    Sept. 2, 2021 approx. 3:15pm I was on the drive thru and I went on the far right speaker and waited about 2 minutes before saying "hello" if anyone would reply because I know it would be ON for their end of their headphone when a car is in there but no one replied therefore, I went to the cashier (1st window and met a young worker with blonde hair (asian descent)). He asked me if I ordered the cheeseburger aggressively and I told him that no one took my order and I was about to ask him why no one was speaking on the speaker but he cut me off by asking what my order is and I provided him my order then I tried to ask him the same question again but he faced his BACK to me and continued to talk to his girl coworker saying that he will be off at 4pm and so one. I then left the window to the 2nd window to pick up my order. The guy there was nicer. When I got home I opened my bag and counted 9 chicken nuggets but I ordered 10. It has been a very bad experience for me today in this location which is very unfortunate because usually workers here are nice but I have not seen this guy before and unfurtunately it was a bad experience with him. I dont usually write reviews but when I know the service is bad, I know when it crosses my line. Rudest worker I have ever encountered. Receipt was not even provided to me because the guys was too busy chit chatting with his coworker. I tried calling the # on google but it was not going through that is why I am writing this review.

    September 6, 2023 ⭐️⭐️ Visited for my morning coffee. Customer service was excellent, I'm quite impressed cause that is back to back excellent service. My coffee tasted a little watered down and not enough sugar, 5/10. September 1, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I swung by McDonald's for my morning coffee. Once again, the employee who took my order was cheerful and friendly. Even the employee at the window who handed me my order was friendly. Although I wished the coffee had been stirred better and wasn't exactly to my liking (I'd rate it 7/10), it wasn't terrible. All in all, I was satisfied with the overall experience. Aug 10, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The parking lot kept clean, and the drive-through moved quickly. The employee that took the order was polite and patient. The young lady who took payment was welcoming and used my first name to greet me. Also, the person that gave us the order was pleasant. The food was good and the coffee was hot, I couldn't ask for anything more!

    If you want hepatitis with your Big Mac meal, take a trip to the washroom. You’ll find find no toilet paper in the stalls but don’t worry, there’s some bloody toilet paper on the floor. These pictures don’t even capture how DISGUSTING this restaurant was. One employee came out to “clean” and ended up spilling more pop on the floor then walked away. We were stepping over dirty napkins to get to the counter and to our table (when we actually found a table that was clean / not sticky). I’m stunned at the lack of “give a shit” that these employees, especially managers, were showing . They also had this poor man waiting over an hour in this unhygienic lobby while they tried to figure out how to correct a mistake they made that was costing the man $200. I’m honestly repulsed by the horror show that is this restaurant.

    What a horrible McDonald’s. Incredibly slow, mix up orders, have no idea what they are doing. Keep driving and go somewhere else! You would think the corporate head office would look into things when there are so many 1 reviews.

    The Slowest McDonald's Ever. Staff don't care. You think being so close to the corporate head office they would have their game together but this is literally one of the worst McDonald's I've been to - globally. Our straightforward order messed up x2 - completely.... took over 20 minutes... Meanwhilepreference is given to delivery drivers who rudely bust in and out of the store.... and have arguments with the management.... Staff milling around yet every single table is dirty.... asked for them to clean a table... they begrudgingly half wiped one table... not a suitable table for my family... then cleared off again... McDonald's is really lost the plot if you're older than 20 years old you'll remember when food came quickly you spoke to a human and didn't have to interact with a filthy touchscreen. A value meal was $4.50 less than 10 years ago... Two kids Happy meal and one adult combo is literally comparable to sitting down a family run restaurant and given the absolute terrible service and preparation of food at this location I would have been much better off just going to regular restaurant this is no longer fast food or cheap food this is expensive, premium rubbish.

