This location of Pizza Hut will not give you any satisfaction for customer service as well as food. I ordered the pizza and went in after 20 minutes. The lady did not even care that somebody is waiting at the front. She was doing some personal chores. After waiting for 10 minutes...she came in and pizza was right there under the cash desk ( which I always thought that it's still in the oven). Apart from this, the toppings and cheese were not evenly spread. The pizza was cold since it was sitting at the cash register for long time. Garlic bread was almost burned.

I've ordered from this location many times. It's very hit or miss. Sometimes it's incredible and other times it's very blah. The last 4 times I've ordered, the pizza has always been overdone. The online order form doesn't allow for comments to be added which is frustrating. I could call and ask them to make sure the pizza is not overdone but what's the point of ordering online then? They consistently skimp on sauce and cheese. I might give them one more opportunity but if it misses the mark then I'm done. Or overdone like their pizza. Their staff are friendly so this review is reflective of the food.

This location is a joke. Most of the workers are nice, but there’s a “Karen” who is a Manager who always seems to be on a power trip the couple of times I’ve ordered pickup. Customer service training for “Karen” is highly advisable. She was working tonight when I picked up my order. Pretty sure the employees have a more enjoyable shift when she isn’t working. Barking orders to your coworkers and being completely rude to customers won’t get you far in life, “Karen”. Spoke to one of your coworkers a month or two when I ordered and had a HORRIBLE experience that brought me to tears the way she treated me. I called to ask for your name as I was going to file a complaint, but decided not to. This coworker I spoke to is not a fan of you either.

December 4, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I revisited my preferred Pizza Hut to take advantage of a promotion they were running called REPIZZA! The offer was a complimentary pizza refill. All one had to do was bring in an empty pizza box, and they'd receive a free cheese or pepperoni pizza! What stood out to me was the efficiency of this particular location. While conversing with friends who endured over an hour of waiting at different locations, I found myself in and out of this place within 15 minutes. The staff, as always, was exceptionally friendly, and the pizza lived up to expectations. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this location and plan to return for all my pizza cravings!

I just can't with this.. to the person who owns this location please fix this issue. It's not the first bad experience I've had with this location, your staff doesn't care about quality control and obviously doesn't care about your establishment. If you're aware of food being sent out to people like this shame on you.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in 10 years. Thought I’d give it a shot. This location has given up on life. Pizza was almost all crust. I’ve never seen so much crust on a pizza. Two bites and you’ve reached the crust. Very stingy on the topping too. I’ll stick to Dominoes. Maybe I’ll give Pizza Hut a shot in another 10 years.

Richard will make sure that you get the best possible service at Pizza Hut Pickering. I tried the new hand tossed crust which is similar to a regular pizzerias crust. Although the OG pan pizza is also delicious too. There's lots of parking in this plaza 🙂

So very disappointed with this local pizza hut... Just ordered a pizza with cheesy bites border, and it was so dry that it was inedible. All cheesy bites were left with no cheese in them and the pizza overall was rock solid. Tried to contact them, but nobody answered the phone. Head office recommended to open a complaint through the website, were they would get back to me within 24-48 hours... shame.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. I so happened to be in a plaza that had a Pizza Hut and decided to pop in. First encounter was with a man who was at the register. He left he register when I entered telling me me that the lady in the back would help me. The lady in the back appeared very busy. After making two pizza, she decided to come and ask me for my order. Zero contact, even when I commented on how busy she must be being the only person in the back, sympathizing with her. No response. I placed my order but changed my mind and left. Can’t trust anyone to make my food when it’s apparent how much they absolutely hate their job. Horrible customer service.

Let me start off by saying, I really wish I took a picture of the salad that was given to me today but unfortunately I didn’t. I ordered a side salad and garlic bread with cheese tonight for dinner and when I say I was shocked at the portion of lettuce given to me, I mean I was SHOCKED. The container the side salad is provided in is a sufficient container for a side salad but the container was LESS than half filled with lettuce. I got a email about a survey which I filled out very quickly describing this salad issue. This local Pizza Hut called me and wanted to “conduct a survey” and I said I just submitted my survey online I was really disappointed with how ridiculously tiny the salad portion was and was explaining the container was nowhere near filled up properly to which she responded “we don’t make the salad” and was awkward silent….I responded with “well who makes it then” and she responded “I don’t know” and again was awkwardly silent ????? I asked her WHY she was calling me then and she said to conduct a survey I said I don’t want to take a survey I’m telling you what my issue was, I can’t BELIEVE this location is still running with how these people provide customer service!! I stopped ordering pizza at this location a year ago when I ordered a large veggie lovers and it was RAW, wasn’t even cooked and when I called the store the lady responded “well we’re not going to re deliver we’re to busy” and didn’t offer me any solution !!! I learned my lesson not to order pizza here, but my goodness how do you mess up putting lettuce in a container and then have the audacity to answer a customer like that???????? Disgusting behaviour this place should shut down immediately.

