Incredibly tasty! Got a large mild chicken burrito, and a pork plate, burrito was huge!! A large variety of toppings and houses to choose from. Highly recommend!

Quesedillas were very good for on the go. Their in-store made chips are fantastic. Jarritos in a bunch of flavours! Not a lot of tables.

It was my first time in the restaurant. It was take out. I was not able to substitute some items I wanted so I ended up buying 2 of the same. Food was ok, salt content too much for me . Maybe it was the choice of meat and sauce I chose. I would have to try something else and see . Will try it again The service was good. Parking readily available in the plaza.

We tried this place first time tonight & had take out. It was clean and the service was quick and very friendly. Everything was tasted delicious & customizable right down to the soft taco shell or not- never had that option before! I got the bang bang shrimp tacos & the steak quesadilla (because impending blizzards are a time for hibernating with good eats). My husband really enjoyed his food too! We both feel that it's better in portion and cost than the other local mexican place near us. Definitely will return!

Found it less expensive than other burrito places but it wasn't better, at least for me and family. Might go back though if convenient since it was a good value and ingredients were decent. Service was good too.

The food is delicious, the owner's are responsive and despite a mix-up from Doordash and the Bar Burrito online ordering website (which has nothing to do with this location), they sorted out the problem and was able to deliver lunch for the team! Thank you very much and will definitely be re-ordering for team lunches in the future!

Have been many times to this location, the new Cheesy Beef Tacos were too good, the cheetos is a perfect addition to this, I think I have a new favorite! Staff are always great here, restaurant and the washroom is kept very clean as well. Definitely will be back for more. Staff as well are friendly and helpful. Also started ordering on the app for the food rewards, keep forgetting they have that loyalty system in place.

I really enjoy the food here and have been many times. The customer service is incredible and you’re always greeted with kind, friendly and respectful staff. Although the food is good, the service is what makes me come back again and again.

This is hands down my favourite place to grab takeout. Very flavourful, fresh ingredients, and great portions. The employees are always friendly and prompt. Ginal is the best! The owner is a great guy as well. I've spoken with him a few times. Also worth noting, tipping with card here goes to the employees - not to corporate like the sub place. Keep up the great work!

have been coming here for years (basically since it opened) and i’ve never had a bad experience. it seems the folks who work at this location have it down to a science. very consistent experience every single time. the service is friendly, the store is spotless, and the food is made right. would love to see this location open til 10 or 11 for those of us who work late. cheers!

I think this review is generous. Got a burrito bowl, opted for guac - which was an extra charge. Received a small KNIFE spread of it, and realized I’m never coming back. Not sure why all businesses in Pickering are stingy with customers. Portions are not good here. Guac portions were a crime. The food is 6/10 at best and truly this is the reason small businesses don’t survive here.

Service was great at the location across from Pickering TC, but the meat they use was horrendously bad. My wife had the jerk chicken and I had the spicy chicken…both were super salty. The ground beef was also very salty on the fries. We’ve only eaten at this chain once before at the Markham and Steeles location and really enjoyed it. We decided to get it again, but instantly regretted it based on the taste of the food from this location. Not sure if it was a one off, but definitely will not be visiting this location again.

Ordered from Ubereats and the food was so fresh as if we ate there. Got the mild chicken burrito bowl with extra spice. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. They also accommodated the request added at the end!

First and foremost, the food was exceptional! One bowl was enough to last 3 meals, great quantity. All the ingredients were fresh too and tasted great. The sauces and protein really set things apart for me though, so many unique flavours and I’m sure they were all wonderful! However I was more impressed by the great customer service! I went like 10 minutes before closing and they were not upset at all! Jinal (I think is her name, I couldn’t hear it perfectly) was so kind while preparing my food and took the time to explain all my options and even offered me a chance to taste one of the sauces before deciding whether I wanted it in my bowl. Even as I was checking out, she explained all my drink choices to me since there were so many different options I’ve never seen before. Overall a 10/10 experience from a customer service and quality of food standpoint. I’ve never been inclined to tip at a restaurant where I’m not being served but this was the exception, the service went above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend this location to anyone!

