I try my best not to be rude but the food was so underwhelming to begin with, so I can’t help but point out that the service here was also utterly garbage. Management must be pinching pennies because they charge you for TAP water now and refuse to give you refills… on water they get from the tap. I’m looking at them for 30 minutes with no customers twiddling their thumbs but they still won’t refill my plastic glass that I bought FROM them for water. Next door New York Fries gave it without asking twice. Any other location would give it without thinking twice, you’re better off going to any other restaurant here than this place.

It's a good idea to sell two favorite foods at the same place that's for sure. The fried chicken is fair thought could be crisper. The tacos are standard fare, nothing special about them. Customer service can be better but is acceptable, they can be overwhelmed at lunch rush hour. Overall three star rating.

I have found that the food is prepared correctly and the staff are very hardworking. This location can get very busy and the staff do their best to keep up with the pace. The staff are polite and professional. They are also very enthusiastic, this last quality is rare in the quick food sector.

Served me cold, hard soft taco’s... went back for a change and one was still cold and the wraps were stale.

It was really good! Better than I remember. I had a Mexican pizza and supreme fries. Food was hot and they didn't skimp on it. It was filling and quite tasty. The ladies working there were very nice. One was a trainee, so it was a bit slow, but that's understandable.

I ordered off door dash today when the food arrived it was cold, no hot sauce was provided and the hard shell tacos tasted old and like cardboard if I could rate a zero I would. Just terrible

Ordered twice from this place using Uber, twice they charged, and cancel the order after 20 minutes. Avoid if you can, not a reliable place for ordering, neither to eat on site. Very bad, unfriendly behaviour, on top of it, they never ever answer the phone, and the voice mail is inactive. Perfect setup for grab, not food. Avoid avoid avoid, terrible experiences.

STEVEN !!!!!!! Rude and DISRESPECTFUL!!!! Doesn’t even know how to greet his customers … I said HI STEVEN !! And asked him how his day was he looked into my eyes all weird and then completely, ignored me, and walked away I have been to a lot of taco bells and this is the worst because of Steven I will never come here again !!! I attempted to go here today. Four employees were talking to each other while ai just stood there. None of them said a word. So I just left. I don't expect 5 star service from taco bell just basic customer service would be nice.

Ordered 3 meals from Tacobell website, picked up from Pickering town centre via Doordash. 1 meal arrived. They credited 2 meals back. A soft taco combo just cost me $31 including a prepaid tip and now 2 of 3 of us are hungry. Why would I order online again?

Literally the worst Taco Bell ever. They give you the smallest cup ever for tap water, the customer service is horrendous and they no longer have a 5 taco deal. Not impressed at all.

I visited this location around three weeks ago. I ordered two nachos and cheese (substituted cheese for salsa), and confirmed my order multiple times with the cashier. Instead I was served two nacho supremes. I sent it back and got the proper order, however I was charged for two nacho supremes, which I did not realize until I had gotten home. The chips were extremely soggy and I had to throw it out, and there were bits of cheese in the salsa. I have food restrictions and this caused me a lot of distress, they clearly do not care about their customers. I emailed and called them and they never got back to me about it either. Will not be visiting this location again.

Price went up $5.00 on party tray taco..huh. Can't blame them...The service was good and fast.

Standard KFC+Taco Bell restaurant. Food came out fast. Employees were friendly. Food taste as good as they cost. Everything was standard and nothing out of the ordinary. Would come again whenever I feel like KFC or Tacos

I've ordered the chilli cheese burrito a few times and it's always too salty or no cheese. I got cinnamon bites and they were rock hard.

My favourite fast food restaurant. Hands down. The workers at this location are always so friendly and kind and the food is always great in my opinion!
