A friend and I went to the Whitby location. We were looking forward to enjoying a platter of their Nachos. They didn't disappoint! Our Waiter, Luke, was attentive and humorous. We will definitely be back.

Service was friendly! The Nashville chicken sandwich was big and amazing. We got the loaded fries and it was perfection. Would definitely come back again

Always a fantastic meal, phenomenal people (Aaron is awesome, the man remembered my order and I rarely come up to Canada! ), and nice alcohol selection all at decent prices. Been coming here since 2019 and still coming back through 2021! Wish one of these was around me in Ohio. Grilled chicken beat and goat cheese salad always hits the spot! Keep up the great vibes!

Our server Annette was fantastic. Although she did refused to piggy back me home after my meal I still am giving her 5 stars. Meal was so filling and tasty. Couldn't even finish it.

I’ve been staying across the street in the hotel. And thought I would treat myself to a Thursday night wing night. Upon entering I was greeted by my server Aaron. From beginning till end he was fantastic. Drinks came quick and ice cold. Wings were hot and delicious. Anyone whit steps foot in this establishment will feel welcome. If Aaron is working, I recommend asking for his section, you won’t regret it. 10/10

This Kelsey’s 195 Consumers Dr in whitby is Awesome!! Love their Chicken wings it’s juicy and delicious. Sauce is right and the chicken is big and meaty and comes with celery and carrots as it’s supposed to be…We usually order wings at Harmony Rd.location but the wings seem to be getting smaller and lacked of sauce and the last Order we had was dry and for some reason we were told it does not come with veggies.. So I decided to drive to other location to try and not disappointed worth my driving to Kelsey’s whitby!! Thank you so much for the good experience and nice dinner! Friendly staff too!

Popped in to Kelseys in Whitby to get something to eat. Great atmosphere, amazing food, prompt service. I ordered the Salmon and hubby ordered the ultimate bacon burger. Tasted great. Thanks Annette Gill for the service & banter. We’ll be back.

Great experience, Angelica was absolutely amazing, friendly, and professional. The restaurant was clean with fast service. 👌Food is delicious as always at this location, and the atmosphere is always great! Would recommend.

Unfortunately we will not be returning. The service was very good. Our waitress was really trying her best to make our experience a great one but she unfortunately has no control over what the kitchen sends out. My husband’s Balsamic Chicken was over cooked and honestly the portion was pathetic and not all what it looked like on the Kelsey’s website when we looked up the food. Very disappointing.

Our server Mary was Excellent and very friendly! We will definitely be back!!! Food was delicious! We had the goat cheese and beet salad with shrimp as well as the bbq chicken sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup. Both were excellent 👌

Annette was absolutely amazing!! She made sure I had everything I needed. Made me feel so comfortable as I was they only girl sitting at the bar watching the leafs game!! I’m not from here and she made me feel so welcomed! Oh I also had the Buffalo chicken which was so juicy and delicious!!

Erik served us for lunch and everything was great! We had the spinach, cheese dip which is amazing and funnel cake fries for dessert. Highly recommend.

We celebrate our staff appreciation here this year. Our table was ready when we got there. I believe our server's name was Aaron, and he was awesome! Not one mistake, and we were a fairly large party (14). Our drinks, appetizers, and dinner all arrived quickly, hot and delicious!

I'm lucky this Kelsey's location is so close to my house because I get to call it my local. The food here is of such good quality, I am always pleased with whatever I order, even if it's something unusual. The service is top tier, especially Aaron, who always makes me feel right at home. If you're hungry and nearby, definitely check it out! The prices are great for top quality food and you won't be disappointed.

Food is fantastic! I love those buffalo ranch chicken wraps. Erik was polite and precise on service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. 3rd time here. Definitively a "must" if you're looking for a nice place to have dinner and meet some friends.

Ordered off of skip. Was looking forward to having a balsamic chicken. Unfortunately when I took my first bite, I felt a slimy texture. I spat out the piece of chicken and it was still raw. Not to mention I’m also pregnant.

Everything was AWESOME! The barkeep Brittney was wicked attentive and kept our drinks full whenever we ran low, so the service was top notch. She also poured us some shots for the road which were great. The food was really good and the atmosphere was really good, as my little sister turned 19 so it was our first time going out together.

Very tasty! This location is clean with lots of seating area to host large groups. The staff are very and friendly and attentive. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Club sandwich with onion rings and impressed by how fresh it was. The meals look very appetizing with lots of flavour.

Aaron was a pleasure! The Cajun Beer Goat Shrimp salad was delicious. The cheesecake is so good with chocolate and caramel! Thanks team

We were there for a Christmas get-together. The sweet potato fries were delicious. The nachos were a bit overcooked. The Buffalo wings was also delicious.

This has to be the worst food experience ever had at a restaurant. The staff was super friendly and all welcoming, Thank you Brandon. What we order and what's wrong with it. 1. Nachos - Lack condiments and garnish. Such as jalapenos, chopped tomatoes and cilantro. 2. Steak - we ordered medium well and we got medium rare. My wife was completely turned off and didn't eat anything else. 3. The shrimp that came with the steak was perfect. 4. Ribs and Wings - The ribs were overcooked and very dry. Even the extra BBQ sauce couldn't help it. The Wings were under done and I saw blood in all 4 pieces. Also lack flavor. 5. Grilled cheese sandwich - It was 2 Kraft cheese slices slap between sliced bread. 6. Kids pizza - looks like frozen pizza. The best thing we had at Kelsey's was the kids Cookies. I was very disappointed and couldn't understand how they got such a high rating.

The best part of this restaurant is the atmosphere. Everyone working here are really in tune to each and every customer. That's extremely rare to say about any place really. However it's true. My entire family looks forward to each and every family event we hold here. The menu very good and the food cooked to perfection. The waitress is extremely busy for these events. Perhaps an extra hand other than bring out the food may help from time to time. Otherwise I highly recommend this one.

Our server Mary was fabulous! Very helpful and attentive. We were a party of three celebrating my sister's birthday. Our meals were excellent and delicious. For dessert, we had a complimentary cheese cake which was sumptuous! Thank you Mary for the outstanding service and to the restaurant for the lovely beet and goat cheese salad with grilled chicken!!!! We will be returning soon.

I travel quite a bit. I went to Kelseys at the Whitby location and it was top notch!! Getting there at 6:30 I thought the busy time the service would be slower than expected. The place was busy. I got a seat at the bar as I requested and was met by Aaron. He made sure I was noticed and told me he would be right with me and he was. My drink order was fulfilled right away and respected the time I would need to decide on my food order. The rest of the staff were there to assist in anyway they could. The food was much better than I could expect from a chain restaurant. I applaud the kitchen staff. I will always make this a stop when I am in this area. 5 star to all the friendly staff!!! Thank you

I love this location! The server Aron was amazing! He made us feel welcomed and took really good care of us. The food was good! We will definitely be back because of the great service and how we were treated. The bar area was nicely set up and music was great. The best Kelseys I have been to.
