Reasonable Subway location. Friendly staff and fairly fast service. A sure bet if you want to have a tried and familiar meal. The food court has ample seating and is accessible by by escalator stairs and lift. The atmosphere is cozy and the seats are comfortable. A good option for lunch or early dinner. Good options for sweet treats on location. The coffee is really good and can be an option when Tim's has long line ups.

Very poor customer service, i have been there around 4:30, the girl who served us was incredibly rude, it was not even busy, if it was busy I would understand that she was tired but no. She made two subs in front of me with the same gloves and then she went to the back and brought some veggies from the freezer, I thought now she will change her gloves but no she started making our food with the same gloves that she opened the freezer with and I don't know what else she did with that gloves at the back. I ordered chicken teriyaki double toast it, she didn't even double toast it because the chicken was cold and her gloves was all over with teriyaki sauce while making the sub, It was a very bad experience.

The staff here are ok, however you have to direct them on exactly how much or how little of items you want on your sandwich.

Subway needs to figure out a way to stop having employees use the same vegetable ingredients that they use for pork/meat sandwiches. Cross contamination is high with lots of people that have religious beliefs and dietary restrictions. Having alternative veggies maybe worth it.

I was hoping to use the app coupons and pay at the store. After placing the order with the sandwich artist. I ran into problems with redeeming the BOGO 50% off footlong sub offer. I ended up having to place the order on the app. We ordered chicken bacon peppercorn ranch on tex cheese bread and green goddess rotisserie chicken sub. The rotisserie chicken was tasty but not overly seasoned. I like the fact they update the menu with new offerings.

First they denied me because I didn’t have anything less than $100 and there was no sign. After arguing with them for 10 min and me saying ‘nvm’ they then tried to find a way to take my $100 but I left. What they chose to do with my halfway done sub, they left it on the counter and they are going to REUSE it for someone else’s order either on doordash/skip the dishes.

Exceptional service with fresh food. Thank you for making really good sub. Both the ladies that were working today, they were so nice and welcoming.

Had 2 bad experiences here. The first time, all my boyfriend did was ask for a larger scoop of steak for his rice bowl like they normally gave, and instead of her saying "yeah no problem" We were told this is the amount they always give and that they have a large scoop, even though we have ordered there many times and we have always been given good portion sizes and never had this issue. However this time the associate just wanted to argue instead of giving us a little more, hell we would have even paid extra for it, but after needing to argue for it, we obviously didnt want to even finish placing our order. The second time we literally just started ordering, and an associate from the back was viciously starring at my boyfriend, so he said "may I ask why your associate is staring at me from the back?" And they just played dumb, and go "who? Now they are doing it?" No yesterday they were doing it, yes of course now. We go there to eat, and we were giving them a second chance after our last bad experience, and they just solidified their terrible customer service.

Subway is always hit-and-miss, and this location is no exception. Lukewarm service and ingredients that are only sometimes fresh. Mushy vegetables and stale, hard cookies are not for me.

They use spoiled veggies. Won’t recommend

Friendly staff and relatively quick service. Food is up to standards in regards to it being a chain of Subways, and overall a satisfactory exchange.