The lady on the phone that took my order was extremely rude for absolutely no reason, seemed like she was miserable. I swear to god my pizza had more crust than pizza and this is because I asked her why she was being rude. Do not recommend this location!

Poor staff who clearly don’t care at this location. I tried to place an order online for delivery. It wasn’t accepting my postal code, on the third attempt, it automatically put it through as a collection. I had to take both my young kids in their pjs to pick up. I told the staff when I got there what happened and asked them to refund me the driver’s tip. Three staff members are at the till, all trying to work out how to refund me. No-one talking to me, no apology. Just asked me to give my card again to process total minus drivers tip. I said, so you haven’t charged the first transaction? Paid again. Checked my account and they didn’t refund the first transaction. Called customer service, waited on hold forever - finally get through and TWICE they put the phone down on me. This is beyond frustrating.

This location chose to not accept a $100 bill from me. Which is completely fine as some establishments will state that at their location due to counterfeit. I proceed to pay debit. With no further issues. However as waiting for my Pizza a older Caucasians man entered as I glanced he used $100 bill and the lady working accepted it. Now I am not one to say anything however as a Pickering resident and customer I asked her why she was able to accept the other customers $100 bill..she Said " I am the manager and I can pick and chose who i accept $100 bills from" This is form of discrimination and I as a customer will not be quite about this act. You cannot determine what is real and fake based on looking at a customer. With that being said BIPOC residents please be aware and do not stand for this!

THE DIRTIEST & UNTIDY STORE I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. Normally I order online, Last time I had a chance to visit this store. When I arrived at the store no one was at the front desk. Total 3-4 employees were working at the backend. Whenever they had a chance, they come to the front desk to attend the customers. I had to wait about 10 minutes before I was given attention. Meanwhile, I was waiting I observed what’s happening in the store and how the Pizza is prepared here. I was completely shocked to witness the Health and Hygiene protocols store was maintaining. I WILL NEVER ORDER AT THIS STORE FOR THR FOLLOWING REASONS: • Front counter solid with dirt and dirty oily stuff. • All staff wearing dirty and smelly uniforms girls and guys having their hair open and loose. • There are food particles strewn all over the floor in cooking area. • There’s food splattered all over the cooking ranges. • There are dirty dishes & Utensils sitting in the back. • The dips are kept open in the air without maintain any temperature or maintaining proper hygienic standards. • The Paper boxes they use for packing are sitting on the floor near the washroom door they take from there and put the pizza in the boxes and send us. No Store manager available any time for complaints or suggestions. Please visit yourself and see - Thank You Pizza Hut for stopping me to eating Pizza’s any more. Refuse to serve me because I was covering my face with a toque and not a mask(which I always wear but did not know I ran out when I got there).. I even asked politely if I can wait outside and be handed the pizza.. the staff seemed fine with it, the manager for some strange reason went on a power trip and didn't want to sell me pizza

Absolutely do not recommend this location. The one in Ajax is way better just based off customer service and pizza quality. The lady who answered the phone sounded dead inside. She clearly didn’t want people to call their store and place orders. The pizza tasted like rubber not sure what’s up with their quality of food but the location in Ajax tastes much better. Save your money and your time, go to the other locations.

Amish , I think is his name. He was very friendly and welcoming . Minor mistake with my order but he more than fixed it , and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied ! He himself also makes the pizzas and they were delicious!. I have since returned many times because of this amazing service.

Not a great experience from yesterday night, had ordered one light airy dry base and other one stuffed with mozarella but both seemed same thin chewy base not great amount of cheese on tha base and not upto pizza hut mark. Disappointed!

Ordered 2Pizzas, the Veggie was ok, but the Cheese stuffed Pizza was undercooked. Very disappointed. Drove all the way from Ajax and lunch was ruined. Waste of Money

We ordered the margarita pizza and cheese pizza and our margarita pizza did not look like margarita pizza. Whoever made it made it using two different tomato styles (full slices and cut in 1/4 pieces) and there was no pesto. We paid for margaritas pizza and we just got a tomato pizza . We have ordered the margarita pizza at another location so we thought lets order near our home location. My husband paid for margarita pizza and he was too lazy to make a complaint. We placed an order online( Buy 1& get 1 for $1) on Saturday around 5:30pm and it would be ready around 5:55pm. I don't think we will order from this location

If you’re looking for great food, and a delicious pizza, this is definitely the place for you. The prompt customer service is undeniable, even though it is a an express pick up, they gave you the feeling of dining. The gentleman that was helping me check out was definitely the type of employee that I would want for my own business. The whole package, all the food, even offered to help me bring my food to the car since I had so much to feed a family of nine. Thank you for a wonderful experience 😎

Their Individual Pan Pizzas are good. Service was OK. They always seem to have some good specials on. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please support our local restaurants.