    I have to remind myself that this is fast food... However: I used to go here a lot before the pandemic for the ritual morning coffee on my commute to work in the city... Working locally now, I'm not frequently here but the food quality is completely diminished. The coffee is completely watered down... mostly tasting of watery cream and sugar than coffee. Wraps aren't constructed very well and can fall apart easily. I think if you're going drive-thru, the likelihood that the food quality slips is highly likely because you're not likely to turn back to complain. Maybe this is something the food service staff take advantage of. I've gone back a few times over the last few months thinking it was a one time fault, but it's been consistently poor food quality. Staff are really friendly, I'm not sure why there is so much disconnect on the preparation of the food.

    As a person that formally worked at McDonald’s for more than 5 years I can say that this is one of the worst McDonald’s I have walked into. I can assure you there were plenty of staff on the floor yet they would rather talk to each other than look at the screen and fulfill orders. A couple of staff just stand in place and stare off into space. Garbage on the floor and no condiments restocked. The crew also seem to ignore you if you ask any questions and the food was terribly made. Overall, very poor management. From what I witnessed, I question the sanitation of this store (very poor). I am surprised this location is not closed yet due to this.

    This McDonald's is in a busy location and sure enough it was swamped with customers. There were many people waiting for their orders to be fulfilled and I could see the staff were frantically working to pump out the food. I used the digital menu to order my food as that is my preferred method of ordering. I find this to be the best way because I can spend time customizing my food to my liking. Plus it allows me to browse options I wouldn't necessarily know about. Quick and easy. The wait for the food was lengthy. The foyer by the cash registers was also quite cramped because there were just so many people waiting for their orders. Took about 15 minutes for my number to be called out and even though I had selected dine in on the order screen my food was placed inside a takeout bag. I would have preferred a tray. The order was two grand Big Mac combos with fries and fountain sodas as well as a snack size mcflurry. The mcflurry was not given to me so I had to flag down a staff member and have them make it for me. With McDonald's I find it's VERY important to quickly check your order as they frequently forget things. Doesn't matter which location. The food was typically McDonald's which means it was delicious. I had customized my grand Big Mac to have extra onion and pickles but also be light on the mac sauce and it was. Attention needs to be drawn to the washrooms. Both were in disastrous conditions. It's such a busy McDonald's but it might help to keep some staff on strict clean up duties.

    Bought the new McDoubles on Thursday , Jan. 26th and my wife and I got food poisoning!!!! Spent the last two days very sick!!! I noticed one staff preparing the food was not wearing gloves!

    Worst McDonalds ever. Worst service, Dirty, No Napkins at any containers, No paper for receipts at automated service kiosks, one server does not have the same information as the next. Ordered a Kids Meal and asked for Chocolate Milk - was advised none available- asked for regular milk was advised - not available - was told water available - I said that was fine. The server gave me a small cup and lid and asked me to get it from the fountain machines. The next instance another customer ordered the same and got Chocolate Milk. No apologies. Took the cup back and gave me Chocolate Milk. The rest of the order was provided after await of 23 minutes. When we got home, we found out we were short enough cheese burger. Your prices are not cheap. At least have better service!!

    Service was great!! until I got my order and I could see the disrespect through the food. ordered extra mayo on my cheeseburger and big mac and I got a pile of mayo in one corner of the big mac and no mayo on the cheeseburger after they charged me for extra mayo. They were very nice and smiling but service does not make up for what I got. check your food before you leave this drive thru. the only thing they got right was the fries

    The fact that the employees here are so incompetent they can't even tell the difference between ham and bacon. Super unsatisfied and will definitely not be returning to this location ever again. Total waste of money and time. And no, it wasn't an honest mistake... they did this to BOTH "BACON EGG MCMUFFINS" HOW DO YOU MESS SOMETHING UP THATS IN THE NAME?

