Waitress was pleasant however I have to say bathrooms were dirty, the place had a very strong grease and weird smell, the wings were not good at all. I typically order hot honey when I order wings from most restaurants it’s consistent, these were the worst tasting I’ve ever had and I can’t get enough on how the place smells, I came home and my family could smell my clothes. I hope you guys take this as advice and hopefully improve.

Everyone was attentive and food was fresh and hot. The poutine was delicious and everything was well managed due to new management

Came here under Durham regions COVID-19 restrictions, and I was pleased. Nice atmosphere, definitely gives a country vibe. Food was tasty, and service was good. I loved the poutine, best I’ve had in a while. I’d come again

I was very disappointed in this location. The lighting was so dark I could hardly read the menu, nor could the servers see all the food and sauces still left on the tables and menus I guess because everything was dirty and sticky. The wings were overcooked, salad was soggy and it was so incredibly freezing cold inside that our poor server had to wear a winter jacket. I’ve never shivered while eating wings before so that was a new experience for me.

Been to many wild Wings but this one is by far the best. Their poutines are amazing served individually even as a side!! The best poutines in town honestly even compared to other wild Wings Their wings are fresh and their customer service is kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this spot as a foody !!

I had an issue earlier on with the wild wings 570 pickering location. I ordered this food but did not get to eat it because there was a misunderstanding on breaded and non-breaded for me. I personally can not eat breaded items do to allergies but when I spoke to the manager fiaz about this he told me it is not his problem. It's my mistake and the only way he was will to help is if I bought more food at 40% less cost. Now I did not eat the food I gave it back and all I got for this cost was a box of fries for my three children. I let the Manager know I would be posting this and he said that he doesn't care. How's that for costumer service I even told the manager I would take a 50% loss of money to help alleviate some of the problem. But the manager wasn't having any of it his staff even thought that was a bit much.

I would rate 0 if google would allow. Servers ask you to pay even though you did not request to get the bill and even though you are not done eating because their shift has ended. Very poor customer service etiquette. Came here today Nov. 22 for my pre birthday dinner with my family started eating at 8:20PM. At 8:50PM we were still eating. I, the birthday celebrant was still holding my chicken and eating. The female server came to our table to say “You guys looked stuffed. How did you find the food?” We responded the food is good. Then she responds “I will get you one container should fit everything” “should I get the bill?” We responded “later”. She comes back with a to go box. We were so confused why she was asking if we wanted the bill when we didn’t ask for a to go box or the bill. At 9PM she comes back with the machine. She says “Are you ready to pay now or later” we did not request for the bill and still eating. My mother in law responded “why are you asking us to pay we did not request to get the bill right now”. She then responds. “You are free to stay at the restaurant but my shift has ended. You can pay now. If you pay later, the other staff here might not take care of your needs.” Can’t believe she just said this.We were so irritated, took the machine and paid even though there were still a lot of food on the table. This female server just ruined my pre birthday celebration with my family. Not coming back!

If I could give zero stars I would, decided to go to wild wing with my wife, ordered 1 double ( blue cheese dip ) & 1 single ( ranch ) with garpar fries. For starters my wife received regular fries and when realized by the waitress she received a side of dipping sauce. When the food came I received one of my portions as regular wings not boneless and my wife received blue cheese dipping sauce ( not ranch ). To even makes things worse no cutlery and napkins were given. The cherry on of all of this experience was that we were all only ones in the restaurant and with the amount of mistakes and carelessness of the employees is just unheard of. Will most definitely never be coming back to this location ever again the experience was just pure comedy that at one point I thought I was on a prank show.

They honestly make the best wings out of every wild wing I’ve been to. The service is great as well, the girls are so sweet!!

We stopped in on Tuesdays after golf and the service by Fiona and the team is awesome. They take the time to take care of us and to get to know us.

Fayaz and Zara are amazing and super friendly! I was initially disappointed that I drove since there was a closer location but since meeting them, it was worth it!

I came here today for half price wings and they short me $5 . Wings is almost $19 we had 2 order at 38.50 they only deducted 13

I go at least once a month for wings and beers. Never ever disappointed. Wings are always cooked crispy and seasoned the way I like it. Beer is always cold and never flat. It’s pricey for wings but you get fries with it. Beers are cheap after 9. I recommend going to this location for wings. They are in my top 5 of wing places in the GTA.

They serve the best taste of the wings among all the other wild wing locations, as wings are my favorite and I have tried it in most of the restaurants but non of them are as good as this location and definitely their service is the best.

Very good service from the manager at this location. We had placed an order for pickup and when we got home, one meal was missing. When we called, the manager offered to personally drive out the missing meal to us. Really appreciate the care and effort! Thank you!

Food was excellent, just wish our four orders came out at the same time.

More often than not, there is a problem with the orders. I'm going to be rich if i get a dollar for every time something is missing from my food. Yesterday I had to sacrifice my dinner for my daughter, whose fries you conveniently forgot to package for her birthday dinner. I would have made you refund my whole dinner and ate mcdonalds to have a more satisfying meal had that not been the case. Rest assured with this kind of service, it will never be my personal choice to order from your location.

The most cleanest restaurant I’ve gone into!! The place always smells fresh and the washrooms are always spotless. The owner is super nice and the staff takes care of you greatly. Love it here

Spent $55 on food there tonight and the jalapeño poppers were gross, the fries were cold and didn’t have salt, the gravy wasn’t good tasting and the one flavour of wings bbq blue cheese is disgusting, we ate one and not another one. So we both ended up sharing the one flavour of wings and raw veggies. Very disappointed as it’s usually okay but tonight what I was given was absolutely disgraceful. Won’t take a chance again with them considering it’s so much money to lose. If you charges so much money have pride in your food and make sure it’s quality (that’s why we’re paying so much!) I wish I could give 0 stars it was that bad.

Unhygienic Staff Does Not Follow Health & Safety Regulations. I Will Indefinitely Not Return To This Restaurant And Provide My Business. I Am Extremely Unsatisfied Of This Restaurant.

I ordered takeout got home and noticed my order was wrong and my wings weren’t cooked the way I requested. Honestly don’t bother you are better off going next door to little ceasers

So this brown guy is being very very VERY uncomfortable to talk and be around just him sitting behind the bar gives me the shivers and follows me outside YOUR establishment while my friends are sitting outside waiting for me to get my food I really don’t like how he just stares at me while I get into my car too he’s been doing it for weeks and I’m starting to really not like it now. But the foods great