They took the time to explain each item I inquired about in detail as it was my first time there and had no idea what to order from their menu. Don't get their spicy/jerk chicken burrito and bowls. They are super spicy. Great customer service but food is really bad. Their quesadillas are pretty good though.

We had a burrito, bowl & quesadilla. All were delicious, there were enough balance of vegetables, beans and rice. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. Even the store was also very clean and organize. I would definitely recommend it.

This is the best BarBurrito In Durham and I can say it with confidence. The flavours are consistent, they give you healthy portions (which I love) and the customer service is exceptional. I've tried the Barburrito in Oshawa centre, the one in Ajax as well and I will specifically drive to this one. Amazing all around!

Went in asked to try some of the new hot sauce they said no, explained that I'm not good with spicy but wanted to try it before paying for it to be poured all over my burrito. Lost two repeated customers will not go back, other burrito places are more accommodating Not a good establishment.

My hubby wanted tacos so I wanted to try out this place by my house. OMG, this place by far is the BEST Mexican food chain I have ever tasted. The food was so fresh and tasted amazing. The BEST part of my experience was the lovely lady who artistically made my tacos. She was so patient, she explained which sauce and toppings would go best with the protein. I don’t know much about tacos. I got an order of the fish ( fried fresh) and the steak tacos. Both tasted amazing, so much topping and protein. And it came with chips and salsa on the side. This will be my new place to go. The lady who helped me today, she deserves a raise for her exceptional customer service skills, and the store is lucky to have her. She went above and beyond to help me today!

My kids and I absolutely LOVE this place! By far our favourite spot to eat in Pickering. Always fresh, friendly and consistent. The bowls are amazing and the kids love the tacos. We visit weekly if not more!! See you soon

This place gets a solid 3 from me. I first found out about this place in December 2018 and was so excited for it to open in January 2019. The restaurant itself if really nice and clean, has a good amount of space for seating and some great decor. I came here on a Saturday night around 8pm and it was dead inside. I was doing a family dinner run, so I was grabbing 3 burritos and one burrito bowl. The employee who helped me out, seemed like he was new, and still learning but I didn't mind. I will say, I'm not a huge fan of their serving style order. Since I had a few items, I naturally assumed that they would fill one burrito at a time and then move onto the next one, but their system was a little strange in that they wanted to fill the beans for all the burritos first, and then all the proteins for all the burritos, so it got pretty confusing. Even for the Burrito Bowl, they put beans first, then rice and then protein. Personally I would wan the rice the be the base of the dish, so that all the other flavours sit well on to. Putting the beans on the bottom actually caused the container to become very soggy very quickly as well. So I would definitely suggest they tweak that system a little. The topping selection was good, and the sauce selection was great, they had a few unique hot sauces, like their house-made habenero sauce and their jalepeno sauce. Stand Outs : One thing I really liked was that they had a chart showing the sizing differences between all the burritos. I really appreciated that because it really helped me decide which size to go with. Their Soy Topping is actually pretty good, they are one of the few places that have one that tries to taste like Chicken ( anywhere else you go, they're always trying to taste like ground beef) so major points for that. They also have an App & Rewards Program which is pretty easy to navigate and worth checking out. The price point was actually pretty great. I was able to get 3 Regular Size Burritos & one Burrito Bowl for under $40. TASTE: Personally, my Chicken Burrito was just ok, it was definitely filled to the max, but I still think it lacked some definitive flavours when I bit into it. For some reason, it was also cold at the core, which was pretty disappointing. The Chicken itself was pretty tasty but nothing amazing. Overall it was a pretty good first impression, for me it's hard to get past the cold inside of the burrito, but I'd definitely be willing to try this place again. Especially with their great specials.

Staff are friendly and food is good. It's a little pricey but we've always found that the amount of food is usually good for 2 meals.