    Horrible service. Under staffed during any given time. Drive thru always busy and takes forever. Ordered online for curbside pick up. Doesn’t come out at all for over 15min. Had to go in to get the order. What’s the point of having these services if it’s not being completed

    Terrible service. Ordered Grand Big Mac. No greeting from first window. Complete lack of respect. Second window we’re in the middle of a story that must’ve been so good that they couldn’t distinguish a grand Big Mac from 10 McNuggets. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience from this location, but this one takes the cake. In dire need of new management. Workers have complete disregard for their job.

    First time to this location. Came here on January 1, 2022 just a little after lunch time started. Based on this experience only, service was really slow in my opinion. My order had no special requirements so it should have been fast. It took about 22 minutes for my order to be done. And during the 22 minutes a number of orders were given to food delivery drivers and others people dining in that came after me. Also when I came in there was no line to start. Would have appreciated if an employee provided an update on my order and why it was taking so long? If they just forgot about my order someone could have just admitted that they forgot about it. In my opinion as it was not a regular business day it shouldn't have taken 22 minutes to complete an order

    To The Manager. I have been going to this Macdonalds for years. Always the best. How ever the change to you knife and fork is very poor. I callange anyone at Macdaonlds to use these. The knife would barely cut butter. The fork needs to be plunged in to your food and the result is what you see in the picture. Both are useless. This is also not sanitary especially during covid..... If this change is in the name of saving the planet Macdaonlds has really missed the mark. Macdabalds may as well give out nothing at all. Tom Murray

    Drive through was super slow to take the order. And then I was asked to pull up. Waited 15 minutes and ended up needing to go into the restaurant to get my drink, where it was apparently just sitting. Don’t waste your time with their drive through.

    The absolute worst location I have been to. They missed putting my large fries in the bag. The Coca-Cola and frutopia drink was flavoured water basically and my 10 piece nuggets had 1 that was half bitten. It was really bad and I need you to fix this.

    Worst place to get drive through. I have been coming to this location for quite some time. But every visit standard is going down. When given food a this visit just hands a bag with bag and food items tossed up. Come cup is dirty as well. When asked to get another one closes the window and says to report it

    Worst McDonald’s experience ever, we ordered through mobile and after waiting the staff delivering our order gave it to another car and we had to yell out that it was the wrong car. After experiencing that we decided to check if something was missing. And there was the forgot a muffin, cutlery, sauce for the burritos and pancakes. So we had to go back in the store and ask for something that should have been in the bag before delivering it to the customers. Crew members should check, I will not comeback to this location due to unorganized way of preparing of orders and time wasted.

    A 24hours McDo as they call it , very clean, staff are quick, nice and know what they’re doing. As in every franchise restaurants, the foods are good especially if you ask to ‘warm’ up those muffins before they give it to you when you order one. All good!

    Come on now its McDonald's. The big Mac is mostly bun , sauce and lettuce. The new upgraded Mac is what the burger used to be back in the 70s. You know 2 all beef patties ( paper thin), special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles , onions on a sesame bun.

    Ordered a Big Mac and a jr chicken. The guy in the back throwing the buns out and putting pickles and lettuce on did not have gloves on, was typing on his cell phone and walked around with hands in pocket. I brought this to the attention of the manager who made my order personally with mayo instead of Mac sauce and over salted the patties so I couldn’t eat it. DON’T EAT HERE!!!!!

    Walked in the restaurant at around 11pm and it seemed as if there was a shift change. Waited for several minutes as employees punched in and out with zero acknowledgement or greeting from anyone. The the shift supervisor or manager finally noticed me asked if I was waiting to be served and promptly told me there was no service during late night and that I had to use the machine. I only had cash, and that was not an option. In what world would a company refuse a cash sale? Very unimpressed.

    Food was good had a double burger and big mac , food was good, average wait time here for mobile order. However there is only two mobile order spots at this location where others have from four to six spots to park. The McDonald's app here in Ontario hardly has any two can dine meals, compared to Calgary who had them often on the app!! Come on Ontario McDonald's you can do much better job to be competitive. Every day Burger King offers a two can dine for 11.99 with their app and more!!

