It's not operating 24hours, very misleading.

Terrible. Ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a single hamburger with no cheese. When I brought it back they treated me as if I had done something wrong. To make things worse the burger was disgusting. I go to other a&w locations that are perfectly fine but the Pickering one is just awful.

A&W are known for their great burgers and root beer, but they also make a fantastic fresh breakfast. Food and service was excellent today.

I love their beyond meat burgers, the texture and taste of their beyond meat options are just fabulous and perfect for one following vegan or vegetarian diet. Would definitely recommend that.

The A&W that is located in Pickering provides exceptional service, the employees are always patient and serve delicious food! Whenever I visit this location, I am always provided with an absolutely perfect Teen Burger and I could not ask for anything more. Keep up the great work! 👍

Not open 24 hours, waste of time

Very friendly staff and fantastic service. We all eat a little fast food sometimes. A&W is a good choice and semi healthy with the grass fed beef .

Buddy burger mmmm ,and cheaper than most VALUE meal items out there. Al you have to do is deal with all the freaks that hang around the mall.

There is one guy there that is always happy and always kind and always goes the extra mile for helping and making sure that your order is perfect. They're sweet potato fries well done are really good.

Service was great, but the food made me sick, not sure if it was old but literally got food poisoning!

Got there at 9:50 even though the website says they close at 11:30 PM and it wasn’t served because it was closed early because it wasn’t busy it seemed. Extremely unprofessional. Whoever owns, it should hire people who want to work and won’t destroy their business.

Bought a Beyond Meat burger today and had to throw out half of it because it tasted like raw meat, as vegan it was terrifying. Now that a couple hours have passed I can confirm I have food poisoning. I haven't fallen ill in over a year and attended class and a meeting since 6am and was feeling energetic, and happy. After I ate the burger I started getting chills and stomach pain within 2 hours, which led to me having to leave the library and am now waiting in the doctor's office. I have also thrown up twice in the process of constructing this message. Please understand that people buy fast food because they have bigger matters to attend to, and paying more for the food is to keep people going. This is just inexcusable, you can not offer subtitles and be this inadequate, especially with a higher price tag for "healthier food." I am extremely upset, as just buying the burger is an expense I must think about a million times as a poor university student. As a vegan for 5 years now I was one of the first to try a beyond meat burger and recommend it to friends and family. I thought I could trust the goods and services provided, but now my entire week will be affected by the staff's incompetence. Considering all the trouble this experience has caused me, I feel I should be be refunded.

This is a nice AW. Good for a burger in this mall. They do not offer ice cream floats but the root beer is good.

I am a regular A&W customer. I love the beyond meat burger, the burger I ate from this location was not my pleasurable experience, the patty was cold and bun was staled. I don't know what else to say.

Good food, freshly prepared and hot. There's a good selection of sandwiches, fries and beverages and other add on options. Friendly staff.

All I can say is that every time we go to PTC. The first stop is A&W. Affordable and good food

I waited forever for 2 orders of pancakes when Ibfinally got home I realized both orders were burnt.

Great food as well the customer service. The lettuce and tomato in the hamburger were super fresh, I'm impressed with the quality of this branch.
