    Veggie burger was really good but the chicken wrap not so much. French fries was just OK, nothing special. One picture shows how should look like and the second is what I got.

    Ordered some twister wraps they were small and wrapped weirdly (sideways) so what I was eating was mostly bread. Chicken also tasted very salty. Do not recommend this place.

    If I could give zero stars I would. My order was delivered an hour late. It was freezing cold and you could tell it had been sitting out waiting for a delivery driver. Even the gravy was cold. Worst experience with kfc ever which is too bad as I have been a life long fan. Will never order from here again. The only part of my meal that was lukewarm was the macaroni salad. Yuk! Tried to call the location many times and big surprise nobody answered the phone. Called head office and was told the manager of the location would contact me and I have still not heard from anyone. Such bad customer service. No idea how this place is still open.

    Please KFC do yourself a favour and shut this location down! The incompetent staff are causing you to lose business. I placed an online order for two individual fries and BOGO popcorn chicken. When I went to pick up the staff told me it was an order for two fries, no chicken. I showed them the order confirmation on my phone and they did not honour it and asked to see an email confirmation which would have had the same info from the confirmation on my browser. I was understandably very frustrated and they had the nerve to argue with me, telling me they won't serve me any of the food I ordered. Had to call the head office for a refund, now let's see if I get it back.

    Not happy with this location. First off, they charge more for individual pieces of chicken now. Not sure why? Inflation? Anyways, I'm not born rich so I came in with a coupon other day. I was shocked when I was told that I need to use it online?! This is total confusion for any customer! Why have physical coupons if they're to be used only online? This should not be my problem. Coupons online should be online for online orders only! Staff was unable to honor price on coupon so I had to end up paying more than advertised. When I received my order I noticed fries were barely warm and wasn't fresh! Also my chicken was tiny! Weird! They barely ever have white meat. Staff is cold and unpleasant except for 1 guy who's barely ever there. At this location they're happy to take back your food if unsatisfied and sell it to another unsuspecting customer. Bad food practice! Also they charge for lil things like dipping sauce. Very petty! Even when you have coupons they claim they cant input them in system and will tell you coupons are for online orders only. They have an extra charge of $2 to switch a single piece of dark meat to white meat. They smile and tell you average wait is 20 mins knowing no one in they're right mind will wait that long for their order. rather go hungry than order from them. Now they close at 7pm because it seems they can't handle simple orders! This is the last time I go to this location! The Ajax KFC\ Taco Bell location near Bayly Street and the one in Pickering Mall is way better! They give coupons and honor them and give you decent size pieces of chicken and don't charge extra for dipping sauce either!

    It's like every time I go to this location the food gets worse and worse. I waited in line for 20 mins in the sun outside due to covid restrictions. I got 2 famous chicken sandwich combo and they both looked dry and old. This is the third time I've ordered food from this location with old food being served. At all cost do yourself a favor and go to another location. The cashier also helps make the food in the back once she takes your order. Ridiculous

    At the start of covid, the Pickering Town Centre location wasn't open, so I went here instead. My main complaint is the wait time and lack of organization. I always order online for pick up, to save time and hassle. With this location, they never prepared my order until after I arrived, even though a ETA is provided in the email. I can understand not packing the fries until I get there in order to keep it fresh, but the rest should be done. Upon arriving there is a "kfc.ca pick up" sign but it's in front of the cashier taking walk-in orders, so essentially, it is a useless misplaced sign. People aside from delivery couriers keep cutting me in line to pick up food (not the restaurant's fault however extremely annoying that they don't care), but it was really confusing why they told me I had to wait in line with the rest of the in-person orders when others seem to just walk past it and get served before me. Ordering online is almost slower than doing a walk-in. Instead of leaving this review initially, KFC sends a satisfaction survey afterward and I expressed my concerns there. They send an automated apology email back with a coupon for a small popcorn chicken, that expires 7 days from the time I placed the order. While it is kind of nice, I know it's automated, I know I wasn't going to go back within a 7 day period, and ultimately I avoid this location altogether now. I purposely drive 15 mins further to the next location because it's faster than waiting here. As for the food itself, it's KFC, it isn't the best, but it is okay.

    Worse experience!!! Placed an order at 5pm and food was supposed to be here at 5:40pm after many calls to customer service with no help my food came at 6:45pm . Awful customer service and the store would not answer the phone !!! My chicken is soggy not crispy It seemed like it was sweating in the bucket.. very disappointing I will not be ordering from them again!!!!!

    The chicken in the sandwich is ridiculous dry and hard to bite. It is as hard as brick. Chicken popcorn hardly contains meat. It is not a real KFC.