    We had to wait so long for our food. Then they screwed up our drinks. It was a breakfast sandwich, tea and coffee. Thank goodness for one young gentleman, possibly the manager, or we might still be waiting. There were at least 5 people at the counter, most not doing too much.

    Put onions in a burger which explicitly said no onions (right on the sticker), and didn’t give a wrap in the order originally, had to ask again. Only redeeming quality is the speed (though that probably is hence the mistakes above) Said missing wrap also had half of a chicken patty in it instead of a crispy chicken tender, so got shortchanged there too…

    It took 17 mins to receive 1 drink preordered for curbside pick up because I have a sleeping sick baby in the back and back injury that prevents me from lifting him especially in the carseat. Not coming to this location again

    This place is another level. Drive-thru is okay in the morning right before or after morning rush, has a nice manager (?) lady. Any other time is awful. I've tried ordering inside during the afternoons thinking it would be faster and easier; I end up waiting even longer (like 20+ minutes) because they prioritize drive-thru (even though literally no one was there a couple times?) and nobody works on in-store orders despite the amount of people. By the time I even actually get my order, it's wrong. And I have to wait again for the right thing. (Also please be careful if you have food allergies or requests and need to ask for special instructions, because often times they won't mark or distinguish anything and you can't tell which item is which. Manager told me they didn't mark it because people don't ask for special instructions. At least know which one it is if you're gonna make it anyway lol) I've also ordered for delivery from this place several times, and not once have I actually gotten my order correctly, the way I paid for. There's always something missing, or the wrong items, or they'll just replace something out of stock without letting you know or asking in advance. It's become a game at this point for us to guess which part of our order will be wrong each time.

    I ordered a fudge sundae, and was completely let down and nearly gagged when I ate it. Peppermint. Chemical peppermint. I did not ask for a holiday special, and to make it worse I absolutely hate the taste of it outside of toothpaste. I just wanted soft serve.

    I came in at 4 o’clock this morning and had to wait because their system was rebooting for the day. a couple very immature people came in waiting for an order and began yelling and swearing at the staff and stealing cups from behind the counter even after they were explained about the system being down. Staff handled it properly and professionally. I know what it’s like to deal with Aholes. So I’m just writing this to say good job

    Service is good, but the girl who made my sandwich has a long artificial nails at least 1.5" long with polish colors and she doesn't even wear a gloves, I don't think that is go with health measures, from what I know ether to keep nails short or wear gloves

    Ordered to the car, took over 30 minutes of us waiting out there. And no, there was no line at the drive through, we just wanted to use the app and sit in the car and have the food come to us. If it's a service they offer, they should offer it promptly when they have no other customers in line.

    I have been going here for years as its the closest location to my house. Very rarely is there not an issue with my order. Incorrect orders, mixups, unsalted fries, long waits, etc., etc., etc. And if I mention that something has been done incorrectly, I get attitude or general confusion. I am lactose intolerant. I have been given milk in my coffee on multiple occasions. When I let them know, I can't even be sure that the replacement won't be exactly the same. If you're in the area and want McDonald's, go to Kingston + Liverpool. The staff's attitude is terrible and you still may have to wait, but at least they get the food right.

    I would give them 0 if possible. My husband went there last night to pick up food approx 11 pm at night. The bottom bun was like a rock, meat was luke warm at best! Oh, and the fries were cold and limp. I used to work at McDonald's years ago and these were served about 45 mins beyond there shelf life. This food should have been put into their waste bin..but after tasting the food, that is probably where it came from 🙄. What a waste of $20. I should have just eaten the straw...it would have tasted better !!!!!

    I dont usually rate fast food places, but I will take the time to give a shout out to a stellar employee that delivers. Naomi was pleasant from beginning to end. Service with a smile I could see even through her mask. She even took the time to bring my second order to the table, just because she was available to do so. Maybe she did it because she noticed I was busy trying to get my son to finish his food. Either way she went above and I appreciate it! Sometimes it's the small things...