Food was good, service was exceptional. I really wish they had at least one table to dine and a washroom for customers.

I researched which pizzerias in Canada actually hand make their dough fresh daily and it turns out Pizza Hut and Dominos are the only spots. Anyway, Pizza Hut’s deep dish pizza is to die for! So delicious. Not the healthiest, but if you’re on a cheat day, I’d definitely recommend it! The crust is so crunchy on the outside and soft and tasty on the inside. Love their topping options too. Way better than other joints in the area. I had it delivered and it was scorching hot too! Highly recommend.

I have to give accolades to Mathew for his can-do customer service attitude. I came to get the special of the day which has to be ordered through the App. However, the App was being wonky and had a glitch. Mathew helped navigate the problem and resolved the issue in flawless fashion. And as I waited, his service was exemplary with other patrons as well. Stellar job young man, corporate needs to take notice of these types of stalwart employees and give them recognition. Slow 👏

I always enjoy the taste of Pizza Hut so this was a great place to get a quick takeout dinner with reasonably priced deals. Staff have always been kind and the contactless pickup was very appreciated at the start of the pandemic. However I notice turnaround for staff seemed high for how often I would come here; aside from 2020/2021, I would rarely see the same staff twice. This subsequently meant the quality of pizza was very different each time. A lot of reviews here are saying their pizzas were overdone, I have the opposite problem of them being underdone, and one time even nearly raw crust in the middle. In a rare occasion this location would give me a follow up call to ask how my order went. Kind of surprising but also yay? If I knew early back then that the pizza was made inconsistently, I would have mentioned it. Another minor improvement is I wish the slice size and toppings could be distributed more evenly. Overall kind staff (even if I only see them a couple times), but inconsistent cook.

Went in for my order and one of the managers was resting his hand on one of teenage employees legs. The girl is clearly in high school and the man is clearly in his 40s. Very disturbing to witness. I can understand that sometimes people that date work together but this manager is obviously grooming his young employee. This made me very uncomfortable as a customer to see this girl almost sitting on top of him and he's got his hands around her thighs. Please beware and careful of the mexican or phlipino manager if you're letting your children work at this restaurant. This is extremely inappropriate and I will not stand by to see this happen. This man needs to be called out and dealt with. DISTURBING! Why would you do this at all, but especially where customers can see you? This man clearly needs help if he's going after high school girls. There's nothing innocent about this. Pizza Hut please do something about this behaviour. This man should be fired. I will not be returning here after seeing this.

Ordered three pizzas off of a delivery app (1 large, 2 mediums). Got a phone call 10 minutes later saying they have no medium pizzas.. asked if there's anything they could do for us. Nothing. They cancelled the order. How is a pizza place out of pizza? Terrible service. Spent our 80+ dollars somewhere else! Avoid this joint

Came here for the first time and got overcooked pizza. Extremely disappointing and definitely won't be coming back again.

I've had both good and bad experiences with this location. Sometimes the pizza is burnt and there's more crust than anything else, other times it's made to perfection.

Just ordered a big family meal for over $80 So very disappointed. Pizza and pasta was cold. Pasta has no flavor. Pizza ( pan) doesn't have the signature awesome dough. Chicken bites hardly had any sauce on , it was the parmesan flavor. Hope they just had a bad day .

The pizza is great as usual from Pizza Hut but the manager really is all about customer service/food quality. I had a minor issue with an order and she did WAY more than I expected to correct the situation. This is now one of my favourite Pizza Hut locations for sure. You’ll see me often :)

The staff was great I had an issue with pricing and although it was only a few dollars the staff got it taken care of quickly and were super friendly. I came for pizza twice in one day and expect to come again next time I need pizza!

I don't understand how this place has such a low rating, which has pushed me to write my very first Google review. It's the usual Pizza Hut quality (which has the best fast-food pizza), but the quality of the customer service at this location (when you order directly from the Pizza Hut website) is the best we have experienced in any industry. We have had issues with them three times; very minor and understandable infractions. They have gone above and beyond each time.

10 Dollar pizza is always ready to rock. Eat pizza pizza for a week and then come here for Friday night. I LOVE CHEAP THRILLS

We were craving pizza but didn’t want to get a whole one. We saw the $10 box deal or 2 box deals for $19 and thought it was a good deal and just enough food for us. The boneless wings are delicious and the pizza was hot, fresh, and cooked to crisp perfection. What made the experience worth reviewing is Pizza Hut actually called us a couple of hours later to ask us how the food was. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our meal and I really appreciated that. We will definitely be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Staff was friendly and service was good but they weren't all that patient considering I'd never ordered from a pizza hut before, aside from that our food was amazing and the pizza was top tier, felt like clouds in my mouth

Terrible service. Delivery driver complained that I took literally a min to meet him at the door as I was getting money to pay him. Honestly, lucky I even took the food. Anyways won't be ordering here ever again