    I was looking to give negative stars for everything but wouldn’t allow. Got food poisoning for this location me and wife, luckily my son kept refusing to eat thanks god or worse he would’ve been very sick. The whole restaurant and management should be shut down before some died or gets serious sick. I don’t know if manager SIVA contaminated my food or served me bad chicken. I will never go back to any kfc I think the health inspector should be going to every location to ensure safe and sanitary practices are followed. Disgusting 🤮 everything about the experience NEVER EVER COME HERE OR ANY KFC LOCATION at they don’t deserve our hard earned money for their contaminated, spoiled and garbage food.

    Food was not ready after placing a big order, well in advance. I asked how long it would take when i got there. I was told 3 minutes. It ended up taking almost 10 minutes. Frustrating, considering I came 10 minutes after the time they told me it would be ready.

    I have never been to an eating establishment where the person taking the orders had no ability to communicate and respond intelligently to any inquiry or even receive or understand customer's requests.     Bad customer service. Was told wait would be 10 mins, turned into over a 30 minute wait. Another customer came 20 minutes after I came to pick up my order, placed an order and got their food first, I was told I had to continue to wait because they gave the rest of the fries to her. NEVER AGAIN! PRIORITIZE YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THE ORDER THEY ARRIVE TO THE STORE. The guy with a turban at the front, blonde girl in the back and guy with long hair in the back need to get it together. No one should be waiting that long for an order. At least be honest about the wait time up front and I would not have waited. But don't say 10 mins and it turns into 30 mins because you decide to give my food away. Completely ignorant & need to learn some common sense. Whoever comes first gets their order first. No wonder they work at KFC, their brains are fried

    Never has spicy chicken and I've been dozens of times. Also the idiot at the front can't follow simple instructions- did not give the requested dipping sauces ordered, and not only that, but the ones he did give were broken and crusted with gunk. Avoid this location.

    Ordered through the app. Gave them extra time to have it ready and still had to wait an extra 20min. Whats the point of ordering online, if Uber and skip are going to always get priority? Terrible service terrible location. Not happy! Asked for extra ketchup and hot sauce and got 5 packets.. like really?

    Arrived at this location at 7pm saw lots of customer exiting without food. Once I went inside I ordered spicy I was told spicy is done and they are not doing anymore for the night although they close at 10pm. Terrible service. Lack customer service!!!horrible

    I've been here multiple times the past few weeks and they've not carried spicy chicken as advertised. Very disappointing as I drove out of my way to come to this specific location as not all locations offer it. Not only did they not have spicy chicken prepared but I was told it would be a 20 minute wait to order regular chicken as well. I don't believe I'll be coming back again after being let down over and over.

    I've been to this location multiple times. They are Disorganized, slow, and I have waited over 20 mins for my food. A Big Disappointment! Chicken pieces is so small, one chicken leg is cut in three pieces and breast is half side. It’s Ridiculous. I went to Ajax KFC and chicken side better. I am done with Pickering KFC too any disappointment. I understand Covid change things but KFC!!

    Disorganized, slow, counter person did not appear to know the menu, prices or sizes of items. And it was a Tuesday evening. Good thing I checked the bag before I left, they forgot to put a sandwich in. The Scorcher was overdone anyway. I don't recommend. The Zinger is better.

    Last few times I have ordered, half of my order was missing (this was through delivery). I had ordered a couple months ago, and part of the order was salad. The store called me and said they don’t have any salad, none. I asked for a refund of the two salads I ordered and I was told they can’t do that and to call head office. They should been able to do something like that at store level. Ordered again tonight and surprise, part of the order is missing again. We drove to this location and we’re told “well we are busy, what do you expect”? Like, I’m sorry it’s not an excuse. The staff here are rude and don’t have a clue. They are really representing KFC is a terrible way. After all these experiences, definitely won’t be ordering from that location anymore.

    This happened today (Oct/2022) 7pm. The man in the kitchen said ‘we have no corn. We’re closing soon’ - closing is 10 pm. He rudely said that to the lady at the counter. A lady customer and I were both in disbelief of how he treated his fellow staff. The man also asked the lady ‘are you scared of this guy?’ (There was another guy in the kitchen) I don’t understand what the crude attitude is for. The lady is mild-mannered and certainly didn’t want the bad treatment to turn heated. To put it simply, they don’t care much about the customers. They all cannot perform well because of their acceptance of their environment. It’s not okay to accept treatment like how that lady was treated, and it’s not okay to allow it to continue.

    I ordered 4 piece chicken with fries and a drink and turns out the chicken wasn’t cooked well. The inside of the chicken is pretty much raw and after few mins i started feeling something off in my stomach. Now writing this review around 6hrs after eating the food from here i just relieved from a stomach ache which lasted around 6hrs. But i should mention about everything, the service is alright as well as the atmosphere but it’s just the food that upsets me. I hope they do something about this.

    It was my first time eating there and I will never put my feet there again. First, the vegetables tasted weirdly and were not fresh and also the chicken was way salty. I complained about it to one of the staff, but he responded so rudely, saying in a loud voice that kfc chicken is salty. I wonder why this location is still open as I am seeing the reviews and they all had quite the same problems.
