I used to like Domino’s pizzas but the experience here was far from good. They had a lot of staff behind the counter but their attitude was really cold. I asked if they have any deals and my question was ignored, whereas whenever I have walked into any Pizza Hut or Papa John’s pizza, I have always been given options. I was slightly bothered by this, but then ignored it as I assumed that perhaps they were just having a bad day. But later on, when I ate the pizza, it was way below average, especially the fact that it was bland, had less toppings and tasted dry. I instantly regretted my purchase and will not be coming back here.

Amazing service! Although the quality of the taste of the pizza was just ok. The crust is a bit dry, but It's totally a great value for what you pay. I especially loved that there was an option to "go light" on a topping. Their digital tracking and screens inside the store is also fantastic.

The staff was great had issues ordering on line from other companies ie pizza hut but domino ppl took care of it that and even found me a deal. Highly recommended using Dominos and the pizza great. :))

If I could give this place a 0 star I would but, unfortunately 1 have to give a 1 star to write the review. We ordered pizza, and bread and Honey Garlic Wings @ 9pm something. The wings were not honey garlic, they gave us dry BBQ wings, you can tell by the sauce it is BBQ. So we called the store to resolve this issue. We called the store to explain what happened and the management was rude. The manager's name is chachan (not sure if that is the right spelling or if he even is the store manager) He was not listening, kept cutting us off while talking/explaining and said "next time I will give extra / small cup of honey garlic sauce" for wings. Like we are not going to order from this place again it is ridiculous. Apparently, the manager made the wings. He didn't sound like the manager. Poor service! Management needs some serious training with customer service. This is not how you should talk to your customers.

Just wondering is it okay to work with out hand gloves? At dominos?? Not one but all of them are working without gloves. And burned my pizza which i told them to be welldone.

Great pizza, always try to eat from here as fresh out of the oven as possible. Sometimes that includes doing so in the parking lot. Great location or order from fam have a pizza ready for you within 15 minutes sometimes

Great pizza. Staff is typically efficient. Occasionally , they are a bit direct and rushed when taking an order. Never had an issue with the quality of food. I do walk-ins when ordering pizza. They have a bench to sit on. Ample parking.

I had the pleasure of ordering a large pizza and cheesy bread from Domino’s. I must say, their customer service truly impressed me. Not only did they fulfill my request for a customized pizza, but they did so with exceptional attention to detail. The pizza arrived exactly as I had specified, and the cheesy bread was absolutely delicious.

Cole and the guys at the Bayly Branch in Pickering, right down to the drivers, are a top-rate group, that provide best-in-class service, every single time I order there. I live in the condo's next door, so they see me a fair bit. That said, the level of service I received at this location, has been the same, since the day I first set foot in there. The service was exemplary, and it has never changed, not once. I am greeted Everytime I walk over to pick up my order, often by more than one member of staff, and I get looked after promptly, with professionalism and a small personal touch as well. That's stuff matters more than most realize. And, just to complete the experience, I have yet to take my order back for poor quality or inaccuracy. My order is bang on, right down to the topping and crust thickness, and I do change it up every once in a while, so my order does change from time to time. This team makes me feel welcome and appreciated, when I go into their store. Domino's Pizza, Bayly Road in Pickering, is my favorite fast food restaurant to support and visit, and this includes Chinese takeout, right down to all the burger and chicken chains in the area. When I am going to spend my takeout dollar, I know that I am going to get quality food and quality service, every time, when I choose Domino's next door. This team exceeds my expectations every time. First timer. Wanted something better. Wasn't disappointed. Really like the dough/crust. Mind you the cost is higher...than standard chain. Toppings are sliced too thin. So I only got a hint of them. Delivery was super fast. Ordered from the web site. Worth a try. Would of been 5 stars had the toppings not been paper thin. Also fyi: your phone app is buggy. You may be losing orders.

This is better than pizza hut, but not by much. There are so many wonderful choices from local small businesses that you should only order from Domino's as an absolute last resort.

4 topping pizza advertised shows a well topped pizza, what you get at the store is totally opposite, looks like a 2 topping pizza with your 4 toppings scarcely scattered. A promotion to attract you to come for there pizza I won’t repeat with dominoes. Pictures don’t need to do my post justice go order one for your self.

Not that great sauce is too strong prefer a more flavourful crust just ok

Everytime we order, customer and quality is great, regardless of the type/toppings. The establishment is always immaculately clean from the entrance and from what customers can see at the counter.

Great friendly and fast service ! Ordered a pizza and was in and out in 10 minutes and didnt even call ahead . Was really impressed . And was super clean . Pizza was great aswell, all around a fantastic dominoes location !

The best dominos I have ever been to. Obviously we all order to our own local place but they always give that little extra that I’ve never seen outta a pizza place. I know it is a chain and I know it’s probably the biggest chain. But this one feels like home. Every time I come in they say hello and mention my name (yes I know they know it from my online ordering) but they care enough to vocalize it. I don’t know if this review will help anyone order from here but I sure hope it inspires those working here to keep being great and make all the loyal customers I’m sure they have, keep coming back as I will be -Ryan

I personally am a very picky person and don’t really like dominoes but this location is unique, unlike most food spots. Everytime I got in im treated with respect, I never had to wait long and my food is always made perfectly ( I always get eight hot buffalo wings ). I love it here and make sure I eat here often 🤗
