Servers
ask
you
to
pay
even
though
you
did
not
request
to
get
the
bill
and
even
though
you
are
not
done
eating
because
their
shift
has
ended.
Very
poor
customer
service
etiquette.
Came
here
today
Nov.
22
for
my
pre
birthday
dinner
with
my
family
started
eating
at
8:20PM.
At
8:50PM
we
were
still
eating.
I,
the
birthday
celebrant
was
still
holding
my
chicken
and
eating.
The
female
server
came
to
our
table
to
say
“You
guys
looked
stuffed.
How
did
you
find
the
food?”
We
responded
the
food
is
good.
Then
she
responds
“I
will
get
you
one
container
should
fit
everything”
“should
I
get
the
bill?”
We
responded
“later”.
She
comes
back
with
a
to
go
box.
We
were
so
confused
why
she
was
asking
if
we
wanted
the
bill
when
we
didn’t
ask
for
a
to
go
box
or
the
bill.
At
9PM
she
comes
back
with
the
machine.
She
says
“Are
you
ready
to
pay
now
or
later”
we
did
not
request
for
the
bill
and
still
eating.
My
mother
in
law
responded
“why
are
you
asking
us
to
pay
we
did
not
request
to
get
the
bill
right
now”.
She
then
responds.
“You
are
free
to
stay
at
the
restaurant
but
my
shift
has
ended.
You
can
pay
now.
If
you
pay
later,
the
other
staff
here
might
not
take
care
of
your
needs.”
Can’t
believe
she
just
said
this.We
were
so
irritated,
took
the
machine
and
paid
even
though
there
were
still
a
lot
of
food
on
the
table.
This
female
server
just
ruined
my
pre
birthday
celebration
with
my
family.
Not
coming
back!
