recommend.

I can’t believe I have not tried this place until now! I ordered the double destroyer… and wow!! The bacon was crispy, the burger was juicy, and the toppings were fresh. The fresh cut fries were delicious and actually crispy. They have ample breakfast options and all made fresh to order! I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s affordable, fresh food cooked with love. The service is top notch, you will leave feeling like part of the family. If you are ever in the area, give Big Bite Grill a try!

A must try for delicious homemade food! My family and I really enjoyed their brunch and hospitality - special thanks to the chef, Ambika! Excellent service -friendly, prompt and attentive. The food is amazing for such great value. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the burger was fresh, juicy and just melts in your mouth. The restaurant is clean with a very comfortable atmosphere and in a great location. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Delicious food! Wide selection! In addition to juicy burgers, you’ll find awesome veggie options such as an avocado toast. I wish I lived close to this place - I’d go there for brunch every weekend.
